1. A new fuel single component shipping container, comprising:

the whole hexagonal openable shell (1) comprises an upper shell (1-1) and a lower shell (1-2); the rear side wall of the upper shell (1-1) is hinged with the rear side wall of the lower shell (1-2); the front outer side wall of the upper shell (1-1) is connected with the front outer side wall of the lower shell (1-2) by a quick opening device;

the flexible shell (3) with supporting force is covered on the inner wall of the shell (1) and comprises an upper flexible shell (3-1) and a lower flexible shell (3-2) which are spliced up and down; a plurality of rubber bolt seats (3-3) are arranged on the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the lower flexible shell (3-2) along the length direction and close to the lower part of the splicing surface;

a cylindrical, openable and closable inner shell (2) which is positioned inside the flexible shell (3) and comprises an upper inner shell (2-1) and a lower inner shell (2-2); the rear side wall of the upper inner shell (2-1) is hinged with the rear side wall of the lower inner shell (2-2); the front outer side wall of the upper inner shell (2-1) is connected with the front outer side wall of the lower inner shell (2-2) by a bolt quick-opening device (2-3); the upper inner shell (2-1) is provided with a plurality of sections along the length direction; the front outer side wall of the lower inner shell (2-2) is provided with a bolt connecting plate (2-21) corresponding to the rubber bolt seat (3-3); the bolt connecting plates (2-21) are connected with the rubber bolt seats (3-3) by connecting bolts (23);

the critical safety device comprises a moderator body (4-1), a neutron absorption material layer (4-2) and an assembly support frame (4-3), wherein the moderator body, the neutron absorption material layer and the assembly support frame are sequentially fixed on the inner wall of the inner shell (2); the section shape of the inner wall of the component support frame (4-3) is the section shape of the fuel component to be transported; and the inner wall of the component support frame (4-3) positioned on the upper inner shell (2-1) is also provided with a component pressure plate (4-6) playing a role of pressing; the inner wall of the component support frame (4-3) positioned on the lower inner shell (2-2) is also covered with a cork rubber pad (4-4).

A new fuel mono-component transport container according to claim 1, characterized in that the quick-opening means comprises a plurality of bolt seats (1-31) provided with bolt holes provided on the inclined surface adjacent to the front side wall of the upper casing (1-1); a lap buckle plate (1-32) which is fixed on the front side wall of the lower shell (1-2), corresponds to the bolt seat one by one and is provided with a bolt hole; and the bolts (1-33) sequentially penetrate through the lap joint plates (1-32) and the bolt holes on the bolt seats (1-31) for bolting.

The new fuel single component transport container according to claim 1, wherein the plug quick-opening device (2-3) comprises two clamping blocks (2-31) fixed to the front side wall of each section of the upper inner shell (2-1) near the left and right ends, and two clamping protrusions (2-32) arranged on the front side wall of the lower inner shell (2-2), and when the container is closed, the opposite surfaces of the two clamping protrusions (2-32) respectively abut against the left side surface of the clamping block (2-31) at the left end and the right side surface of the clamping block (2-31) at the right end.

4. The new fuel single component transport container of claim 1,

end covers at two ends of the shell (1) are respectively arranged at the opposite ends of the upper shell (1-1) and the lower shell (1-2);

the lower half part of an end cover arranged at one end of the upper shell (1-1) is provided with an arc surface (1-11), and the upper edge of the corresponding end of the lower shell (1-2) is provided with an arc groove (1-21) matched with the arc surface;

the upper half part of a head cover arranged at the other end of the lower shell (1-1) is a polygon which is consistent with the inner wall contour of the upper shell (1-1).

A new fuel single component transport container according to claim 1, wherein two end faces of the inner shell (2) are respectively provided with flanges (2-4) integrally arranged at two ends of the lower inner shell (2-2), and the inner wall of one flange (2-4) is provided with a push rod (2-41) for pushing and tightly pushing the fuel component to be transported.

6. A new fuel single-component transport container according to claim 1, characterized in that the flexible shell (3) is made of polyurethane foam.

The new fuel single-component transport container according to claim 1, wherein the split surfaces of the front and rear sides of the upper flexible shell (3-1) and the lower flexible shell (3-2) are respectively designed into mutually matched step surfaces, and fire-proof and dust-proof rubber sealing strips (3-4) are arranged between the split step surfaces.

The new fuel single-component transport container according to claim 1, wherein fixing bolts (4-5) are sequentially penetrated through the component support frame (4-3), the neutron absorption material layer (4-2) and the moderator body (4-1) and then fixed on the inner wall of the inner shell (2).

