Technical Field

The invention relates to a clothes care machine, in particular to a control method for suspending a clothes drying follow-up list, a clothes care machine and a system thereof.

Background

In order to enable customers to obtain convenient clothes drying service, the hotel is provided with the clothes nursing machine in a room, but the customers need to pay again once the customers pause use, so that the customers bear larger expenses, the customers are inconvenient to pause use requirements, the use effect is poor, the customers are discontented, and the use efficiency of the clothes nursing machine is low. In order to overcome the defects, a control method for suspending a clothes drying follow-up list, a clothes nursing machine and a system thereof are developed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a control method for suspending a clothes drying follow-up list, a clothes nursing machine and a system thereof, which effectively solve the problems that once the traditional clothes nursing machine is suspended for use, the customer needs to pay again, so that the customer is charged with higher cost, the suspended use requirement of the customer is inconvenient, the use effect is poor, the customer is dissatisfied, and the use efficiency of the clothes nursing machine is low.

Before the application program selects the order renewal, the wireless terminal scans the electronic tag through the application program and sends the electronic tag information and the user information on the application program to the server, when the server inquires that the user has a suspended order on the clothes care machine represented by the electronic tag, the server sends an order renewal signal to the wireless terminal, and the application program displays the order renewal option.

The suspended order is provided with a preset validity period, and when the distance exceeds the preset validity period, the suspended order cannot be renewed.

The wireless terminal is also used for scanning the electronic tag through the application program and sending the electronic tag information and the user information on the application program to the server; the server is also used for connecting to a data transmission circuit of the corresponding clothes care machine according to the electronic tag information, establishing an internet of things relationship between the wireless terminal and the clothes care machine, and sending a order renewal signal to the wireless terminal when the server inquires that the user has a suspended order on the clothes care machine represented by the electronic tag before the application program selects the order renewal.

The user and the clothes nursing machine are in one-to-one correspondence, so that different users of the same clothes nursing machine can be distinguished, the operator of the clothes nursing machine can obtain more profits while the requirements of customers are met, and the situation that the latter user uses the balance left by the former user without paying is avoided.

Preferably, the laundry care machine further comprises a background terminal 7, the background terminal 7 receives the use condition and the order details of the laundry care machine through the server 5, and the hotel and the operator can share profits and other business cooperation according to the order details.

The novel clothes nursing machine is simple in structure, convenient to use, attractive and durable, and can effectively solve the problems that once the traditional clothes nursing machine is temporarily stopped for use, the customer needs to pay again, the customer is caused to bear large cost, the temporary stop of the use demand of the customer is inconvenient, the use effect is poor, the customer is dissatisfied, and the use efficiency of the clothes nursing machine is low.
