Because of the strong transmission capacity of the novel coronavirus and the large number of infected people, the shortage of medical materials appears in succession in the world, and the current key material demands are divided into five categories, wherein the key protective articles such as medical protective clothing, medical protective mask and the like belong to the first category of materials which are very short in supply, so that medical staff fighting at the first line of epidemic prevention are threatened to be greatly infected. Therefore, the quantity and quality of medical protective clothing and medical protective mask have become key factors for global prevention and control of new coronary pneumonia epidemic situations.

Although the existing protective mask has a certain protective performance, in the using process, the mask is easily adhered to the mouth of a wearer, and the mouth can generate a large amount of water vapor in the exhausting process, the inner layer of the mask is generally made of non-woven fabrics, the water vapor is gathered on the non-woven fabrics to wet the non-woven fabrics, and the water absorption effect of the non-woven fabrics is poor, so that the wearing comfort of the wearer and the ventilation effect of the mask are seriously affected.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a breathable water-absorbing resin to solve the problem that the wearing comfort of a wearer and the breathable effect of a mask are seriously affected because an inner layer of the mask is made of non-woven fabric and the non-woven fabric has poor water-absorbing effect in the prior art.

Further, the starch plasticizer comprises urea, formamide and glycerol which are mixed according to the proportion, wherein the proportion of the urea, the formamide and the glycerol is 2: 1: (1.5-2).

The dustproof and gas-defense mask prepared by the invention is characterized in that the filter layer is arranged into a wavy shape and then is clamped between the inner protective layer and the outer protective layer so as to improve the air permeability of the mask, and when the dustproof and gas-defense mask is worn, the mask body is separated from the mouth of a wearer by the breathable water absorption block, so that the air permeability of the mask can be further improved; meanwhile, the dustproof and anti-poison mask is processed and manufactured by the breathable water-absorbent resin prepared by the method, so that the breathable water-absorbent block has certain water-absorbing, breathable and filter-sterilization performances, and the water-absorbing effect, the breathable effect and the filter-sterilization effect of the dustproof and anti-poison mask are improved; and the middle part of the breathable water absorption block is sunken towards one side close to the outer protective layer, the breathable water absorption block is in round contact with the outer side of the mouth of a wearer, and the middle part of the breathable water absorption block is not in contact with the main breathing air position of the mouth of the wearer, so that the breathability of the mask is further improved.

The embodiment of the invention provides a breathable water-absorbent resin which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 54 parts of starch, 30 parts of PTFE, 2.5 parts of maleic anhydride, 8.8 parts of urea, 4.4 parts of formamide and 6.8 parts of glycerol.

Example 4

The embodiment of the invention provides a breathable water-absorbent resin which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 58 parts of starch, 28 parts of PTFE, 3 parts of maleic anhydride, 8.8 parts of urea, 4.4 parts of formamide and 8.8 parts of glycerol.

Example 5

The embodiment of the invention provides a breathable water-absorbent resin which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 53 parts of starch, 32 parts of PTFE, 2.7 parts of maleic anhydride, 9.8 parts of urea, 4.9 parts of formamide and 7.3 parts of glycerol.

The above examples 1-5 were all prepared by the following process, including the steps of:

s1, weighing the components in proportion, adding starch and a starch plasticizer consisting of urea, formamide and glycerol into a high-speed mixer, mixing for 10-14min, and adding the mixture into an open mill to plasticize the pull piece;

s2, adding the product prepared in the step S1, PTFE and a coupling agent into a high-speed mixer, and mixing for 12-16min, wherein the coupling agent is maleic anhydride or maleic anhydride;

s3, adding the mixture mixed in the step S2 into a double-screw extruder for extrusion processing, thereby obtaining the breathable water-absorbent resin, wherein the screw rotating speed of the double-screw extruder is 90-100r/min, and the extrusion temperature is 100-120 ℃.

The urea, the formamide and the glycerol have a synergistic effect to form hydrogen bonds with hydroxyl groups in starch molecules so as to reduce the density of the hydrogen bonds in and among the starch molecules and reduce the intermolecular force of the starch; the starch can be modified only by urea and formamide, but the activity of the molecular chain segment of the starch is limited, so that the obtained plastic starch is relatively brittle and hard, the internal stress and the microscopic defects generated in the forming and sample preparation processes are not easy to relax and close, and the breaking strength and the elongation of the material are not high; the glycerol is added to form weak hydrogen bonds with the starch, so that the average strength of the hydrogen bonds in the system is reduced, and the glycerol with larger volume and formamide form the isolation effect of glycerol formate, so that molecular grids in the system are relatively loose, the activity of macromolecular chain segments is enhanced, the obtained plastic starch is tougher, internal stress and micro defects generated in the forming and sample preparation processes are easy to relax and close, and the breaking strength and the elongation of the material are greatly improved.

