Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of application of biological pesticides, in particular to a crop growth regulator or pesticide prepared by mixing 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid and application thereof.

Background

On the premise of fine management of the current agriculture, time saving, saving and efficiency improvement are the current mainstream.

28-high brassinolide can promote cell division and elongation, improve enzyme activity, improve seed activity and promote early development, and can be used for well supplementing crop, regulating crop growth, and relieving harmful conditions during freezing injury, drought and phytotoxicity. 28-high brassinolide is one of steroid compounds with higher biological activity and is widely present in plants. During each stage of plant growth and development, it can promote the vegetative growth and is favorable for fertilization. The artificially synthesized brassinolide has high activity, can be absorbed by leaves, stems and roots of plants and then is conducted to acting parts, has extremely trace acting concentration, is a high-efficiency plant growth regulator, and can obviously increase the growth of nutrient bodies of the plants and promote fertilization under very low concentration. It is suitable for grain crops, economic crops, vegetables and fruits, etc. to promote growth and increase yield.

Indoleacetic acid, hormones which stimulate plant growth, and endogenous auxins which are ubiquitous in plants, belong to the class of indole compounds. Also named auxin, auxin and alloauxin. The indole acetic acid has the basic function of regulating the growth of plants, not only can promote the growth, but also has the functions of inhibiting the growth and organ establishment. Indolacetic acid exists not only in a free state but also in a bound state in which it is firmly bound to a biopolymer or the like in a plant cell.

However, with the growing area of crops in China becoming larger and larger, the yield increase of the traditional single agent of indoleacetic acid or 28-high brassinolide is not obvious.

Therefore, how to provide a crop growth regulator and improve the yield is a problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a crop growth regulator or pesticide prepared by mixing 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid and application thereof. The selection, application frequency and application amount of the crop growth regulator or the pesticide are slightly changed along with the changes of crops, pests and weather conditions, and the purpose of effective control is achieved by using proper dosage.

A crop growth regulator mixed by 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid mixed material 0.1-50%; the balance of auxiliary materials.

Preferably: the material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 28-15-25% of a mixture of high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid; the balance of auxiliary materials.

The invention also provides a pesticide composition prepared by mixing 28-high brassinolide and heteroauxin, wherein the weight percentage of the total weight of the 28-high brassinolide and the heteroauxin in the pesticide composition is 1-90%, and the balance is auxiliary materials.

The invention also provides an application of a crop growth regulator mixed by 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid or a pesticide composition mixed by 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid, wherein the mass ratio of the 28-high brassinolide to the indoleacetic acid is (1-9) to (9-1).

Further: the mass ratio of the 28-high brassinolide to the indoleacetic acid is 1: 1.

Preferably: the auxiliary materials comprise, by mass, 1-20% of a solvent, 1-15% of an emulsifier, 1-10% of a dispersant, 1-10% of a wetting agent, 0.5-5% of a disintegrating agent, 1-15% of a binder, 0.5-5% of a stabilizer, 1-8% of an antifreezing agent, 0.1-3% of a thickening agent, 0.1-1% of an antifoaming agent, 0.1-10% of a pH regulator, and the balance of a filler or the balance of water.

The invention also provides application of the crop growth regulator mixed by 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid or the pesticide composition mixed by 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid in crop yield increase.

Preferably: the dosage form of the crop growth regulator or the pesticide composition comprises: suspending agent, aqueous emulsion, microemulsion, wettable powder, water dispersible granule, granule or solution.

Preferably: the crop is tomato or grape.

According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention discloses a crop growth regulator or pesticide prepared by mixing 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid and application thereof, and the beneficial effects are as follows: the use of 28-high brassinolide in crop yield increase is developed; the crop growth regulator provided by the invention is time-saving and energy-saving, the efficiency is obviously improved, and the effect of promoting the yield increase of crops is achieved.

A crop growth regulator mixed by 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid mixed material 20%; the balance of auxiliary materials.

Example 3

A crop growth regulator mixed by 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid mixed material 50%; the balance of auxiliary materials.

Example 4

A pesticide composition prepared by mixing 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid, wherein the weight percentage of the total weight of the 28-high brassinolide and the indoleacetic acid in the pesticide composition is 70%; the balance being water.

C. mixing the 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid mixed material, a solvent, an emulsifier and a stabilizer, adding an antifreezing agent, a thickening agent and a pH regulator after the mixture is completely dissolved, uniformly mixing, finally adding water for complementing, and uniformly stirring to obtain the crop growth regulating microemulsion mixed by the 28-high brassinolide and the indoleacetic acid;

D. mixing a 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid mixed material, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent and a filler, placing the mixture in a stirring kettle, fully stirring for 40-45 min, crushing the mixture by using a jet mill, and sieving the crushed mixture by using a 300-500-mesh sieve to obtain 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid mixed crop growth regulation wettable powder;

E. uniformly mixing a 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid mixed material dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a disintegrating agent, a defoaming agent, a stabilizing agent, a pH regulator and a filler, carrying out superfine grinding, kneading, adding a binder, granulating, drying at 60-75 ℃ and screening to obtain a crop growth regulation water dispersible granule mixed by 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid;

F. mixing a 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid mixed material, a dispersing agent, a stabilizing agent, a disintegrating agent, a pH regulator and a filler, adding a binder, kneading and granulating by using a granulator to obtain granules, drying and screening by using a fluidized bed at 60-75 ℃ to obtain 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid mixed crop growth regulation granules;

G. uniformly mixing the 28-high brassinolide and heteroauxin mixed material, a solvent, an emulsifier, a stabilizer, an antifreeze, a thickening agent, a pH regulator and water to obtain the crop growth regulating soluble solution prepared by mixing the 28-high brassinolide and heteroauxin.

