Background

At present, most of bra cups on the market are made of sponge formed by foaming polyurethane, the main reason is that the sponge is soft and comfortable, the shape retention is good after multiple times of washing, but the sponge cups are poor in air permeability, and particularly have certain compression amount after being subjected to high-temperature mould pressing, so that the sponge cups are more difficult to ventilate, are more stuffy after being worn for a long time, and are easier to sweat particularly in summer. Some manufacturers punch holes in the sponge cups, which increases the breathability of the sponge cups to some extent. However, the most important disadvantage of the sponge is that the sponge is not environment-friendly, and in the process of foaming polyurethane into sponge, a small amount of auxiliary agent (mainly TDI) remains, which can cause the sponge to yellow and also has certain harm to human body, so that the sponge cups are gradually replaced by cups made of other materials which are more environment-friendly, safe and breathable.

The vertical cotton is a three-dimensional structure material formed by repeatedly folding a fiber net and then baking at high temperature to enable low-melting-point fibers in the fiber net to be fused and adhered with high-melting-point fiber yarns around the fiber net, has good air permeability and soft hand feeling, more importantly, is free from any chemical agent, cannot be yellowed like a sponge, and is an ideal material for pressing a mold cup. At present, a plurality of vertical foam mold cups are also available on the market, but the defects that collapse and deformation occur after water washing and the cup surface is creased exist generally. Some manufacturers can attach a thicker sandwich on the vertical cotton and then mould the sandwich into a mold cup, so that the defects are only covered, the symptoms are treated, the root causes are not treated, the material cost is increased, meanwhile, the whole mold cup cannot be subjected to ventilation reduction treatment, for example, in order to enable the whole mold cup to be lighter and breathable, the mold cup is subjected to local punching (the sandwich punching can damage the structure of the sandwich, and the silk inside can be exposed out of the hole to tie people). Therefore, a more reasonable vertical cotton mold cup is needed, which can not only solve the defects of collapse and corrugation of the vertical cotton mold cup in water washing, but also perform air-permeable decrement treatment without affecting the water washing effect.

Further, in the step S5, the temperature range during the heating presetting is set as 170-185 ℃, and the heating time is set as 60-100 seconds; in step S6, the temperature range of the low temperature molding is set to 0-30 degrees, and the time for the low temperature molding is set to 20-50 seconds.

The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The first and second top cloths 3 and 8 are all polyester fabrics (100% of polyester), and the top cloths belong to one kind of knitted fabrics and are commonly called T-cloths; the square gram weights of the first and second canopies 3 and 8 are both 90-170 g, and preferably 90-110 g. The well long-pending cloth has advantages such as travelling comfort, security, environmental protection, and the well long-pending cloth plays the effect of supporting immediately continuously in this scheme.

The rubber net 5 is of a net structure, the rubber net 5 is made of PU material, and the melting point range of the rubber net is 160-170 ℃. The rubber net 5 has certain strength, and the rubber net 5 is arranged between the first cloth and the second cloth, so that the whole mold cup is well supported, the collapse of the whole mold cup is prevented in the washing process, and the effective capacity of the mold cup is kept.

The first gauze 2 is attached to the first vertical cotton 1 through glue, and the first Jiajibu 3 is attached to the first vertical cotton 1 through glue; the second gauze 7 is attached to the second vertical cotton 6 through glue, and the second cloth 8 is attached to the second vertical cotton 6 through glue. The glue is PU glue. s2, processing a die: processing two sets of dies according to the cup shape of the die designed in the step S1, wherein the dies comprise a set of hot pressing dies and a set of cold pressing dies, and the hot pressing dies and the cold pressing dies both comprise a male die 10 positioned above and a female die 11 positioned below;

s3, manufacturing composite cut pieces: the first composite cutting piece and the second composite cutting piece are manufactured according to the cup shape of the mold designed in the step S1, and the manufacturing method specifically comprises the following steps: spraying PU glue on one surface of the first vertical cotton to attach to a first gauze, spraying PU glue on the other surface of the first vertical cotton to attach to a first denim to form a first composite cut piece, wherein the attachment needs to be uniform and smooth; spraying PU glue on one surface of the second vertical cotton to be attached to a second gauze, spraying PU glue on the other surface of the second vertical cotton to be attached to a second piece of cloth to form a second composite cut piece, wherein the attachment needs to be uniform and smooth;
