At present, passive intelligent textiles and active intelligent textiles are the most popular in the market, and although advanced intelligent textiles come out, the improvement of the performance of the advanced intelligent textiles is still in a state of continuous research and development. The existing intelligent textile manufacturing is generally carried out in a post-processing mode, namely, a flexible material is used as a substrate, an electronic element and a lead are placed in the hollow flexible material inside or embroidered on the surface of the flexible substrate in an embroidery thread mode, so that the surface of the flexible substrate is uneven, the wearing comfort of the intelligent textile is poor, in addition, the flexible substrate is used as a part added on the existing cloth cover, the integral appearance of the intelligent textile is influenced, the cloth cover cannot meet the requirement of light weight due to the increase of additional parts, and the development of the intelligent textile is limited.
