Background

In general, a reciprocating piston is provided with a friction pad which is directly embedded in a groove of the piston, the friction pad deforms due to frequent movement and extrusion, and once a problem occurs and maintenance is needed, the friction pad is difficult to take out of the groove, so that great difficulty is caused to maintenance personnel; the piston is generally sealed by adopting an O-shaped ring, however, the O-shaped ring is extruded and cut by the edge of the groove to be damaged due to frequent reciprocating motion and large impact force of the piston, so that the sealing effect is lost. Therefore, it is still imperative to optimize such reciprocating piston structures.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a reciprocating motion structure with low friction and easy replacement, and solves the problems that a friction pad of a reciprocating motion piston has large friction and is difficult to disassemble.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

The support ring is detachably arranged on the piston by adopting the screw, so that the problems that the friction force of a friction pad of the reciprocating piston is large and the piston is difficult to detach are solved, and the sealing problem of the piston caused by frequent reciprocating motion is solved. And the installation is convenient and simple, the part processing procedures are reduced, the friction force between relative movements is reduced, and the production cost is effectively reduced.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an easily replaceable low-friction reciprocating motion structure, a support ring 3 is arranged at the outer edge of the end face of a piston 6, the outer side of the support ring 3 is supported by one end of a baffle plate 2, and the other end of the baffle plate 2 is detachably arranged on the piston 6 through a screw 1; and a gap is reserved between the baffle 2 and the piston 6, and the gap can realize the application of the pretightening force of the support ring. The pretightening force is adjusted through the screws 1, so that the baffle 2 uniformly compresses the support ring 3, and the support ring 3 is prevented from shaking in the groove of the piston 6 or bending and protruding due to overlarge stress when the piston 6 reciprocates.

A height difference is reserved between the support ring 3 and the piston 6, and a gap is reserved between the upper end face of the piston 6 and the outer wall to ensure that the end face of the support ring 3 is always in close contact with the outer wall.

Referring to fig. 3, the support ring 3 is made of low-friction brass, and has a small pit on the surface, and flexible graphite is embedded in the pit and has a self-lubricating effect.

Referring to fig. 4, an O-ring 4 is installed on a piston 6 inside the support ring 3, and two ends of the O-ring 4 are provided with a baffle ring 5. The heights of the O-shaped ring 4 and the baffle ring 5 are consistent with the height of the support ring 3. The O-ring 4 acts as a seal and the purpose of the stop ring 5 is to prevent the O-ring 4 from being squeezed into the gap and to increase the pressure the stop ring can withstand to the O-ring 4.
