Specifically, the first supporting pieces 1 are arc-shaped, and the two first supporting pieces 1 form a rear arc frame of the supporting frame; the second supporting member 2 comprises a horizontal portion 21 and inclined portions 22 symmetrically arranged at two sides of the horizontal portion 21, the horizontal portion 21 forms a front frame of the supporting frame, and the two inclined portions 22 respectively form a left side frame and a right side frame of the supporting frame; the end of the inclined portion 22 is protrusively provided with a mounting plate at a middle position so as to partition the end of the inclined portion 22 into two symmetrical mounting grooves to facilitate the left and right universal mounting of the second support member 2. The two ends of the two first supporting pieces 1, which are back to back, are respectively connected with the mounting plates on the two inclined parts 22; the supporting beam 3 consists of a round platform body with a round cross section and a thinner end and a thicker end and a bending mounting bulge arranged at the thinner end of the round platform body, and two opposite ends of the two first supporting pieces 1 are lapped on the mounting bulge and connected with the mounting bulge together; the horizontal portion 21 is provided with a circular recess into which the other end of the support beam 3 is inserted and coupled with the horizontal portion 21.

In the present embodiment, the first supporting member 1, the second supporting member 2 and the supporting beam 3 are all made by a blow molding process. The two ends of the two first supporting pieces 1, which are opposite to each other, and the mounting plates of the inclined parts 22 of the two second supporting pieces 2 are respectively provided with a first mounting hole 91, and the first supporting pieces 1 and the second supporting pieces 2 are connected together through the screw nut assemblies through the first mounting holes 91; the two opposite ends of the two first supporting members 1 and the mounting protrusion of the supporting beam 3 are respectively provided with a second mounting hole 92, the other end of the supporting beam 3 and the circular concave cavity in the horizontal part 21 of the second supporting member 2 are respectively provided with a third mounting hole 93, and the supporting beam 3, the first supporting member 1 and the second supporting member 2 are connected together through the screw and nut assembly through the second mounting hole 92 and the third mounting hole 93.

Therefore, the supporting frame is formed by connecting the first supporting piece 1, the second supporting piece 2 and the supporting beam 3, the assembly is simple, and the maintenance and the replacement are convenient. In addition, the first supporting piece 1, the second supporting piece 2 and the supporting beam 3 are all made by adopting a blow molding process, so that the cost and the weight are reduced and the transportation is convenient on the premise of ensuring certain supporting strength.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the device further includes a plurality of springs 4, a plurality of spring hooks 5 are disposed at intervals on the upper end of the first supporting member 1 and the upper end of the horizontal portion 21 of the second supporting member 2, and the spring hooks 5 on the first supporting member 1 and the spring hooks 5 on the second supporting member 2 are disposed correspondingly; one end of the spring 4 is hung on the spring hook 5 of the first supporter 1, and the other end is hung on the corresponding spring hook 5 on the horizontal portion 21 of the second supporter 2.

In the present embodiment, the spring hook 5 is an injection molded part, and is integrally blow molded with the first support 1 and the second support 2.

Referring to fig. 5, the inclined portion 22 at one side of the second supporting member 2 is provided with a hanging buckle 61 for connecting with a sofa base at one side, and a nut is embedded in the hanging buckle 61; the other side inclined portion 22 is provided with an insertion groove 62 for connecting the other side sofa base.

Therefore, when the corner sofa needs to be assembled, the inserting groove 62 on the sofa base close to the inclined part 22 on one side is aligned with the hanging buckle 61 on the inclined part 22, and then the inserting pin is inserted into the inserting groove 62 and is in threaded connection with the nut in the hanging buckle 61, so that the assembly of the sofa base and the corner sofa can be realized; then, the insertion slot 62 on the other inclined part 22 is aligned with the hanging buckle 61 on the other sofa base close to the one inclined part 22, and then the insertion pin is inserted into the insertion slot 62 and is in threaded connection with the nut in the hanging buckle 61, so that the assembly of the corner sofa and the other sofa base can be realized.

In addition, the two ends of the first supporting piece 1 are respectively provided with an inserting strip 7 for connecting the corner sofa backrest; the bottom of the first supporting member 1 and the bottom of the second supporting member 2 are provided with a plurality of feet 8 to provide supporting force for the supporting frame.

In the present embodiment, the insert 7 is fixed to the first support 1 by a screw and nut assembly.

In summary, in the corner sofa base structure of the invention, the supporting frame is formed by connecting the first supporting member 1, the second supporting member 2 and the supporting beam 3, so that the assembly is simple, and the maintenance and the replacement are convenient.
