1. An air cleaner characterized by: comprises a shell and a filter element;

the shell comprises an air inlet chamber, a connecting pipe, a filtering chamber and a collecting chamber which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the air inlet chamber, the filtering chamber and the collecting chamber are independent, and the collecting chamber is movably connected with the filtering chamber;

the air inlet cavity is mushroom-shaped, the side wall of the air inlet cavity is provided with an air inlet communicated with the outside, the upper end of the connecting pipe extends into the air inlet cavity, the lower side of the connecting pipe is provided with an extension pipe which extends vertically downwards, the extension pipe extends into the filtering cavity, the filter element is a cylindrical honeycomb filter element, the lower part of the extension pipe is sleeved with the filter element, and the lower side of the filter element exceeds the lower side of the extension pipe;

the filtering chamber comprises a cylindrical upper part, a cylindrical lower part, an upper part and a lower part which are movably connected, the diameter of the lower part is smaller than that of the upper part, an air outlet communicated with the outside is arranged in the circumferential direction of the upper part, and the circumferential outer side of the filter element is attached to the circumferential inner side of the lower part.

An air cleaner according to claim 1 wherein: the honeycomb filter element is composed of a plurality of vertically arranged filter layers which are coaxially sleeved inside and outside, each filter layer comprises cylindrical first filter paper positioned on the inner side and continuous wave-shaped second filter paper coated on the circumferential outer side of the first filter paper, a plurality of first gaps are formed between the first filter paper and the second filter paper, the cross section of each first gap is in a half oval shape, the lower portion of each first gap is provided with a first glue drop for sealing the first gap, for any two adjacent filter layers, the inner side of the first filter paper positioned on the outer side is connected with the wave-shaped top end of the outer side of the second filter paper positioned on the inner filter layer, a plurality of second gaps are formed between the inner side of the first filter paper positioned on the outer side and the outer side of the second filter paper positioned on the inner side, and the upper portion of each second gap is provided with a second glue drop for sealing the second gap.

4. An air cleaner according to claim 1 wherein: the extension line of the central line of the air inlet chamber does not pass through the central line of the shell.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to an air cleaner.

Background

Along with the gradual progress of automobile engine technology, the filtration efficiency of air cleaner is required to be improved, but the filtration efficiency of the existing air cleaner can not meet the design requirement more and more.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an air filter with reasonable structure and high filtering efficiency.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an air filter, which comprises a shell and a filter element;

the shell comprises an air inlet chamber, a connecting pipe, a filtering chamber and a collecting chamber which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the air inlet chamber, the filtering chamber and the collecting chamber are independent, and the collecting chamber is movably connected with the filtering chamber;

the air inlet cavity is mushroom-shaped, the side wall of the air inlet cavity is provided with an air inlet communicated with the outside, the upper end of the connecting pipe extends into the air inlet cavity, the lower side of the connecting pipe is provided with an extension pipe which extends vertically downwards, the extension pipe extends into the filtering cavity, the filter element is a cylindrical honeycomb filter element, the lower part of the extension pipe is sleeved with the filter element, and the lower side of the filter element exceeds the lower side of the extension pipe;

the filtering chamber comprises a cylindrical upper part, a cylindrical lower part, an upper part and a lower part which are movably connected, the diameter of the lower part is smaller than that of the upper part, an air outlet communicated with the outside is arranged in the circumferential direction of the upper part, and the circumferential outer side of the filter element is attached to the circumferential inner side of the lower part.

For the sake of simplicity of explanation, an air cleaner according to the present invention will be referred to as the present cleaner hereinafter.

According to the principle of the filter, outside air enters the air inlet chamber through the air inlet hole, then enters the filter chamber through the connecting pipe and the extension pipe, large-particle dust falls to the collection chamber, and then small particles are filtered through the filter element and are guided out from the air outlet.

The filter has the advantages that: the filter is reasonable in structure and convenient to use, improves the efficiency of air filtration, and meets the design requirement of a higher engine.

In order to achieve better using effect of the filter, the preferable scheme is as follows:

preferably, the upper part and the lower part are connected by a plurality of buckles.

The upper part and the lower part are connected by the buckle, so that the filter element is convenient to replace.

Preferably, the honeycomb filter element is composed of a plurality of vertically arranged filter layers which are coaxially sleeved inside and outside, each filter layer comprises a cylindrical first filter paper positioned on the inner side and a continuous wavy second filter paper coated on the circumferential outer side of the first filter paper, a plurality of first gaps are formed between the first filter paper and the second filter paper, the cross section of each first gap is in a half ellipse shape, a first adhesive drop for sealing the first gap is arranged on the lower portion in each first gap, for any two adjacent filter layers, the inner side surface of the first filter paper positioned on the outer side is connected with the wavy top end on the outer side of the second filter paper positioned on the inner filter layer, a plurality of second gaps are formed between the inner side surface of the first filter paper positioned on the outer side and the outer side of the second filter paper positioned on the inner side, and a second adhesive drop for sealing the second gaps is arranged on the upper portion in each second gap.