The dustproof and gas-proof mask comprises a mask body consisting of an inner protective layer, a filter layer and an outer protective layer, wherein the filter layer is clamped between the inner protective layer and the outer protective layer in a wavy manner, a breathable water absorption block is arranged at the contact position of the mouth when the mask is worn on one side of the inner protective layer away from the filter layer, and the middle part of the breathable water absorption block is sunken towards one side close to the outer protective layer;

the breathable water absorption block is formed by melting the breathable water absorption resin in any one of the embodiments 1-5 and then pressing the melted breathable water absorption resin by a mold.

The dustproof and gas-proof mask comprises a mask body 1 consisting of an inner protective layer 11, a filter layer 12 and an outer protective layer 13, wherein the filter layer 12 is clamped between the inner protective layer 11 and the outer protective layer 13 in a wavy manner, a breathable water absorption block 3 is arranged at the contact position of a mouth when the mask is worn on one side of the inner protective layer 11 away from the filter layer 12, and the middle part of the breathable water absorption block 3 is sunken towards one side close to the outer protective layer 13;

the breathable water absorption block 3 is formed by melting the breathable water absorption resin in any one of the embodiments 1 to 5 and then pressing the melted breathable water absorption resin by a mold.

The dustproof and gas-defense mask prepared by the invention is characterized in that the filter layer 12 is arranged into a wave shape and then is clamped between the inner protective layer 11 and the outer protective layer 13 so as to improve the air permeability of the mask, and when the dustproof and gas-defense mask is worn, the mask body 1 is separated from the mouth part of a wearer by the breathable water absorption block 3, so that the air permeability of the mask can be further improved; meanwhile, the dustproof and anti-poison mask is processed and manufactured by the breathable water-absorbent resin prepared by the invention, so that the breathable water-absorbent block 3 has certain water-absorbing, breathable and filter-sterilization performances, and the water-absorbing effect, the breathable effect and the filter-sterilization effect of the dustproof and anti-poison mask are improved; and the middle part of the breathable water absorption block 3 is sunken towards one side close to the outer protection layer 13, the breathable water absorption block 3 is in round contact with the outer side of the mouth of a wearer, and the middle part of the breathable water absorption block 3 is not in contact with the main breathing air position of the mouth of the wearer, so that the ventilation performance of the mask is further improved.

The dustproof and gas-defense mask prepared by the invention also comprises two lug hanging parts 2 connected on the mask body 1, wherein the two lug hanging parts 2 are oppositely arranged on the side edge of the mask body 1, each lug hanging part 2 comprises a lug main line 21 with a hollow inner part, two ends of the lug main line 21 are connected with the mask body 1, a through hole is formed in the outer wall of one end of the lug main line 21, one end, far away from the through hole, in the lug main line 21 is fixedly connected with an adjusting line 22, the free end of the adjusting line 22 freely penetrates through the through hole and then is arranged on the outer side of the lug main line 21, and the free end of the adjusting line 22 is fixedly connected with a bonding block 23.

When a wearer is matched, after the two ear hanging parts 2 are hung on the two ears, the free end of the adjusting wire 22 is taken and pulled towards the direction of the fixed end of the adjusting wire to enable the ear hanging main wire 21 to contract, so that the tightness of the ear hanging main wire 21 is adjusted to meet the requirements of different wearers, the dustproof and gas mask can be firmly matched, the mask can well seal the face of the wearer, and the protection performance of the mask is improved;

then the bonding block 23 is bonded on the outer side of the hanger main line 21, so that the adjusted hanger main line 21 is fixed; when the tightness of the hanger main line 21 needs to be readjusted, the bonding block 23 and the outer side of the hanger main line 21 are separated from the bonding state, and then the adjustment can be performed again, so that the method is convenient and fast.

A protective film may be attached to the adhesive block 23, and the adhesive block 23 may be used after the protective film is torn off from the adhesive block 23.

The filter layer 12 is a filter membrane formed by pressing a polyethylene resin and a PTFE membrane after mixing processing, so that the filter membrane has good air permeability and filter sterilization performance.
