According to the interactive liftable central separator and the control method thereof, the flow of vehicles running in opposite directions can be adjusted through the newly added lanes in the daytime and when the number of vehicles is small, the central separator can be lowered below the road surface when the flow of the vehicles is large, one more lane is provided for the vehicles to run, and the traffic capacity is improved; at night or in rainy days, the central separation belt rises above the road surface to separate opposite traffic flows, so that glare is prevented, and the safety of the road is improved.

Detailed Description

two sets of buckle holes and two buckle groups one-to-one, every buckle group all includes pars contractilis and drive division, and the drive division is used for driving the pars contractilis and stretches out or retract from the buckle hole that corresponds.

The pars contractilis includes two telescopic links 16, connecting rod 17 and transfer line 18, and the drive division includes: a PLC and a rotating electrical machine. The both ends of connecting rod 17 respectively with two telescopic link 16 end fixed connection, two telescopic link 16 parallels and syntropy set up, the one end of transfer line 18 and the mid point fixed connection of connecting rod 17, and with two telescopic link 16 reverse settings, transfer line 18 is equipped with the tooth along its length direction. The power output end of the rotating motor is sleeved with a gear 19, and the gear 19 is meshed with the teeth on the transmission rod 18. The PLC is used for controlling the rotating motor to rotate forward and backward, so that the head ends of the two telescopic rods 16 can extend out of or retract into the corresponding two buckling holes.

The liftable central separation belt further comprises an information acquisition system and an intelligent control system. The information acquisition system includes: the system comprises an illumination detector for collecting illumination intensity, a humidity detector for collecting road surface humidity, a clock for judging whether the clock is at night or not, two video detection groups for collecting traffic flow information of a bidirectional lane, and each video detection group comprises a plurality of video detectors 7.

The intelligent control system comprises the following software-implemented units:

a unit for collecting illumination intensity, road surface humidity, time information and bidirectional lane traffic flow information in real time,

a unit for judging whether the road section where the central separation zone is located is wet, cloudy or at night according to the environment information,

a unit for keeping the state of the central banks unchanged when the section of road on which the central banks are located is wet, cloudy or at night and the central banks are on the road surface,

a unit for controlling the lifting device 3 to drive the central separator to rise above the road surface when the central separator is located on a wet, cloudy or night road section and the central separator is located below the road surface,

a unit for keeping the state of the central banks unchanged when the road section where the central banks are located is dry, sunny or daytime, the traffic flow of the road section where the central banks are located does not exceed the maximum threshold value, and the central banks are located on the road surface,

a unit for controlling the lifting device 3 to drive the central separator to lift up above the road surface when the road section of the central separator is dry, sunny or daytime, the traffic flow of the road section of the central separator does not exceed the maximum threshold value and the central separator is under the road surface,

a unit for judging whether the traffic flow information of the bidirectional lane is balanced when the road section of the central division belt is dry, sunny or daytime, the traffic flow of the road section of the central division belt exceeds the maximum threshold value and the central division belt is under the road surface,

a unit for controlling the lifting device 3 to drive the central separator to descend below the road surface when the road section of the central separator is dry, sunny or daytime, the traffic flow of the road section of the central separator exceeds the maximum threshold value and the central separator is above the road surface,

a unit for keeping the state of the central dividing belt unchanged when the central dividing belt is positioned under the road surface and the traffic information of the bidirectional lanes is balanced,

when the center bank is located under the road surface and the traffic information of the bidirectional lanes is unbalanced, the adjustment display device 2 displays an indication arrow pointing to a unit in accordance with the direction of the lane release with a large traffic volume,

when the partition board 1 is completely positioned under the road surface, the PLC of the upper buckling group is adjusted to drive the rotating motor, so that the head ends of the two telescopic rods 16 extend out of the two corresponding buckling holes,

when the driving partition board 1 is lifted, the PLC of the upper buckling group is adjusted to drive the rotating motor to enable the head ends of the two telescopic rods 16 to retract from the two corresponding buckling holes, meanwhile, the PLC of the lower buckling group is adjusted to drive the rotating motor to enable the head ends of the two telescopic rods 16 to extend out of the two corresponding buckling holes,

when the partition board 1 is completely positioned on the road surface, the PLC of the upper buckling group is adjusted to drive the rotating motor to enable the head ends of the two telescopic rods 16 to extend out of the two corresponding buckling holes,

when the driving partition board 1 descends, the PLC driving rotating motor of the upper buckling group is adjusted to enable the head ends of the two telescopic rods 16 to retract from the two corresponding buckling holes, and the PLC driving rotating motor of the lower buckling group is adjusted to enable the head ends of the two telescopic rods 16 to retract from the two corresponding buckling holes.

In this embodiment, the lifting device 3 is arranged in a pit of the road, which is arranged along the course of the road and between two yellow lines 4 of the road. In an initial state, the partition board 1 is located inside the pit, and the upper surface is flush with the road surface. Road environment information is collected in real time through the collection system, and whether the partition plate 1 needs to ascend or descend is judged according to different information. The partition board 1 rises to separate lanes in two directions, and the probability of traffic accidents is reduced when the road environment is not good. Under the condition of good road conditions, the partition plate 1 descends, a new lane can be added, the lane direction can be quickly switched through the display equipment above, and the vehicle can run more flexibly.

When the lifting device 3 drives the partition board 1 to rise, the central partition belt main body can completely protrude out of the pit, the supporting device is started, the upper clamping buckle group retracts, the gravity board 13 falls under the action of gravity, meanwhile, the lower clamping buckle group extends out, and the connecting edge of the upper supporting frame 14 and the lower supporting frame 15 is pushed to protrude outwards until the gravity board 13 falls onto the lower clamping buckle group. At this time, the upper buckle group extends out, the gravity plate 13 is clamped between the two buckle groups for limiting, and the lower support frame 15 is completely attached to the road surface. The upper support frame 14, the lower support frame 15 and the partition board 1 form a triangular stable structure, and the auxiliary partition board 1 is stably located on the road surface.

Further, once the lifting device 3 under the partition plate 1 is damaged, the partition plate 1 may normally fall down due to gravity. However, with the aid of the supporting device, since the gravity plate 13 is limited, the triangles of the upper supporting frame 14, the lower supporting frame 15 and the partition plate 1 are always maintained, and the partition plate 1 can be supported on the road surface by the supporting frames 15 on both sides of the partition plate 1.

When the lifting device 3 drives the partition board 1 to descend, the central partition belt is completely retracted into the pit, the upper surface of the central partition belt is flush with the road surface, the middle of the road is separated by the width of a lane, and a new lane is formed according to the direction of an indication arrow displayed on the display device 2. Meanwhile, the upper buckle group retracts, the separation plate 1 falls under the action of gravity, and the lower support frame 15, the upper support frame 14 and the gravity plate 13 are sequentially extruded, so that the upper buckle group, the lower buckle group, the upper support frame and the gravity plate are attached to the separation plate 1 again. At this time, the upper buckle set is extended out, and the upper buckle set is located below the gravity plate 13, so that the gravity plate 13 can be supported, and the lower support frame 15 is prevented from unfolding the upper support frame 14.

In this embodiment, at least two lifting columns 8 are arranged below one partition plate 1, when one lifting column 8 is damaged, the lifting columns 8 can ensure lifting work, and the central partition belt cannot lose effectiveness.

step nine: the adjustment display device 2 displays an indication arrow pointing in accordance with the direction of the lane clearance where the traffic flow is large, and then returns to step one.
