Background

The disposable mask is widely applied to life, belongs to a consumable product in life, and is large in demand, and in the existing mask processing, ear ropes are cut one by one manually according to standard lengths and then are placed on a main material sheet one by one in a bending mode, and a simple ultrasonic electric welding machine is used for welding one by one. The defects are as follows: firstly, manual production is adopted, the production efficiency is low, a large amount of manpower and material resources are needed, and large-scale continuous production is difficult to apply; secondly, artificial production has great influence of human factors and unstable production quality.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve one or more of the problems, the invention provides a novel automatic processing line of a mask.

According to one aspect of the invention, the novel automatic processing line of the mask comprises a vertical discharging machine, a feeding machine, a streamline module, a discharging machine and a receiving belt conveyor which are sequentially arranged in the middle on a base plate of a chassis from right to left;

the vertical discharging machine comprises a discharging bin with adjustable length and width, a nozzle is arranged above the discharging bin, and a jacking table capable of ascending and descending at a linear fixed distance is arranged in the discharging bin, so that the stacked material sheets sequentially enter a set height;

a lifting guide part is fixed in the middle of a main portal frame of the feeding machine, the telescopic end of the lifting guide part is connected with a rotary transposition part, two ends of the rotary transposition part are respectively connected with a suction component, one suction component takes materials from a discharging bin, and the other suction component discharges materials from a feeding port;

the carrying belt of the streamline module is provided with a plurality of material cavities, the carrying belt moves transversely at a fixed distance, each empty material cavity sequentially enters the lower part of the feeding port, and meanwhile, the material sheet of one material cavity enters the lower part of the welding assembly;

two lead assemblies of the ear rope shearing module are respectively positioned below two sides of the right end of the main frame, the lead assemblies are provided with a guide block and a positioning block from right to left, a pressing assembly is arranged right above each positioning block, and a single-shaft linear module of the two traction assemblies is transversely positioned outside the lead assemblies; the cutting assembly is fixed on two sides of the right end of the main frame, the cutting assembly is positioned at the left end of the positioning block, the ear rope is guided by the guide block, the end of the ear rope is clamped by a chuck of the traction assembly, the pressing assembly presses the ear rope in the positioning block, the chuck linearly moves to pull out the ear rope with a set length, and the cutting assembly cuts the ear rope;

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the terms "front," "back," "left," "right," "upper" and "lower" used in the following description refer to directions in the drawings, and the terms "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward and away from, respectively, the geometric center of a particular component.

Fig. 1 to 22 schematically show a novel automated processing line of a mask according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the device comprises a vertical discharging machine 08, a feeding machine 09, a streamline module 01, a discharging machine 010 and a receiving belt conveyor 002 which are sequentially arranged in the middle on a substrate 001 of a case from right to left;

the vertical discharging machine 08 comprises a discharging bin 082 with adjustable length and width, a nozzle 0801 is arranged above the discharging bin 082, and a jacking table 084 capable of lifting at a fixed distance in a straight line is arranged in the discharging bin 082, so that stacked tablets sequentially enter a set height;

