Background

The conventional method for measuring the length of the cable on the construction site mostly adopts a meter ruler for measurement, the measurement is complicated, the workload is large, and the measurement data error is large, in the patent of CN201410310076.4 Cable metering system and method, although a measurement method is provided, the method calculates the length of the cable by measuring time and calculating speed, the method is only suitable for the scene that the cable can be dragged at a constant speed in a production line, and is not suitable for the construction site where the cable can not be dragged at a constant speed. Although some cables can be provided with length marks when leaving a factory, some manufacturers have the situation of material reduction due to work stealing, and the length marks are not accurate.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the device can provide a standard scale for measuring the length of the cable in a construction site, can measure the actual length of the cable, and can compare the actual length with a length mark on the cable to judge whether a manufacturer steals work or reduces materials.

The application method of the synchronous construction cable length measuring device,

(1) firstly, a cable head passes through a wire inlet hole of a measuring device and is pulled towards a wire outlet hole;

(2) when the cable end passes through the probe, the controller drives the dotting device to perform dotting on the cable;

(3) when the cable head passes through the point reader I, the point reader I performs point reading identification and counts N and stores the N to the controller;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the invention utilizes the fixed distance to click and read points, is not influenced by the traction speed, is more reliable and convenient, can freely select the distance of the click and read points according to a formula, is more suitable for the complex situation of a construction site, can ensure the real reliability of the data of the invention by a locking device and a camera, is not distorted by people, and provides standard measurement.