In order to further optimize the technical scheme: the solvent is one or more of methyl oleate, absolute ethyl alcohol, glycerol and n-butanol;

the wetting agent is one or more of sodium butyl naphthalene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (6-7) ether, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, Morwet EFW and alkyl naphthalene sulfonate;

the disintegrating agent is one or more of sodium bicarbonate, magnesium chloride, aluminum chloride, sodium chloride, urea, ammonium sulfate, and bentonite;

the dispersant is one or more of formaldehyde condensate of sodium methyl naphthalene sulfonate, sodium lignosulfonate, calcium lignosulfonate, p-methoxy fatty amido benzenesulfonic acid, desugarized and graded sodium lignosulfonate, sodium salt of naphthalene sulfonic acid condensate, sodium salt of alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid polycondensate and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensate sulfuric acid;

the binder is one or more of (1-2%) naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate aqueous solution, (1-2%) naphthalene sulfonic acid condensate sodium salt, (1-2%) alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid condensate sodium salt

The thickener is one or more of xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, bentonite and white carbon black;

the pH regulator is one or more of ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, citric acid, and phosphoric acid;

the stabilizer is one or more of epoxidized soybean oil, epichlorohydrin, butyl hydroxy anisole, dibutyl hydroxy toluene, propyl gallate and tert-butyl hydroquinone;

the defoaming agent is one or a combination of more of silicone compounds, methanol, silicone oil and carbazone;

the antifreezing agent is one or more of glycerol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, sorbitol and polyethylene glycol;

the filler is one or more of kaolin, diatomite, bentonite, white carbon black, light calcium carbonate, attapulgite, clay, talcum powder, quartz sand, starch, soluble starch and potassium fulvate.

Example 6

Determination of combined toxicity of 28-high brassinolide and indoleacetic acid in regulating grape growth room

The test agent used 95% 28-high brassinolide and 98% indole acetic acid.

Test grapes: kyoho, the row spacing is 2.5 meters, the plant spacing is 1 meter, the normal field management is carried out, and the test land terrain is flat and has good drainage facilities.

Reference is made to the laboratory bioassay experimental guidelines NY/T2061.2-2011 and NY/T2061.5-2016 for pesticides. Experimental agents were treated for 4 replicates per concentration, with 0.1% aqueous tween 80 as a control, and 3 replicates per concentration. With reference to the NY1155.7-2006 recommendation, Gowing was used to calculate the theoretical fruit set efficiency/theoretical single fruit weight gain rate E0(E0 ═ X + Y-X Y/100) for each treatment mix combination, and the combined effect of the two mixes on grape growth regulation was evaluated in comparison to the measured fruit set efficiency/measured single fruit weight gain rate (E).

When the E-E0 value is more than 10 percent, the synergistic effect is obtained, when the E-E0 value is less than-10 percent, the antagonistic effect is obtained, and when the E-EO value is between-10 percent and 10 percent, the additive effect is obtained. And determining the optimal proportion according to factors such as actual fruit setting number, single fruit weight, characteristics of two plant regulators, formula balance and the like.

Experimental agents 28-high brassinolide 0.01, 0.015, 0.025, 0.03375 and 0.050625mg/L treatment resulted in 20.84%, 25.62%, 28.39%, 29.55% and 34.43% of fruit set, respectively, with a single fruit weight gain of 3.78%, 5.26%, 7.08%, 9.36% and 11.39%, indole acetic acid 0.005625, 0.01125, 0.0225, 0.045, 0.09mg/L treatment resulted in 20.84%, 25.62%, 28.39%, 29.55% and 34.43%, respectively, with a single fruit weight gain of 18.41%, 22.83%, 26.31%, 27.08% and 32.30%.

And (4) conclusion: the 28-high brassica indole acetic acid soluble agent is applied once in the bud stage, the young fruit stage and the fruit expansion stage of the grape with the content of the effective components of 4.0-5.0 mg/kg, and has the effect of regulating the growth of the grape, the grape plants are strong, the number of single-plant fruits is increased, the single weight is increased, and the yield is increased. And (4) conclusion: the 28-high brassica indole acetic acid soluble agent contains 2-2.5 mg/kg of active ingredients, is applied once in each of the seedling stage, the initial flowering stage and the young fruit stage of the tomato, has the effect of regulating the growth of the tomato, and has the advantages of robust tomato plants, increased single fruit number, increased single weight and increased yield. The tomato preservative is safe to tomatoes and has no adverse effect on surrounding target organisms and other plant diseases and insect pests.
