Background

In the TBM construction, if the hardness of rocks in a tunneling section is too high, and the performance of the hob cannot be matched with geological conditions, the problems that the hob is difficult to break the rocks, a cutter ring is seriously abraded and the like can occur, a large amount of time cost can be consumed for checking, maintaining and replacing the hob, and the TBM construction progress is greatly influenced.

In order to solve the problem of low rock breaking efficiency of a hob under a hard rock stratum, domestic and foreign scholars propose various auxiliary rock breaking methods, high-pressure water and the hob are combined to break rock, so that the environment-friendly and efficient auxiliary rock breaking technology is provided, and rock breaking operation is completed by the aid of the high-pressure jet formed by a nozzle after passing through a supercharging device.

In the TBM construction process, the high-pressure water pipeline connecting structure is influenced by water jet and the rock breaking of a cutter hob and is in strong vibration, so that the connecting thread of the high-pressure water pipeline is always loosened, and the safety and stable operation of the high-pressure water jet auxiliary rock breaking system are influenced.

Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art to provide a high pressure water jet system pipeline anti-loosening joint mounted on a TBM to prevent connection loosening of a connection screw in a high pressure water pipeline due to strong vibration.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a high pressure water jet system pipeline anti-loosening joint mounted on a TBM, which can prevent connection loosening of connection threads in a high pressure water pipeline due to strong vibration.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a pipeline anti-loose joint of a high-pressure water jet system carried on a TBM (tunnel boring machine) comprises a hose buckling piece, a high-pressure threaded sleeve, a hose supporting sleeve, a half clamping sleeve and a pressing threaded cushion, wherein the hose buckling piece and the high-pressure threaded sleeve are fixed into a whole;

the half jacket is fixed on the cylindrical section;

the hose support sleeve is sleeved on the conical connecting section, one end of the hose support sleeve is fixedly connected with the half jacket, and the other end of the hose support sleeve axially clamps the end face of the high-pressure threaded sleeve, which is far away from one end of the pressing threaded pad.

According to the anti-loose joint of the high-pressure water jet system pipeline carried on the TBM, the hose support sleeve 3 is fixed on the hose buckling piece 1 by the aid of the half jacket 4, and then the rotation of the high-pressure threaded sleeve 2 relative to the hose buckling piece 1 is limited by the boss of the rectangular groove embedded in the outer end face of the high-pressure threaded sleeve 2, so that the high-pressure threaded sleeve 2 and the hose buckling piece 1 are fastened and anti-loose, the problem that connecting threads in the high-pressure water pipeline are loosened due to strong vibration is solved, the stable use of a high-pressure sealing face is guaranteed, risks in TBM construction are reduced, and the reliability of a pressurized-water jet auxiliary rock breaking system is improved.

The pipeline anti-loosening joint of the TBM-carried high-pressure water jet system is novel in design, simple in part processing and manufacturing, easy and convenient to assemble and disassemble and capable of meeting engineering requirements, and accords with the reality.

When the anti-loose joint for the pipeline of the high-pressure water jet system loaded on the TBM provided by the embodiment of the invention is used:

1. firstly, sleeving a half jacket 4 provided with an O-shaped ring 7 and a hose supporting sleeve 3 on a hose crimping piece 1;

2. then screwing the high-pressure threaded sleeve 2 on the external thread section 11 of the hose crimping piece 1;

3. then a conical surface pressing screw pad 6 and a pressing screw pad 5 are sequentially arranged;

4. then screwing the high-pressure threaded sleeve 2 and the hose crimping piece 1 together at the interface of the pipeline of the high-pressure water jet system through the external thread of the high-pressure threaded sleeve 2;

5. then, a boss at the end part of the hose support sleeve 3 is embedded into a rectangular groove on the end surface of the high-pressure thread sleeve 2;

6. and finally, screwing the bolt on the half clamping sleeve 4, and fixing the half clamping sleeve 4 and the hose supporting sleeve 3 on the hose buckling piece 1.
