Loosening the basket nut, and sequentially disassembling the upper basket screw and the lower basket screw; then loosening the nut, rotating the lower suspension hanger rod, and taking out the lower suspension hanger rod from the suspension hole of the platform standard module; taking out the upper suspension hanger rods positioned at the outermost edge of the outer side of the operating platform from the reserved circular holes one by one on the top surface of the high-altitude large cantilever structure;

② repairing the reserved round hole at the outermost edge position of the outer side

After the upper suspension hanger rod is disassembled, plugging the reserved round hole according to the structural requirements of the original design construction drawing; then, according to the requirements of a decoration construction drawing of a high-altitude large cantilever structure, performing local decoration surface layer construction on the reserved circular hole;

thirdly, dismantling the protective railing

Removing the protective railings at the edge of the decoration construction operation platform from the lateral connecting holes of the platform modules one by one, and temporarily placing the protective railings at proper positions in the operation platform;

fourthly, dismantling the standard module of the outermost edge platform of the outer side

The platform standard module at the outermost edge of the outer side is temporarily fixed by adopting measures such as rope binding; then loosening the nut, rotating the connecting screw rod, and taking out the connecting screw rod from the connecting hole of the platform standard module; dismantling the standard module connecting plate; dragging a rope, and removing the platform standard module at the outermost edge of the outer side;

fifthly, mounting the protective barrier

Installing the protective railing at the platform standard module on the outermost side again to provide high-altitude safety protection for subsequent platform dismantling and reserved circular hole repairing work continuously;

sixthly, repeating the above steps … … to remove all platform standard modules

Sequentially repeating the first step, the second step, the third step, the fourth step and the fifth step, and dismantling all platform standard modules;

seventhly, dismantling the platform foundation module

Sequentially repeating the first step, the second step and the third step, and removing the suspension hanger rods of the platform foundation modules, repairing the reserved round holes on the floor slab of the cantilever structure and removing the protective railings one by one; then binding and temporarily fixing the platform foundation module by adopting a rope; loosening the nut, rotating the anchoring screw rod, and taking out the anchoring screw rod from the mounting fixing hole of the lower floor slab of the cantilever structure and the anchoring hole of the platform foundation module respectively; dismantling the connecting plate of the foundation module; and dragging the rope to remove all the platform foundation modules, and finishing the dismantling of the decoration construction operation platform of the high-altitude large cantilever structure.

Compared with the similar technology, the invention has obvious advanced effect, which is mainly reflected in that:

the decorative engineering operation platform is formed by splicing platform modules, the platform modules are made of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), the modules which are formed by a compression molding process and have standard sizes and are used for the decorative engineering operation platform are divided into platform base modules and platform standard modules, the modules are manufactured according to the unified standard sizes, the lap joint parts of the platform modules adopt stepped structures which are mutually matched, and the decorative engineering operation platform is convenient and quick to install and disassemble and has a high safety system.

The annular reinforcing belt is made of metal or fiber material with high strength, is placed on the periphery of the hole core mold before the platform module is molded, and is subjected to compression molding, so that the strength is increased.

The upper suspension hanging rod, the lower suspension hanging rod, the anchoring screw rod and the connecting screw rod are all made of steel, and one end of the steel is in a threaded structure and is conveniently connected with the nut; the other end is provided with a horizontal rod and forms a cross structure with the vertical upright rod, so that the rotation angle is fixed when the device is conveniently installed in a hole.

The invention adopts a structure of the flower basket screw rod with the upper part and the lower part, which is convenient for the assembly and disassembly of the flower basket screw rod.

The mounting and fixing holes and the like vertically penetrate through the oblong hole and are used for mounting, rotationally fixing or dismounting the cross-shaped end of the upper hanging suspension rod, the lower hanging suspension rod, the anchoring screw or the connecting screw which penetrate through the oblong hole.

The protection railing, make according to standard size, the pole setting of preventing the railing is installed in the side direction connecting hole of platform module, the lower part sets up the cross structure, the cross structure is installed with the cooperation of side direction connecting hole and is torn open convenient, quick.

In conclusion, the decoration engineering operation platform for the high-altitude large cantilever structure provided by the invention is a light decoration engineering operation platform which is erected again depending on the high-altitude large cantilever structure in the construction stage of the decoration and fitment engineering. The novel decoration and fitment operation platform is formed by splicing light high-strength module components on site, does not need large-scale hoisting equipment in the installation and dismantling process, reduces the dangerousness and technical difficulty of high-altitude installation and dismantling construction, and has the advantages of simple process, convenience in operation, high construction speed, light high strength, low installation and dismantling cost, short use and maintenance time and the like.