9. A new fuel single component transport container according to claim 1, characterized in that rubber pads (5) are respectively arranged between the top and the outer wall of the inner shell (2) and the corresponding flexible shell (3).

a plurality of reinforcing ribs (1-4) are arranged on the outer wall of the upper shell (1-1) along the length direction; a plurality of lifting lugs (1-5) are respectively arranged on the front outer side wall and the rear outer side wall of the upper shell (1-1) along the length direction;

two ends of the bottom surface of the lower shell (1-2) are respectively provided with a supporting leg (1-6); the middle part of the bottom surface of the lower shell (1-2) is provided with a forklift frame (1-7).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear power new fuel assembly containers, in particular to a single AP/CAP new fuel assembly transport container.

Background

The new fuel transport container is primarily used for transporting new fuel assemblies from a nuclear fuel plant to a nuclear power plant. Because the new fuel assembly belongs to a radioactive substance, the container can ensure the integrity of the containment system and the critical safety of the fuel assembly under the conditions of normal transportation working conditions and transportation accident working conditions, and the safety is ensured.

Furthermore, the transportation container of the above-mentioned model has the problems of high difficulty in manufacturing parts, poor damping effect, difficulty in disassembling hinge bolts of the upper shell and the lower shell, and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a safe and reliable transport container which is simple and convenient to manufacture and operate and can transport a new fuel assembly of AP/CAP series.

In order to achieve the above object, a new fuel single-component transport container is designed, comprising:

the whole hexagonal openable shell comprises an upper shell and a lower shell; the rear side wall of the upper shell is hinged with the rear side wall of the lower shell; the front outer side wall of the upper shell is connected with the front outer side wall of the lower shell by a quick opening device;

the flexible shell with supporting force is covered on the inner wall of the shell and comprises an upper flexible shell and a lower flexible shell which are vertically spliced; a plurality of rubber bolt seats are arranged on the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the lower flexible shell and close to the lower part of the splicing surface along the length direction;

the cylindrical openable inner shell is positioned in the flexible shell and comprises an upper inner shell and a lower inner shell; the rear side wall of the upper inner shell is hinged with the rear side wall of the lower inner shell; the front outer side wall of the upper inner shell is connected with the front outer side wall of the lower inner shell by a bolt quick-opening device; the upper inner shell is provided with a plurality of sections along the length direction; a bolt connecting plate is arranged on the front outer side wall of the lower inner shell corresponding to the rubber bolt seat; the bolt connecting plate is connected with the rubber bolt seat by a connecting bolt;

the critical safety device comprises a moderator body, a neutron absorption material layer and an assembly support frame which are sequentially fixed on the inner wall of the inner shell; the section shape of the inner wall of the component support frame is the section shape of the fuel component to be transported; an assembly pressing plate for playing a role of pressing is also arranged on the inner wall of the assembly support frame positioned on the upper inner shell; the inner wall of the component support frame positioned on the lower inner shell is also covered with a cork rubber pad.

Furthermore, the quick-opening device comprises a plurality of bolt seats provided with bolt holes and arranged on an inclined plane adjacent to the front side wall of the upper shell; the lapping plate is fixed on the front side wall of the lower shell, corresponds to the bolt seats one by one and is provided with bolt holes; and the bolts sequentially penetrate through the lap joint plate and the bolt holes on the bolt seat to be bolted.

Furthermore, the bolt quick-opening device comprises clamping blocks which are respectively fixed on the front side wall of each section of the upper inner shell and are close to the left and right ends, and two clamping protrusions which are arranged on the front side wall of the lower inner shell, wherein when the bolt quick-opening device is closed, the opposite surfaces of the two clamping protrusions respectively correspond to the left side surface of the clamping block at the left end and the right side surface of the clamping block at the right end in butt joint.

Furthermore, end covers at two ends of the shell are respectively arranged at the opposite ends of the upper shell and the lower shell;

the lower half part of the end cover arranged at one end of the upper shell is provided with an arc surface, and the upper edge of the corresponding end of the lower shell is provided with an arc groove matched with the arc surface;

the upper half part of the end cover arranged at the other end of the lower shell is a polygon which is consistent with the outline of the inner wall of the upper shell.

Furthermore, the two end faces of the inner shell are respectively provided with flange plates integrally arranged at the two ends of the lower inner shell, and the inner wall of one flange plate is provided with a mandril for jacking the fuel assembly to be transported.

Further, the flexible shell is made of polyurethane foam.

Furthermore, the splicing surfaces of the front side and the rear side of the upper flexible shell and the lower flexible shell are respectively set to be mutually matched step surfaces, and a fireproof dustproof rubber sealing strip is arranged between the spliced step surfaces.

