Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of papermaking drying, in particular to a polyester flocking dry net for a drying part of a papermaking machine.

Background

The paper-making dry net is a carrier for paper web running in the drying part, and has the functions of conveying paper sheets, improving heat transfer and flattening paper. The dryer section of the conventional papermaking process is largely replaced with a felt fabric, later on canvas.

The fabrics used in the dryer section of a paper machine include both dry felts and dry fabrics. The dry carpet comprises a canvas and wool blended woven dry carpet, a needled dry carpet BOB dry carpet and a bottom net composite dry carpet BOM composite dry carpet; the drying net is a polyester spiral drying net, a polyester woven drying net and the like. BOB dry blankets currently have few users, and BOM composite dry blankets and polyester woven dry nets are commonly used. Although the common BOB dry blanket and the BOM composite dry blanket have the advantages of smooth and fine blanket surface and no net mark, the defects of overlarge density and thickness, heavy size deformation, low air permeability and the like still exist, so that paper web is not uniformly dried, the drying rate is low, water vapor is easily accumulated in the blanket, paper diseases such as 'seersucker', 'sweat stain' and the like are caused, and the steam consumption is large. However, the flocking mode is not firm enough, the phenomena of hair removal and hair falling are easy to occur, and the service life of the flocking dry net is short.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a polyester flocking dry net for a drying part of a paper machine, which adopts a polyester spiral dry net as a basic net, and simultaneously implants high-temperature resistant short fibers and wool with certain fineness and quantity on the front and back surfaces of the polyester spiral dry net. The high-temperature-resistant short fiber built-in dry net layer has the advantages of high air permeability, no net mark and the like, and the high-temperature-resistant short fiber built-in dry net layer is not easy to fall off, so that the use effect is good, the equipment runs stably, and the service life is long.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention provides a polyester flocking dry net for a drying part of a paper machine, which is characterized in that fiber layers with different fineness and gram weight are penetrated into the surface of a polyester dry net layer by adopting a needling process, the fibers are made of synthetic chemical fibers such as nylon and terylene or a mixture of wool and synthetic chemical fibers, the mixing ratio is 10-50%, the mixing ratio, the fineness and the gram weight of the fibers can be changed according to the requirements of produced paper types, vehicle speed and air permeability and different use parts, and the laying of the fiber layers can effectively eliminate uneven 'net marks' generated by the direct contact of paper sheets and a dry net; the diameter, the number of layers and the organization structure of the polyester dry net can be determined according to the change of the air permeability required by different paper produced by different paper machine application parts, and the dry net layer can provide the proper air permeability in the paper sheet drying process, so that the effect of simultaneously improving the running speed of the paper machine and the appearance quality of the paper sheets is achieved. Therefore, the yarn core is wrapped on the outer layer of the yarn core, so that the stability is high, the high-temperature resistance is excellent, the flame-retardant fibers can be effectively protected from being damaged, the spinnability of the flame-retardant fibers is improved, and on the other hand, the fibers with good spinnability form a double-spiral structure on the outer layer of the spun yarn, so that the flexibility of the yarn can be effectively improved, and the plasticity of the functional weft is ensured.

4.
