Background

In the electronic device course of working, need transmit and shift the PCB subassembly between each processingequipment, and shift between each device and need satisfy requirements such as accurate counterpoint, fixed and damage prevention, current material equipment of receiving, the device is miscellaneous and each mechanism disperses, and the integrated level is low, and degree of automation is lower, has consequently caused certain manpower extravagant, inefficiency, the low scheduling problem of qualification rate.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a material receiving apparatus, including:

the receiving device is used for transmitting the input workpieces;

the workpiece assembling device comprises an input end, an output end and a transmission roller, wherein the transmission roller is used for transmitting a tray containing workpieces from the input end to the output end;

the tray receiving device is used for accommodating empty trays and comprises a positioning unit, a transmission unit and a plate arrangement unit, wherein the transmission unit is used for transmitting the workpieces, the positioning unit is arranged at the outlet end of the transmission unit and used for positioning the workpieces, and the plate arrangement unit is arranged on a transmission path of the transmission unit;

the taking and placing device comprises a robot arm, and is used for transferring the tray between the material receiving device and the tray material receiving device and transferring the workpiece between the material receiving device and the workpiece assembling device.

Furthermore, the positioning unit comprises a plurality of positioning pins arranged at the outlet end of the transmission unit.

Further, the transmission unit comprises a plurality of transmission roller groups rotating around the first axial direction.

The material receiving equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes the process of automatically completing the material taking, material receiving, tray recovery and workpiece feeding into a production line in the whole process; the tray material receiving device and the material receiving device are conveyed by large rollers, and small rollers are guided to enter, so that material clamping is not easy to occur, and large-size products can be conveyed; the material receiving device also comprises a plate arranging unit which can accurately position the product; unqualified processing caused by workpiece displacement errors is avoided, and the productivity and the qualification rate of a production line are improved.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, a material receiving apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a material receiving device 200, a workpiece assembling device 300, a tray material receiving device 600, and a pick-and-place device 700.

Referring to fig. 2, the receiving device 200 is used for conveying an input workpiece 400, and the workpiece 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention is a circuit board, such as a PCB, an FPCB, or the like.

The workpiece assembly apparatus 300 includes an input end 301, an output end 302, and a transport roller 310 disposed between the input end 301 and the output end 302, the transport roller 310 transporting the workpiece 400 from the input end 301 to the output end 302. The workpiece assembling device 300 is in butt joint with the marking equipment, so that the PCB in the feeding area is placed on the tray and automatically flows out, the tray is automatically placed through the six-axis robot, the PCB is transferred onto the workpiece assembling device 300, and the PCB is transmitted to a production line through the workpiece assembling device 300.

The tray receiving device 600 is used for receiving the empty tray 500. The tray receiving device 600 comprises a positioning unit 610, a transmission unit and a plate arranging unit 630, wherein the transmission unit is used for transmitting the workpiece 400, the transmission unit comprises an inlet end and an outlet end, the inlet end is mainly used for butt joint of assembly line equipment of a production line, and the PCB is placed on the tray and flows into the transmission unit of the receiving device 200 through the assembly line. The inlet end of the conveying unit provided by the embodiment of the invention is also provided with a small roller guide assembly, wherein the small roller is guided to enter, so that the material is not easy to block, and large-size products can be conveyed. The positioning unit 610 is disposed at an outlet end of the conveying unit and used for positioning the workpiece 400, and the plate arranging unit 630 is disposed on a conveying path of the conveying unit.

The pick-and-place device 700 includes a robot arm for transferring the work 400 between the receiving device 200 and the work assembling device 300, and transferring the pallet 500 between the pallet receiving device 600 and the work assembling device 300. The taking and placing device in the embodiment of the present invention is a six-axis robot, and includes a mechanical arm, and a plurality of suction cups for gripping the workpiece 400 and the pallet 500 are disposed on the mechanical arm.

The positioning unit 610 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of positioning pins disposed at the outlet end of the transmission unit. The transfer unit includes a plurality of transfer roller sets 621 that rotate about a first axis. The transfer unit also includes a plurality of roller sets 622 that rotate about a second axis that is substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The roller set 622 and the driving roller set 621 are spaced apart along the second axis.

The transfer unit further includes a lifting assembly (not shown in the drawings) for driving the roller set 622 to lift.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the plate arranging units 630 in the embodiment of the present invention are disposed at both sides of the roller set 622 along the first axial direction, and it can be understood that the plate arranging units 630 are disposed at both ends of the roller set 622 for aligning a workpiece positioned on the roller set 622.

As shown in fig. 3, the plate arranging unit 630 includes a first support 631, a second support 632, a transmission assembly, a first plate 633 and a second plate 634, wherein the first plate 633 is connected to the first support 631, the second plate 634 is connected to the second support 632, and the transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the first support 631 and the second support 632, respectively.

The transmission assembly includes a gear 635 and a first rack 636 and a second rack 637, wherein the first rack 636 is disposed on the first bracket 631, and the second rack 637 is disposed on the second bracket 632. The first bracket 631 includes a guide bar 631a, and the second bracket 632 includes a sleeve 632a, and the guide bar 631a is adapted to be slidably coupled with the sleeve 632a for guiding the relative movement of the second bracket 632 and the first bracket 631.

The gear 635 is driven by a motor to rotate, and when the gear 635 rotates, the first rack 636 and the second rack 637 are driven to move in opposite directions, for example, when the gear 635 rotates forward, the first bracket 631 and the second bracket 632 are driven to move relatively close to each other, so that the first row of plates 633 and the second row of plates 634 are close to each other, and thus the workpiece is clamped and aligned; it will be appreciated that the first row of plates 633 and second row of plates 634 may be moved away from each other by reversing the gear 635.

Of course, the material receiving equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises a detection device and a control device, wherein the detection device is used for detecting the positions of the workpieces and the trays, and the control device is used for controlling the operation of each device.

The working process of the material receiving equipment comprises the following steps:

the transmission unit of the receiving device 200 receives the printed PCB output by the printing equipment;

meanwhile, when the tray receiving device 600 detects that an empty tray is placed on the tray receiving device, information is sent to the control device, the control device controls the lifting assembly to drive the roller train 622 to ascend, so that the roller train 622 lifts the tray to a position corresponding to the plate arranging unit, and a motor of the plate arranging unit is started to control the first plate and the second plate to move so as to clamp and align the workpiece; then the lifting component drives the roller group 622 to descend, the tray is transferred to the driving roller group 621 through the descending of the roller group 622, and the tray is transmitted to the outlet end by the driving roller group 621;

the empty pallet is sucked from the pallet receiving device 600 by a six-axis robot and placed on the workpiece assembling device 300;

then, the six-axis robot transfers the PCB output from the material receiving device 200 to an empty tray on the workpiece assembling device 300;

and finally, the conveying unit conveys the tray loaded with the workpieces to flow to the next production line.

And the subsequent material taking and placing operations of the loaded PCB and the tray are analogized.

The material receiving equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes the process of automatically completing the material taking, material receiving, tray recovery and workpiece feeding into a production line in the whole process; the tray material receiving device and the material receiving device are conveyed by large rollers, and small rollers are guided to enter, so that material clamping is not easy to occur, and large-size products can be conveyed; the material receiving device also comprises a plate arranging unit which can accurately position the product; unqualified processing caused by workpiece displacement errors is avoided, and the productivity and the qualification rate of a production line are improved.