Furthermore, fixing bolts penetrate through the component support frame, the neutron absorption material layer and the moderator body in sequence and then are fixed on the inner wall of the inner shell.

Furthermore, rubber pads are respectively arranged between the outer walls of the top and the bottom of the inner shell and the corresponding flexible shell.

Furthermore, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged on the outer wall of the upper shell along the length direction; a plurality of lifting lugs are respectively arranged on the front outer side wall and the rear outer side wall of the upper shell along the length direction;

two ends of the bottom surface of the lower shell are respectively provided with a supporting leg; the middle part of the bottom surface of the lower shell is provided with a forklift frame.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the quick-opening structure is arranged to open the outer shell and the inner shell, so that the operation is convenient and fast;

2. the shell is of an integral hexagonal structure, vertical acting force is applied when the cover is closed, and the cover is simple, convenient and effective to close;

3. the inner shell and the outer shell are flexibly connected and fixed, so that the shock absorption performance is good;

4. the circular inner shell is structurally designed, so that the pressure bearing performance is good;

5. the neutron absorption material and the moderator are arranged in the circular inner shell, and a single inner shell can meet the critical safety requirement;

6. the sandwich structure design of steel-foam-steel can effectively meet the effects of shock absorption, energy absorption and heat insulation;

7. furthermore, the dustproof and fireproof rubber sealing design ensures the effective sealing of the container.

Detailed Description

The present invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings to assist those skilled in the art in understanding the present invention, but not as a limitation thereto.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a new fuel single-component transport container according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: the overall hexagonal openable shell 1 comprises an upper shell 1-1 and a lower shell 1-2; the rear outer side wall of the upper shell 1-1 is hinged with the rear outer side wall of the lower shell 1-2, in this case, the rear outer side wall is pivoted; the front outer side wall of the upper shell 1-1 is connected with the front outer side wall of the lower shell 1-2 by a quick opening device; the quick-opening device in the embodiment comprises a plurality of bolt seats 1-31 which are arranged on an inclined plane adjacent to the front side wall of the upper shell 1-1 and provided with bolt holes, and the front parts of the bolt seats 1-31 are right-angled; the lap plate 1-32 is fixed on the front side wall of the lower shell 1-2, corresponds to the bolt seat one by one and is provided with a bolt hole; bolts 1-33 sequentially penetrating through bolt holes on the lap joint plates 1-32 and the bolt seats 1-31 for bolting, wherein the lap joint plates 1-32 are Z-shaped integrally, the upper joints of the Z shape are right-angled, the right-angled parts of the upper joints of the lap joint plates 1-32 are jointed and buckled on the bolt seats 1-31, the lower joints of the Z shape are hinged parts, and the lower parts of the lap joint plates 1-32 are fixed on the lower shell 1-2;

the flexible shell 3 with the supporting force is covered on the inner wall of the shell 1 to play the roles of shock absorption, heat insulation and buffer, and comprises an upper flexible shell 3-1 and a lower flexible shell 3-2 which are spliced up and down; a plurality of rubber bolt seats 3-3 are arranged on the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the lower flexible shell 3-2 along the length direction and close to the lower part of the splicing surface; in the embodiment, polyurethane foam material is adopted, the polyurethane filled in the middle part and two ends of the flexible shell 3 have different densities, and the two ends are filled with polyurethane with higher density;

a cylindrical, openable and closable inner casing 2, which is located inside the flexible housing 3, and includes an upper inner casing 2-1, a lower inner casing 2-2; the rear side wall of the upper inner shell 2-1 is hinged with the rear side wall of the lower inner shell 2-2, and is generally pivoted; the front outer side wall of the upper inner shell 2-1 is connected with the front outer side wall of the lower inner shell 2-2 by a bolt quick-opening device 2-3; the upper inner shell 2-1 is provided with a plurality of sections along the length direction, so that the operation convenience is ensured; the front outer side wall of the lower inner shell 2-2 is provided with bolt connecting plates 2-21 corresponding to the rubber bolt seats 3-3; the bolt connecting plates 2-21 are connected with the rubber bolt seats 3-3 by connecting bolts 23; the section of the upper inner shell 2-1 is a minor arc, the section of the lower inner shell is a major arc, and rubber pads 5 are respectively arranged between the top outer wall and the bottom outer wall of the inner shell 2 and the corresponding flexible shell 3, so that the shock absorption performance of the container is improved, and the fuel assembly is protected in the transportation process;

