Boiler system, steam turbine system, electric system, lime sulphur system and chemical system's alarm system in the power plant has a large amount of invalid alarms, the alarm logic is unreasonable, the warning interface is unclear, the alarm display is chaotic, the alarm content does not have the hierarchy, add the warning fence that rolls constantly in the DCS system, the warning information is to the anomaly of all points in the fence, two alarm information change simultaneously, the nature of reporting to the police can not be distinguished at all to the operating personnel, do not know from where to look for really meaningful alarm information, it is long time, alarm system has become an empty shell completely, become the operating personnel's a encumbrance.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a multistage multi-module acousto-optic alarm system for a power plant to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The first three-level alarm system displays and prompts in the light character board through different colors, the fourth-level alarm system does not display the light character board, and the fourth-level alarm information is displayed and prompts in sound through different colors in the alarm column. The parameter abnormity alarm is divided into a plurality of levels of alarm according to different parameter properties and severity, and four levels are preferably set; the first, second and third levels of alarm are displayed at the middle and lower parts of the light character plate, the alarm levels are distinguished through red, yellow and blue, each light character plate represents the abnormal phenomenon of one parameter, and the alarms of different levels of the parameters are distinguished through displaying different colors by the same light character plate. For example:

A. light word information: the abnormal main steam temperature shows red flicker to indicate that the main steam temperature is three high values or three low values

B. Light word information: the abnormal main steam temperature shows yellow flicker to indicate the high binary value or the low binary value of the main steam temperature

C. Light word information: the main steam temperature anomaly shows blue flicker indicating that the main steam temperature is one value higher or one value lower.

The automatic mode quit alarm (including DCS soft and hardware alarm) is classified according to the influence degree of automatic control on the system, preferably three levels are set, the alarm levels are displayed on the lower portion of the alarm picture of the light character plate, the alarm levels are distinguished through red, yellow and blue, and each light character plate is displayed as alarm information.

When the parameter jumps and returns to normal, the light character board flashes in gray and gives an alarm by sound, when the operator confirms that the fixed gray is returned, the alarm column gives an alarm in a colorless state, and the alarm disappears after the alarm is confirmed.

When the operator does not perform alarm confirmation and the alarm information is not eliminated all the time, the light character plate flickers with colors at all times, meanwhile, the sound alarm continues, and if the grade of the alarm information changes in the period, the alarm information is displayed according to the color of the highest grade; when the alarm of the operator is confirmed, the light character plate is displayed in a fixed color, the sound alarm is stopped, and if the level of the alarm information changes in the period, the alarm information is displayed according to the color of the highest level; when the alarm information is eliminated, no matter whether the operator performs alarm confirmation, the light character plate is displayed in gray, meanwhile, the sound alarm is stopped, the operator does not perform alarm confirmation and determines the alarm to be in gray flashing, and the alarm confirmation is performed to be in fixed gray (only the alarm confirmation is reserved by the sound cancellation confirmation button).

All alarm information needs to be displayed in the alarm column, when no alarm exists normally, no information needs to be displayed in the alarm column, when the alarm occurs, the alarm column pops up the alarm information, different levels of alarms are represented through different colors, and the alarm category is marked at the front end of the alarm information. (for example: alarm information: tripping of auxiliary equipment: #11 sealed oil pump tripping) if the alarm information level changes, the alarm information is displayed according to the color of the highest level. When the alarm information is eliminated or the parameters are recovered to be normal, the color of the information of the alarm column disappears, operators can confirm the alarm one by one, the alarm information disappears after confirmation, and the blank state of the alarm column is recovered. The sound alarms of the two different units #1 and #2 and the desulfurization system are independently separated and are respectively set up in the unit #1, the unit #2 and the ash removal operator station, the alarms are conveniently distinguished through three different sounds, and the alarm grade is distinguished through the sound intensity or frequency.