The novel automatic processing assembly line of the mask realizes automatic processing of the mask, a vertical discharging machine 08 is used for automatically outputting a material sheet, a feeding machine 09 is used for transferring the material sheet, a streamline module 01 is used for automatically conveying the material sheet to a welding position, a pressing module 05 is used for pressing the material sheet to be processed, two lug rope output modules 06 continuously output lug ropes, two lug rope shearing modules 02 are used for shearing lug ropes with standard length, two lug rope rotating modules 03 are used for inwards rotating two ends of the lug ropes to form an arc shape and are placed at the welding positions of the two ends of the material sheet, two welding assemblies 04 are welded into a finished product, the streamline module 01 continuously operates, a blanking machine 07 is used for discharging the material sheet in the next material cavity and conveying the material sheet to the welding position; the beneficial effects are as follows: firstly, the production speed is greatly improved by automatically moving the material sheet, automatically processing and placing the lug ropes and automatically welding, the production process is suitable for large-scale continuous operation, human factor errors are avoided, the yield is improved, and the safety problem of operators is avoided; secondly, the material loading cavity of the streamline module 01 can accurately position the material sheets, and the feeding port 010 is arranged, so that the main material sheets accurately enter the material loading cavity, the guidance performance is good, and the high-precision and rapid movement of the main material sheets is realized; thirdly, the ear rope automatic input, automatic cutting and placing device is arranged, so that standardized, rapid and bidirectional placing of the ear ropes is completed, the ear rope placing position degree is high, the ear rope standardization is high, and the quality of a welded product is improved; fourthly, the ear rope shearing device 02 adopts the positioning block 22 to ensure the output straightness of the ear rope, the downward pressing assembly 3 provides a guiding and positioning structure, the pressing and fixing point is fixed and constant, no deviation is caused, and a good foundation is provided for ear rope shearing, the traction assembly 4 adopts the single-shaft straight line module 41 to move transversely, the precision of the length of the ear rope is ensured, the clamping precision and the position precision of the other end are ensured due to the matching of the chuck 43 and the parallel clamping jaws 42, and the shearing assembly 5 with the upper structure adopts the shearing cylinder 51 to automatically shear, so that the shearing is more accurate; fifthly, the ear ropes are automatically bent and placed, so that the production efficiency is high and the yield is high; meanwhile, human factor errors are avoided, the bending arc of the ear rope is standard, after products are welded, the size of the processed mask is the same, and the yield is high; sixthly, the vertical discharging machine 08 automatically outputs the material sheets, the feeding machine 09 transfers the material sheets, and a stack of material sheets are placed on the vertical discharging machine, so that continuous feeding can be performed.

Preferably, the blanking machine 07 comprises two main wall boards 071 which are parallel to each other, two upper belts 072 are arranged on the upper side of the right end of each main wall board 071, two lower belts 073 are arranged on the lower side of each main wall board 071, the lower belts 073 and the upper belts 072 are opposite up and down, the lower belts 073 and the carrying belts 015 are located on the same horizontal plane, the lower belts 073 can be attached to the lower plane of a material sheet of the mask, and the upper belts 072 are attached to the upper surface of the material sheet;

one ends of an upper belt 072 and a lower belt 073 are respectively wrapped on a driven roller wheel assembly 075, the other ends of the upper belt 072 and the lower belt 073 are respectively wrapped on a driving wheel assembly 076, one ends of the two driving wheel assemblies 076 are driven by a gear set 070, and the other ends of the driving wheel assemblies 076 at the lower ends are connected with a servo motor 079;

two positioning ear plates 074 are arranged below the right end of the main wall plate 071, the height of the positioning ear plates 074 is equal to or slightly lower than that of the lower belt 073, and the lower belt 073 drives the mask to move onto the positioning ear plates 074;

the main wall plate 071 further fixes a lower pressing cylinder 078 through a top plate, the lower end of the lower pressing cylinder 078 is directly connected with a lower pressing plate 077, the width of the lower pressing plate 077 is smaller than the gap between the two positioning lug plates 074, and the lower pressing plate 077 presses down to enable the material sheet to deform downwards and fall to a material receiving belt conveyor 002;

the material receiving belt machine 002 is provided with a continuously rotating annular wide belt. The beneficial effects are as follows: this blanking machine 07 can carry out good ejection of compact and push down the ejection of compact action, and complete machine simple structure, tablet obtain effective protection, and servo motor 079 operation precision is high simultaneously, and the position degree is high.

Preferably, the vertical discharging machine 08 comprises a vertical frame 081 and a linear sliding table 083, a horizontal plate of the vertical frame 081 is adjustably connected with the right end of the substrate 001, the linear sliding table 083 is fixed in the middle of the right side face of the vertical frame 081, and the vertical lifting end of the linear sliding table 083 is connected with the jacking table 084;

Preferably, the main door frame 091 comprises two lateral plates, two foot plates and an upper top plate, and the two longitudinal ends of the lower surface of the upper top plate are respectively and vertically connected with one lateral plate; the upper surfaces of the two foot plates are respectively and vertically connected with the lower surfaces of the lateral plates; the lower surface of the foot plate is provided with a rectangular groove, the rectangular groove is internally inserted and connected with the upper end of a positioning key strip in a threaded manner, and the lower end of the positioning key strip is matched with the positioning key groove of the rack.
