Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of ozone generators, in particular to an ozone generator capable of vaporizing liquid oxygen by utilizing self waste heat.

Background

The existing ozone preparation process flow is that liquid oxygen in a liquid oxygen storage tank is vaporized by a vaporizer, then is input into a tank body of an ozone generator under the pressure regulation of a pressure reducing valve, and generates ozone after passing through an ozone pipe. When the ozone generator works, gaseous oxygen is used as a raw material, and the oxygen is ionized by corona discharge to generate ozone. Can produce a large amount of heats among the ionization process, this just need cool off the generator, in time take away the heat, otherwise the temperature risees and can make ozone output reduce, and too high can make the equipment piece bad. In the process of preparing ozone by the ozone generator, circulating cooling water needs to be introduced into the tank body to cool the tank body, and heat generated by the ozone generator is not well utilized, so that heat waste is caused.

The raw material required by the ozone generator for preparing ozone is oxygen. At present, two methods of PSA pressure swing adsorption oxygen production and liquid oxygen production by fractionating liquid air are industrially obtained. Because liquid oxygen purity is higher than PSA system oxygen (liquid oxygen purity 99.5%, PSA system oxygen purity 90%) and use the equipment fault rate low more stable, so mostly adopt the liquid oxygen mode. The gaseous oxygen required by the ozone generator is formed by vaporizing liquid oxygen, and the vaporization of the liquid oxygen into the gaseous oxygen needs to absorb heat.

In the existing ozone preparation process, oxygen is changed into gas from liquid after a vaporizer absorbs heat. The heating vaporizer consumes energy to heat and vaporize the liquid oxygen. The air temperature type vaporizer heats low-temperature liquid oxygen by utilizing natural convection of air to gasify the low-temperature liquid oxygen, although the heat exchanger is energy-saving, the heat exchanger is particularly sensitive to the ambient temperature, and the problem of incomplete gasification of the liquid oxygen can be caused when the ambient temperature is low. Meanwhile, the use of the liquid oxygen vaporizer increases the cost and occupies a part of the space.

Example 2

The embodiment 2 of the invention provides an ozone generator capable of vaporizing liquid oxygen by utilizing self waste heat.

In this example 2, the availability of the residual heat of an ozone generator is illustrated by taking liquid oxygen as a gas source and taking the ozone generator producing 1kg/h of ozone as an example:

according to GB/T37894-2019 technical requirement of ozone generator for water treatment, under the normal working state, 1kg/h of ozone is produced, 10kg of liquid oxygen is consumed, and the circulating cooling water flow of the ozone generator is 1.5m3The water temperature rises by 2 ℃ (usually 22 ℃ for inlet water and 24 ℃ for outlet water).

The heat capacity of water is 4.2KJ/kg DEG C, 1.5m3The heat required per 2 ℃ rise of water is:

Q=cm△t=1000×1.5×4.2×2=12600kj。

the heat of vaporization of oxygen is 3.04kj/mol, the heat of vaporization absorbed by 1kg of liquid oxygen is 3.04 kj/32X 1000 ═ 95kj, and the heat of vaporization absorbed by 10kg of liquid oxygen: 95 × 10 ═ 950 kj.

12600KJ is far greater than 950KJ, that is, the heat generated by the ozone generator can vaporize the liquid oxygen and save cooling energy 950KJ/12600KJ × 100% ≈ 7.54%.

In this embodiment 2, liquid oxygen in the liquid oxygen storage tank 14 enters the coil pipe 5 in the ozone generator tank 1 through the liquid oxygen inlet 15 via the delivery pipe, the coil pipe 5 absorbs heat of cooling water in the cooling water chamber 2 to vaporize the liquid oxygen 17 to generate gaseous oxygen, the oxygen flows into the oxygen pressure reducing valve 12 through the oxygen outlet 16 to reduce pressure, the oxygen after pressure reduction enters the first space 10 in the ozone generator tank and enters the ozone pipe 4, the oxygen generates ozone gas through high-frequency high-voltage corona discharge, the ozone gas enters the second space 11 through the other end of the ozone pipe 4, and ozone in the second space 11 is output through the ozone outlet 3.

In this embodiment 2, the liquid oxygen outlet in the liquid oxygen storage tank 14 is connected to the liquid oxygen inlet 15 on the ozone generator tank 4, and a 304 stainless steel pipe is used for connection, and the wall thickness of the pipe is not less than 3 mm.

The heat absorption coil pipe 5 is wound on the periphery of all the ozone pipes 4, the length of the coil pipe 5 and the number of turns of the wound ozone pipes 4 are set according to actual conditions, and the complete vaporization of the liquid oxygen can be ensured.

The diameter of the coil 5 is adjusted according to the ozone output of the ozone generator, for example, 0.5-1kg/h ozone generator adopts DN15 coil, 1-10kg/h ozone generator adopts DN32 coil, 10-50kg/h ozone generator adopts DN50 coil, and 50-100kg/h ozone generator adopts DN65 coil.

In summary, the ozone generator of the embodiment of the present invention can vaporize liquid oxygen by using its own waste heat, and vaporize liquid oxygen by using the heat generated during the ionization process of the ozone generator, thereby not only solving the problem that the liquid oxygen is not completely vaporized due to low ambient temperature of the air-temperature gasifier, but also saving the vaporizer and energy.