Detailed Description

For the purpose of enhancing an understanding of the present invention, the following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which are provided for the purpose of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

The structural diagram of the high-altitude large-cantilever structure decoration engineering operation platform is shown in figure 1.

As can be seen from fig. 1, the decoration engineering operation platform for the high-altitude large cantilever structure provided by the invention is a high-altitude suspension type operation platform which is erected by depending on the high-altitude large cantilever structure and is used for decoration engineering construction of the high-altitude large cantilever structure.

The installation and dismantling processes and the method of the decoration engineering operation platform of the high-altitude large cantilever structure are respectively as follows:

1. installation of decoration construction operation platform of high-altitude large cantilever structure

Installation process: the method comprises the following steps of main structure reservation construction → platform module manufacturing → upper suspension hanger installation → platform foundation installation → platform standard module installation → protective railing installation.

Firstly, reserving construction for main structure

In the main body construction stage of the high-altitude large cantilever structure, a circular hole 2 for hanging a decoration engineering operation platform is reserved on a cantilever structure floor slab 1 according to design parameters such as spacing, position and size determined by the design scheme of the decoration operation platform.

② manufacturing platform module

The platform module is made of fiber reinforced composite materials. In a processing plant, according to the production design scheme of the platform module, a special mold is adopted to produce a platform basic module 3 and a platform standard module 4. A suspension hole 5, a connecting hole 6, an anchoring hole 7 and a lateral connecting hole 8 are arranged on the platform foundation module 3, and an annular reinforcing belt 9 is arranged at the outer peripheral stress part of the suspension hole 5, the connecting hole 6 and the anchoring hole 7; a suspension hole 5, a connecting hole 6 and a lateral connecting hole 8 are arranged on the platform standard module 4, and an annular reinforcing belt 9 is arranged at the outer peripheral stress part of the suspension hole 5 and the connecting hole 6.

Thirdly, installing the upper suspension hanger rod

The upper suspension hanger rods 10 are placed into the circular holes 2 reserved in the construction stage of the large cantilever structure one by one, so that the threaded ends of the hanger rods penetrate through the circular holes 2 and are placed on the cantilever structure floor slab 1.

Fourthly, installing a platform foundation module

A gasket 12 and a nut 13 are put into the upper end of the lower suspension hanger rod 11; placing a lower suspension hanger rod 11 in a suspension hole 5 of the platform base module 3, rotating by 90 degrees, and screwing a nut 13 tightly to enable a horizontal fixing pin 14 of the lower suspension hanger rod 11 to be tightly abutted and fixed with the lower surface of the platform base module 3; a mounting and fixing hole 16 is formed in the lower floor 15 of the cantilever structure (or reserved in the structural construction stage); placing a gasket 12 and screwing a nut 13 at the upper end of the anchoring screw 17; sequentially penetrating an anchoring screw 17 into an anchoring hole 7 of the platform foundation module 3 and a mounting fixing hole 16 of the overhanging structure lower floor slab 15, rotating the anchoring screw by 90 degrees, screwing a nut 13 tightly, enabling a horizontal fixing pin 14 of the anchoring screw 17 to be tightly abutted against the lower surface of the overhanging structure lower floor slab 15, and connecting and fixing the platform foundation module 3 and the overhanging structure lower floor slab 15; then, the upper suspension hanger rod 10 and the lower suspension hanger rod 11 are connected and fastened by an upper basket screw 18, a lower basket hanger rod 19 and a basket nut 20, and the platform base module 3 is kept horizontal, so that the first platform base module 3 is installed; and then sequentially installing all the rest platform foundation modules 3 by adopting the same method, timely placing the vertical bolts 22 of the foundation module connecting plates 21 into the lateral connecting holes 8 of the two adjacent platform foundation modules 3 respectively after the two adjacent platform foundation modules 3 are installed, and connecting and fixing the two adjacent platform foundation modules 3 to finish the installation of the platform foundation modules 3.

