The 'mounting screw' of the motor passes through the through hole of the 'shaft sleeve' from the back and is fixed on the shaft system of the frame type platform, and the motor can be directly mounted from the outside, so that the system is convenient to mount and dismount.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments, which are illustrative only and not limiting, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

A rear-mounted half-open integrally-mounted brushless limited angle motor, please refer to fig. 1-2, the invention points are: the magnetic steel type motor mainly comprises a shell assembly 1, four positioning blocks 4, a stator core 5, four groups of armature windings (not shown in the drawing), magnetic steel 6, a shaft sleeve 7, a bearing 9, a locking nut 8, a plurality of mounting screws 3 (four in the drawing) and a lead wire 2.

The shell component is a revolving body structure provided with an annular cavity and comprises a back bottom 1.1, an outer annular wall 1.3, a central shell shaft 1.4 and a plurality of shell flanges 1.2 connected to the outer part of the outer annular wall. An annular cavity is formed between the outer annular wall and the central shell shaft. The four positioning blocks are uniformly distributed in the annular cavity along the circumferential direction in a mode of contacting with the inner annular surface of the outer annular wall and are connected with the back bottom through positioning pins, a stator core is coaxially embedded in the positioning blocks, the four groups of armature windings are distributed and embedded in spaces among the four positioning blocks, and the positioning blocks, the stator core and the armature windings form a stator of the motor.

The central shell shaft is a hollow shaft provided with a central hole 1.4.1, and the central shell shaft is connected with the bearing inner ring to form a shaft system of the motor but does not rotate.

The outer ring of the bearing is connected with the inner circle of the shaft sleeve, and the outer circle of the shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the magnetic steel in a bonding mode and the like to form a rotor of the motor;

a locking nut is coaxially sleeved on the central shell shaft outside the outer end face of the bearing and is in threaded connection with the central shell shaft, so that the axial locking of a motor shaft system is realized;