The first half oval-shaped crack is used as an air inlet hole, the second crack is used as an air outlet hole, and the total area of the first crack in each filter layer is larger than that of the second crack, so that the air inlet hole has larger dust holding capacity, is not easy to block, reduces the replacement period and reduces the use cost.

Preferably, an extension line of a center line of the inlet hole of the inlet chamber does not pass through a center line of the housing.

Because the extension line of the central line of the air inlet does not pass through the central line of the shell, the air inlet guides the air to obliquely enter the air inlet chamber, the air rotates in the air inlet chamber, and the probability that dust and foreign matters in the air collide with the air inlet chamber and fall into the dust collecting groove is increased.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1-3, an air cleaner includes a housing, a filter element 8;

the shell comprises an air inlet chamber 4, a connecting pipe 5, a filtering chamber 6 and a collecting chamber 7 which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the air inlet chamber 4, the filtering chamber 6 and the collecting chamber 7 are independent respectively, and the collecting chamber 7 is movably connected with the filtering chamber 6;

the air inlet chamber 4 is mushroom-shaped, the side wall of the air inlet chamber 4 is provided with an air inlet 41 communicated with the outside, the upper end of the connecting pipe 5 extends into the air inlet chamber 4, the lower side of the connecting pipe 5 is provided with an extension pipe 51 extending vertically downwards, the extension pipe 51 extends into the filtering chamber 6, the filter element 8 adopts a cylindrical honeycomb filter element, the lower part 62 of the extension pipe 51 is sleeved with the filter element 8, and the lower side of the filter element 8 exceeds the lower side of the extension pipe 51;

the filter chamber 6 comprises a cylindrical upper part 61, a cylindrical lower part 62, an upper part 61 and a cylindrical lower part 62 which are connected through a plurality of buckles 64, the diameter of the lower part 62 is smaller than that of the upper part 61, the upper part 61 is circumferentially provided with an air outlet 63 communicated with the outside, and the circumferential outer side of the filter element 8 is abutted with the circumferential inner side of the lower part 62.

The honeycomb filter element is composed of a plurality of vertically arranged filter layers 1 which are coaxially sleeved inside and outside, each filter layer 1 comprises a cylindrical first filter paper 11 positioned on the inner side and a continuous wave-shaped second filter paper 12 coated on the circumferential outer side of the first filter paper 11, a plurality of first cracks 2 are formed between the first filter paper 11 and the second filter paper 12, the cross section of each first crack 2 is in a semi-ellipse shape, and the lower part 62 in each first nip 2 is provided with a first drop of glue 21 closing the first nip 2, for any two adjacent filter layers 1, the inner side surface of the first filter paper 111 of the outer filter layer 1 is connected with the wave-shaped top end of the outer side of the second filter paper 12 of the inner filter layer 1, a plurality of second slits 3 are formed between the inner side surface of the first filter paper 111 of the outer filter layer 1 and the outer side of the second filter paper 12 of the inner filter layer 1, and the upper part 61 in each second slit 3 is provided with a second glue drop 31 for closing the second slits 3.

The extension line of the central line of the air inlet hole 41 of the air inlet chamber 4 does not pass through the central line of the shell.

According to the principle of the filter, outside air enters the air inlet chamber 4 through the air inlet 41, then enters the filtering chamber 6 through the connecting pipe 5 and the extension pipe 51, large-particle dust falls to the collecting chamber 7, and then small particles are filtered through the filter element 8 and are led out from the air outlet 63.

The collecting chamber 7 is in an inverted cone shape and consists of a collecting shell and a dust exhaust valve which are movably connected.

The filter has the advantages that: the filter is reasonable in structure and convenient to use, improves the efficiency of air filtration, and meets the design requirement of a higher engine.

The snap 64 connects the upper portion 61 and the lower portion 62 to facilitate replacement of the cartridge 8.

The semi-elliptical first crack 2 is used as an air inlet hole, the second crack 3 is used as an air outlet hole, and the total area of the first crack 2 in each filter layer 1 is larger than that of the second crack 3, so that the air inlet hole has larger dust holding capacity, is not easy to block, reduces the replacement period and reduces the use cost.

Because the extension line of the central line of the air inlet 41 does not pass through the central line of the shell, the air inlet 41 guides the air to obliquely enter the air inlet chamber 4, the air rotates in the air inlet chamber 4, and the probability that dust and foreign matters in the air collide with the air inlet chamber 4 and fall into the dust collecting groove is increased.