Fifthly, mounting the platform standard module

A gasket 12 and a nut 13 are put into the upper end of the lower suspension hanger rod 11; placing a lower suspension hanger rod 11 in a suspension hole 5 of the platform standard module 4, rotating by 90 degrees, and screwing a nut 13 tightly to enable a horizontal fixing pin 14 of the lower suspension hanger rod 11 to be tightly abutted and fixed with the lower surface of the platform standard module 4; placing a gasket 12 and screwing a nut 13 at the upper end of the connecting screw rod 23; sequentially penetrating the connecting screw rods 23 into connecting holes 6 in the platform standard module 4 and the platform foundation module 3 and then rotating the connecting screw rods 90 degrees, and screwing the nuts 13 tightly to enable the horizontal fixing pins 14 of the connecting screw rods 23 to be abutted against the lower surface of the platform foundation module 3 and connect and fix the platform standard module 4 and the platform foundation module 3; then, the upper suspension hanger rod 10 and the lower suspension hanger rod 11 are connected and fastened by an upper basket screw rod 17, a lower basket hanger rod 18 and a basket nut 19, and the platform standard module 4 is kept horizontal, so that the first platform standard module 4 is installed; and then, sequentially installing all the other platform standard modules 4 by adopting the same method, and after the two adjacent platform standard modules 4 are installed, timely placing the vertical bolts 22 of the standard module connecting plate 24 into the lateral connecting holes 8 of the two adjacent platform standard modules 4 respectively to connect and fix the two adjacent platform standard modules 4 to complete the installation of the platform standard modules 4.

Sixthly, mounting the protective railing

And at the position of the platform standard module 4 at the most edge, the vertical upright rods of the protective railings 25 are sequentially and correspondingly placed into the lateral connecting holes 8 and fixed, so that the installation of the decoration engineering construction operating platform of the high-altitude large cantilever structure is completed.

2. Demolition of decoration construction operation platform of high-altitude large cantilever structure

Dismantling process: removing the outer most edge hanging hanger rod → repairing the reserved round hole at the outer most edge position → removing the guard rail → removing the outer most edge platform standard module → installing the guard rail → repeating the previous step … … to remove all platform standard modules → removing the platform base module.

Firstly, dismantling the outermost edge suspension hanger rod at the outer side

Loosening the basket nut 20, and sequentially removing the upper basket screw 18 and the lower basket screw 19; then loosening the nut 13, rotating the lower suspension hanger rod 11 by 90 degrees, and taking out the lower suspension hanger rod with the nut 13 and the gasket 12 from the suspension hole 5 of the platform standard module 4; on the top surface of the overhanging structure floor slab 1 of the high-altitude large overhanging structure, the upper suspension hanger rods 10 positioned at the outermost edge position outside the operating platform are taken out one by one from the reserved circular holes 2.

② repairing the reserved round hole at the outermost edge position of the outer side

After the upper suspension hanger rod 10 is disassembled, according to the structural requirements of the original design construction drawing, the circular hole 2 reserved in the construction stage of the main body structure is plugged; and then, according to the requirements of the decoration construction drawing of the high-altitude large cantilever structure, performing local decoration surface layer construction on the reserved round hole 2.

Thirdly, dismantling the protective railing

The protective railings 25 at the edge of the decorative construction operation platform are removed from the lateral connecting holes 8 of the platform standard module 4 and the platform base module 3 one by one and are temporarily placed in proper positions in the operation platform.

Fourthly, dismantling the standard module of the outermost edge platform of the outer side

The platform standard module 4 positioned at the outermost edge of the outer side is temporarily fixed by adopting measures such as rope binding; then loosening the nut 13, rotating the connecting screw rod 23 by 90 degrees, and taking out the nut 13 and the gasket 12 from the connecting hole 6 of the platform standard module 4; the vertical bolt 22 of the standard module connecting plate 24 is taken out from the lateral connecting hole 8 of the platform standard module 4; the rope is pulled and the outer most marginal platform module 4 is removed.

Fifthly, mounting the protective barrier

And (3) reinstalling the protective barrier 25 at the platform standard module 4 at the most edge, and correspondingly placing the vertical rods of the protective barrier 25 into the lateral connecting holes 8 in sequence and fixing the vertical rods so as to continuously provide high-altitude safety protection for subsequent platform dismantling and reserved round hole repairing work.

Sixthly, repeating the above steps … … to remove all platform standard modules

And (4) sequentially repeating the steps of the first step, the second step, the third step, the fourth step and the fifth step, and dismantling all the platform standard modules 4.

Seventhly, dismantling the platform foundation module

Sequentially repeating the first step, the second step and the third step, and removing the suspension hanger rods of the platform foundation module 3, repairing the circular holes 3 reserved on the overhanging structure floor slab and removing the protective railings 25 one by one; then binding and temporarily fixing the platform foundation module 3 by adopting a rope; loosening the nut 13, and taking out the nut 13 and the gasket 12 from the mounting and fixing hole 16 of the overhanging structure lower floor slab 15 and the anchoring hole 7 of the platform foundation module 3 respectively after rotating the anchoring screw 17 by 90 degrees; taking out the vertical bolt 22 of the base module connecting plate 21 from the lateral connecting hole 8 of the platform base module 3; and dragging the rope, removing all the platform foundation modules 3, and finishing the dismantling of the decoration construction operation platform of the high-altitude large cantilever structure.