the plug pin quick-opening device 2-3 comprises clamping blocks 2-31 which are respectively fixed on the front side wall of each section of the upper inner shell 2-1 near the left end and the right end, and two clamping protrusions 2-32 which are arranged on the front side wall of the lower inner shell 2-2, when the plug pin quick-opening device is closed, the opposite surfaces of the two clamping protrusions 2-32 are respectively and correspondingly abutted against the left side surface of the clamping block 2-31 at the left end and the right side surface of the clamping block 2-31 at the right end, and a structure similar to a buckle is formed;

the critical safety device comprises a moderator body 4-1, a neutron absorption material layer 4-2 and an assembly support frame 4-3 which are sequentially fixed on the inner wall of the inner shell 2, and the moderator body, the neutron absorption material layer 4-2 and the assembly support frame are fixed on the inner wall of the inner shell 2 by adopting fixing bolts 4-5; the neutron absorption material layer 4-2 is determined according to the material of the specific transported fuel assembly to be transported, and the moderator body 4-1 and the neutron absorption material layer 4-2 ensure the critical safety of the fuel assembly; the section shape of the inner wall of the component support frame 4-3 is the section shape of the fuel component to be transported; and the inner wall of the component support frame 4-3 positioned on the upper inner shell 2-1 is also provided with a component pressure plate 4-6 playing a role of pressing, so that the moderator body 4-1, the neutron absorption material layer 4-2 and the component support frame 4-3 are pressed on the upper inner shell 2-1; the inner wall of the component support frame 4-3 positioned on the lower inner shell 2-2 is also covered with a cork rubber pad 4-4. The assembly support frame 4-3 and the cork rubber pad 4-4 ensure that the fuel assembly to be transported is not scratched.

Furthermore, end covers at two ends of the shell 1 are respectively arranged at the opposite ends of the upper shell 1-1 and the lower shell 1-2, and the staggered design facilitates vertical arrangement and hoisting of fuel assemblies to be transported; the lower half part of an end cover arranged at one end of the upper shell 1-1 is provided with an arc surface 1-11, and the upper edge of the corresponding end of the lower shell 1-2 is provided with an arc groove 1-21 matched with the arc surface; the upper half part of the end cover arranged at the other end of the lower shell 1-1 is a polygon which is consistent with the contour of the inner wall of the upper shell 1-1.

Furthermore, two end faces of the inner shell 2 are respectively provided with flange plates 2-4 integrally arranged at two ends of the lower inner shell 2-2, the inner wall of one flange plate 2-4 is provided with a top rod 2-41 for jacking the fuel assembly to be transported, and the outer end of the top rod 2-41 in the embodiment is fixed on the flange plate 2-4 in a penetrating way.

Furthermore, the splicing surfaces of the front side and the rear side of the upper flexible shell 3-1 and the lower flexible shell 3-2 are respectively designed into mutually matched stepped surfaces to form a similar boss type labyrinth structure, and fire-proof and dustproof rubber sealing strips 3-4 are arranged between the spliced stepped surfaces, namely flame-retardant rubber, so that common flame-retardant rubber in the market can be used. When the bolts 1-33 of the quick-opening device of the housing 1 are tightened, the container tightness is ensured.

Furthermore, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 1-4 are arranged on the outer wall of the upper shell 1-1 along the length direction to form a similar hoop strip shape; a plurality of lifting lugs 1-5 are respectively arranged on the front outer side wall and the rear outer side wall of the upper shell 1-1 along the length direction and are used for lifting the whole container;

two ends of the bottom surface of the lower shell 1-2 are respectively provided with a supporting leg 1-6, and the supporting legs 1-6 are used for stacking the whole container; the middle part of the bottom surface of the lower shell 1-2 is provided with a forklift frame 1-7, which is convenient for carrying. In this embodiment, the fork truck frame 1-7 is a slot-in fork truck frame formed by a left slot and a right slot, wherein the slots are formed by two baffles which are spaced from each other.

The transportation container meets the transportation requirement of transporting a single AP/CAP series new fuel assembly. During operation, the transport container can be adjusted from a horizontal state to a vertical state through the turnover device, and the requirement of vertical hoisting of the fuel assembly is met; when the transport container is vertical, the bolt 1-33 in the quick-opening device is disassembled, the upper outer shell 1-1 can be opened on one side, then the ejector rod 2-41 at the end part of the inner shell is disassembled, the two clamping blocks 2-31 are separated from the two clamping protrusions 2-32, so that the bolt quick-opening device 2-3 at the position of the first section of the upper inner shell 2-1 is opened, the upper inner shell 2-1 at the first section is opened, then a fuel assembly operating tool is installed, then the bolt quick-opening device 2-3 at the position of the second section of the upper inner shell 2-1 is continuously opened, the upper inner shell 2-1 is opened section by section from top to bottom, and the fuel assembly is vertically hoisted out of the transport container. The sequence of mounting the components is reversed.
