If the normal distribution or the approximate normal distribution is obeyed, the currently collected hot-dip aluminum-zinc process data meets the monitoring requirement.

If the requirements are met, the data acquired by the air-cooled and cooled finishing data acquisition unit 10 can be subjected to subsequent processing.

In the embodiment of the invention, the hot-dip aluminum-zinc plating equipment 2 comprises: the device comprises a steel plate uncoiling device, a welding device, a cleaning device, an annealing device, an electroplating device, an air knife device, a cooling device, a finishing device, a straightening and withdrawal device, a roller coating device, an infrared drying device and a hot-dip aluminum-zinc plate coiling device.

In the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring host 1 for the hot dip aluminum-zinc plate production sends the acquisition instruction to the hot dip aluminum-zinc equipment 2, and the fluctuation range of the hot dip aluminum-zinc process data is larger than that of the hot dip aluminum-zinc equipment 2 in the first hot dip aluminum-zinc data acquisition time after the acquisition instruction is acquired.

For example, the data obtaining module 3 may obtain the hot-dip aluminum-zinc production process information of the first hot-dip aluminum-zinc data collection time after the collection instruction from the hot-dip aluminum-zinc production process data of the hot-dip aluminum-zinc equipment 2, and screen out the hot-dip aluminum-zinc equipment 2 in which the fluctuation range of the hot-dip aluminum-zinc process data is greater than the fluctuation range.

The data of the hot aluminum and zinc plating process comprise: the method comprises the following steps of steel plate alkaline washing temperature, cleaning liquid concentration, scrubbing current, drying temperature data, drying time length data, annealing temperature, aluminum-zinc alloy plated layer data, cooling speed data, cooling temperature data, finishing machine operation data, withdrawal and straightening machine operation data, roller coater operation data, drying temperature, drying speed and the like. Of course, the operation data of various hot dip aluminum zinc plating equipment 2 can be included, and the specific data type is not limited.

The monitoring terminal 12 for monitoring the hot dip aluminum and zinc plating receives the monitoring data of the hot dip aluminum and zinc plating inputted by the monitoring personnel and uploads the monitoring data to the monitoring host 1 for monitoring the production of the hot dip aluminum and zinc plating plates.

The monitoring host 1 for hot dip aluminum-zinc plate production is used for positioning the monitoring terminal 12 for aluminum-zinc plating in real time, and positioning the monitoring terminal 12 for aluminum-zinc plating in the second hot dip aluminum-zinc data acquisition time before the instruction is acquired.

For example, if the monitoring terminal 12 for aluminum-zinc plating has the authority to monitor the whole process, the data prompt is sent to the monitoring terminal 12 for aluminum-zinc plating when the fluctuation in the production process of hot-dip aluminum-zinc plating exceeds the threshold. Other specific conditions can be set according to actual conditions.

In the embodiment of the present invention, if the monitoring terminal 12 for monitoring aluminum-zinc plating has a need to receive the information of the production process of hot-dip aluminum-zinc plating, the information of the production process of hot-dip aluminum-zinc plating acquired by the first data acquisition time of hot-dip aluminum-zinc plating after the instruction acquisition is continuously sent to the monitoring terminal 12 for monitoring aluminum-zinc plating. If the monitoring terminal 12 does not receive the need of the hot-dip aluminum-zinc production process information, judging whether the hot-dip aluminum-zinc production process information in the first hot-dip aluminum-zinc data acquisition time after the hot-dip aluminum-zinc equipment 2 acquires the instruction exists in a preset super-threshold hot-dip aluminum-zinc production data table;

if the information exists in the production data table of the hot-dip aluminum-zinc equipment with the super-threshold value, the time point of the hot-dip aluminum-zinc equipment 2 with the super-threshold value is obtained, and the information of the hot-dip aluminum-zinc production process of the hot-dip aluminum-zinc equipment 2 is actively sent to the monitoring terminal 12 of the aluminum-zinc plating.

Thus, the warning of the production data of the ultra-threshold hot dip aluminum zinc is realized. Although the monitoring terminal 12 does not receive the information of the hot dip aluminum-zinc production process, the monitoring terminal 12 sends the information of the hot dip aluminum-zinc production process to the monitoring terminal 12 in the case of the data of the hot dip aluminum-zinc production exceeding the threshold.
