a waste paper pulping step, namely conveying waste paper through a first conveying belt, enabling the waste paper to pass through a washing area, respectively spraying water columns towards the waste paper through spray guns arranged above and below the first conveying belt in the washing area, cleaning the waste paper and then conveying the cleaned waste paper to a small and medium size pulping barrel, controlling the pulping time of the waste paper to be less than 0.5, and pulping the waste paper into first waste paper pulp in the small and medium size pulping barrel;

a waste paper board automatic cutting step, wherein the waste paper boards are conveyed forwards through a second conveying belt to pass through a cutting area, a plurality of cutting grooves are formed in the second conveying belt at intervals along the width direction, a plurality of circular cutters which are arranged at intervals and are installed above the waste paper boards are arranged in the cutting area, the circular cutters are driven to rotate through a motor, the lower cutting edges of the circular cutters are respectively sunk into the corresponding cutting grooves of the second conveying belt, and the waste paper boards are conveyed through the second conveying belt, pass through the circular cutters and are automatically cut into strip-shaped waste paper boards;

a waste paper board shredding step, namely fishing out waste paper strips through a fishing net which is pre-selected and laid at the bottom of an aeration tank and is fully distributed with pores, conveying the waste paper strips to a large-sized pulping barrel through a fourth conveying belt for pulping for 0.5 to 1 hour to obtain waste paper raw pulp, discharging heavy slag through a heavy slag discharge port arranged at the bottom of the pulping barrel, separating the heavy slag into sewage and sludge, and pumping the sewage to a sewage tank of a sewage treatment workshop for storage and standby; pumping the sludge to a sludge treatment workshop for treatment;

a hydraulic impurity removal step, namely pumping the waste paper raw pulp to a vibrating screen for hydraulic impurity removal treatment;

Background

At present, all production enterprises of corrugated paper including corrugated medium paper use waste paper such as waste paper boxes and waste paper boards as paper making raw materials, and the production enterprises of corrugated paper do not use raw wood pulp obtained by wood manufacturing as the paper making raw materials.

The process step is called as a pulping step, and is currently carried out in a large pulping barrel, wherein the diameter of the large pulping barrel is 3-10 meters, the height of the large pulping barrel is 5-10 meters, the large pulping barrel is stirred by a large stirrer arranged at the bottom of the large pulping barrel, the pulping time is 5-10 hours, the pulping time is very long, and the energy consumption is very high, so that improvement is needed.

a waste paper board automatic cutting step, wherein the waste paper boards are conveyed forwards through a second conveying belt to pass through a cutting area, a plurality of cutting grooves are formed in the second conveying belt at intervals along the width direction, a plurality of circular cutters which are arranged at intervals and are installed above the waste paper boards are arranged in the cutting area, the circular cutters are driven to rotate through a motor, the lower cutting edges of the circular cutters are respectively sunk into the corresponding cutting grooves of the second conveying belt, and the waste paper boards are conveyed through the second conveying belt, pass through the circular cutters and are automatically cut into strip-shaped waste paper boards;

a waste paper board soaking step, namely conveying the waste paper board strips to a soaking pool through a second conveying belt to be soaked for 0.5 hour, so that the waste paper board strips are softened and cleaned;

a waste paper board shredding step, namely fishing out waste paper strips through a fishing net which is pre-selected and laid at the bottom of an aeration tank and is fully distributed with pores, conveying the waste paper strips to a large-sized pulping barrel through a fourth conveying belt for pulping for 0.5 to 1 hour to obtain waste paper raw pulp, discharging heavy slag through a heavy slag discharge port arranged at the bottom of the pulping barrel, separating the heavy slag into sewage and sludge, and pumping the sewage to a sewage tank of a sewage treatment workshop for storage and standby; pumping the sludge to a sludge treatment workshop for treatment;

a hydraulic impurity removal step, namely pumping the waste paper raw pulp to a vibrating screen for hydraulic impurity removal treatment;

a precipitation step, namely pumping the waste paper raw pulp subjected to hydraulic impurity removal treatment to a sand settling plate for precipitation treatment, and separating impurities to obtain raw pulp;

a low-concentration desanding step, namely pumping the raw pulp material to a low-concentration desanding machine for low-concentration desanding treatment;

a pulping treatment step, namely performing flotation deinking treatment, concentration treatment, pulp washing treatment, secondary low-concentration desanding treatment, low-concentration filter pressing treatment, concentration treatment and high-concentration filter pressing treatment on the coarse ground pulp in sequence to obtain pure pulp;

a pulp mixing step, namely pumping the pure pulp to a pulp mixing pressure box, and mixing the concentration of the pulp to obtain papermaking pulp;

a papermaking forming step, namely pumping papermaking slurry to forming papermaking equipment, spraying the papermaking slurry towards a net part arranged on the forming papermaking equipment through a spray gun, and conveying the papermaking slurry forwards through the net part for dehydration to obtain wet paper;

and a subsequent papermaking step, namely sequentially carrying out squeezing treatment, drying treatment, calendaring treatment, rewinding treatment, slitting treatment and packaging treatment on the wet paper to finally obtain the corrugated core paper.

