The top end of the pretreatment barrel 2 is fixedly connected with a pretreatment motor 8, one side of the top end of the pretreatment barrel 2 is in through connection with a feed hole 13, the top end of the feed hole 13 is in through connection with a feed hopper 14, the inner cavity of the pretreatment barrel 2 is internally sleeved with a crushing table 4, the top end of the crushing table 4 is embedded with a flow guide cavity 5, the flow guide cavity 5 is a conical cavity, the bottom end of the flow guide cavity 5 is in through connection with a crushing cavity 6, the crushing cavity 6 is a cylindrical cavity, the bottom end of the crushing cavity 6 is in through connection with a grinding cavity 7, the grinding cavity 7 is a conical cavity, the axis of the grinding cavity 7 is superposed with the axis of the crushing cavity 6 and the axis of the flow guide cavity 5, the crushing cavity 6 is connected with a crushing roller 11, the top end of the crushing roller 11 is fixedly connected with an output shaft 9, the axis of the crushing roller 11 is superposed with the axis of the crushing cavity 6 and the axis of the output shaft 9, the top end of the output shaft, the output shaft 9 is rotatably connected to the pretreatment barrel 2 through a bearing 10, the axis of the output shaft 9 coincides with the axis of the pretreatment barrel 2, the bottom end of the crushing roller 11 is fixedly connected with a grinding table 12 matched with the grinding cavity 7, the grinding table 12 is of a cone table structure, when the pretreatment barrel 2 pretreats the construction waste, the construction waste is added into the pretreatment barrel 2 through a charging hopper 14 and a charging hole 13, and enters the crushing cavity 6 under the drainage of the diversion cavity 5, meanwhile, the pretreatment motor 8 is matched with the output shaft 9 to drive the crushing roller 11 and the grinding table 12 to rotate at a high speed, and then the construction waste in the crushing cavity 6 is crushed by the rotating crushing roller 11, the primarily crushed waste directly falls into the grinding cavity 7 and is ground and crushed under the action of the grinding table 12 rotating at a high speed, so that the waste is further refined and treated, and the crushing pretreatment quality of the construction waste can be greatly improved, facilitating the smooth expansion of the subsequent recycling work.

Example 4

Referring to fig. 6, the difference from example 1 is: the stabilizing seat 3 comprises a seat frame 31, the seat frame 31 is of a rectangular frame structure, a plurality of seat plates 32 are uniformly arranged in an inner cavity of the seat frame 31, the seat plates 32 are made of spring steel, the top end surfaces of the seat plates 32 are flush with the top end surfaces of the seat frame 31, the discharge box 1 and the vertical frame 211 are respectively and fixedly connected to the top ends of the seat plates 32, a plurality of support legs 33 are uniformly arranged at the bottom end of the seat frame 31, the support legs 33 are made of hard rubber, and the discharge box 1 and the vertical frame 211 are supported by the seat plates 32, so that the running noise of the whole device can be absorbed to the maximum extent, and the noise pollution of equipment is reduced; and the supporting legs 33 support the stand 31, so that the operation vibration of the whole device can be further reduced, the noise pollution of equipment can be further relieved, and the environmental protection effect of the whole device can be greatly improved.

The working principle of the embodiment 1-4 is that the construction waste is added into the pretreatment cylinder 2 through the charging hopper 14 and the charging hole 13, and enters the crushing cavity 6 under the drainage of the diversion cavity 5, meanwhile, the pretreatment motor 8 and the output shaft 9 are matched to drive the crushing roller 11 and the grinding table 12 to rotate at a high speed, so that the construction waste in the crushing cavity 6 is crushed by the rotating crushing roller 11, the primarily crushed waste directly falls into the grinding cavity 7 and is ground and crushed under the action of the grinding table 12 rotating at a high speed, the crushed waste falls into the discharging box 1 through the communicating hole 15 and flows into the conveyor 20 under the action of the drainage plate 16, and finally is discharged under the action of the conveyor 20;

when the direct car carrying needs discharging, the hydraulic cylinder 214 is directly utilized to cooperate with the hydraulic rod 215 to push the lifting seat 213 to climb along the guide rail 212, and then the lifting seat 213 is utilized to prop up the movable end of the supporting rack 18 to rotate around the rotating shaft 19, so that the discharging elevation angle of the conveyor 20 can be adjusted, and the discharging end of the conveyor 20 is tilted to the upper part of the carriage of the truck, thereby being convenient for directly completing discharging and car carrying.