In a further technical scheme, a surface-shaped water curtain which is continuously distributed is arranged in the flushing area, so that waste paper passes through the water curtain, the waste paper is wetted firstly, the waste paper is softened firstly, then the waste paper passes through a spray gun, and high-pressure water columns are sprayed through the spray gun, so that each area of the waste paper is locally crushed while the waste paper is cleaned.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the invention separately treats the waste paper and the waste paper board and respectively uses different treatment modes, thereby having shorter pulping time, lower energy consumption, more energy saving and environmental protection.

A production method for reducing pulping energy consumption and using waste paper to reconstruct corrugated medium paper comprises a classification step, a paper pulp regeneration step and a paper pulp regeneration step, wherein the recycled waste paper is classified into at least waste paper and waste paperboard;

a waste paper pulping step, namely conveying waste paper through a first conveying belt, enabling the waste paper to pass through a washing area, respectively spraying water columns towards the waste paper through spray guns arranged above and below the first conveying belt in the washing area, cleaning the waste paper and then conveying the cleaned waste paper to a small and medium size pulping barrel, controlling the pulping time of the waste paper to be less than 0.5, and pulping the waste paper into first waste paper pulp in the small and medium size pulping barrel; the washing area is provided with a planar water curtain which is continuously distributed, waste paper passes through the water curtain, the waste paper is wetted, the waste paper is softened firstly, then the waste paper passes through the spray gun, and high-pressure water columns are sprayed through the spray gun, so that each area of the waste paper is locally crushed while the waste paper is washed, the pulping time of the waste paper in a small and medium size pulping barrel can be reduced, the time is saved, and the pulping energy consumption is reduced;

a waste paper board automatic cutting step, wherein the waste paper boards are conveyed forwards through a second conveying belt to pass through a cutting area, a plurality of cutting grooves are formed in the second conveying belt at intervals along the width direction, a plurality of circular cutters which are arranged at intervals and are installed above the waste paper boards are arranged in the cutting area, the circular cutters are driven to rotate through a motor, the lower cutting edges of the circular cutters are respectively sunk into the corresponding cutting grooves of the second conveying belt, and the waste paper boards are conveyed through the second conveying belt, pass through the circular cutters and are automatically cut into strip-shaped waste paper boards;

a waste paper board shredding step, namely fishing out waste paper battens through a fishing net which is pre-selected and laid at the bottom of an aeration tank and is fully distributed with pores, and conveying the waste paper battens to a large-sized pulping barrel through a fourth conveying belt for pulping for 0.5 to 1 hour to obtain waste paper raw pulp, wherein the waste paper battens can be easily shredded into fine fiber blocks and fiber bundles when the large-sized pulping barrel is used for pulping because bonding among internal fibers of the waste paper battens subjected to softening treatment and aeration treatment is very small and the structural strength is relatively loose, and the paper shredding time is controlled within 1 hour; because the waste paper is easy to be impacted and crushed when the aeration tank is aerated, the waste paper and the waste paper boards are separately treated and are respectively crushed, the crushing of the waste paper is very easy, compared with the traditional crushing treatment mode, the waste paper and the waste paper boards with the same ton quantity are used for crushing, the total crushing time of the invention is less than 2 hours and is far less than the time required by the traditional crushing treatment mode, and the energy consumption of crushing is reduced to be less than 30 percent of the energy consumption required by the traditional crushing treatment mode;

discharging heavy slag through a heavy slag discharging port arranged at the bottom of the crushed pulp barrel, separating sewage and sludge from the heavy slag, and pumping the sewage to a sewage pool of a sewage treatment workshop for storage and standby; pumping the sludge to a sludge treatment workshop for treatment;

the invention also comprises a pulping and pulping step and a subsequent papermaking step, and concretely comprises the following steps,

a hydraulic impurity removal step, namely pumping the waste paper raw pulp to a vibrating screen for hydraulic impurity removal treatment;

a precipitation step, namely pumping the waste paper raw pulp subjected to hydraulic impurity removal treatment to a sand settling plate for precipitation treatment, and separating impurities to obtain raw pulp;
