Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of application of biological pesticides, in particular to a crop growth regulator mixed by 28-high brassinolide and forchlorfenuron and application thereof.

Background

On the premise of fine management of the current agriculture, time saving, saving and efficiency improvement are the current mainstream.

28-high brassinolide can promote cell division and elongation, improve enzyme activity, improve seed activity and promote early development, and can be used for well supplementing crop, regulating crop growth, and relieving harmful conditions during freezing injury, drought and phytotoxicity. 28-high brassinolide is one of steroid compounds with higher biological activity and is widely present in plants. During each stage of plant growth and development, it can promote the vegetative growth and is favorable for fertilization. The artificially synthesized brassinolide has high activity, can be absorbed by leaves, stems and roots of plants and then is conducted to acting parts, has extremely trace acting concentration, is a high-efficiency plant growth regulator, and can obviously increase the growth of nutrient bodies of the plants and promote fertilization under very low concentration. It is suitable for grain crops, economic crops, vegetables and fruits, etc. to promote growth and increase yield.

However, as the planting area of crops in China is larger and larger, the yield of the traditional clopidogrel and 28-high brassinolide single agent is not increased obviously.

Therefore, how to provide a crop growth regulator and improve the yield is a problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Example 6

Measuring the combined toxicity of 28-high brassinolide and forchlorfenuron in the growth room of the kiwi fruit:

the test agent used 95% 28-high brassinolide and 95% forchlorfenuron.

The kiwi fruit variety: red sun, 8-month transplanting in 2012, deep groove high compartment, tree age of about 7 years, planting density: about 80 plants are planted per mu. The field is old yellow soil with a pH value of 5 and an organic matter content of 1%. Soaking young fruits for 1 time 20-25 days after the flowers of the kiwi fruits are withered, and taking the young fruits as a test object.

Reference is made to the laboratory bioassay experimental guidelines NY/T2061.2-2011 and NY/T2061.5-2016 for pesticides. Experimental agents were treated for 4 replicates per concentration, with 0.1% aqueous tween 80 as a control, and 3 replicates per concentration.

With reference to the NY1155.7-2006 recommended method, Gowing was used to calculate the theoretical fruit setting efficiency/theoretical single fruit weight increase rate E0(E0 ═ X + Y-X Y/100) for each treatment mix combination, and then compared to the measured fruit setting efficiency/measured single fruit weight increase rate (E), the combined effect of the two mixes on kiwi growth regulation was evaluated.

When the E-E0 value is more than 10 percent, the synergistic effect is obtained, when the E-E0 value is less than-10 percent, the antagonistic effect is obtained, and when the E-EO value is between-10 percent and 10 percent, the additive effect is obtained. And determining the optimal proportion according to factors such as actual fruit setting number, single fruit weight, characteristics of two plant regulators, formula balance and the like.

The fruit setting effects of the experimental agents 28-high brassinolide 0.01, 0.015, 0.025, 0.03375 and 0.050625mg/L are respectively 9.03%, 12.26%, 13.69%, 17.08% and 18.11%, the fruit weight increase rates are respectively 3.51%, 4.69%, 6.77%, 10.87% and 11.93%, the fruit setting effects of the forchlorfenuron 0.09, 0.9, 1.35, 1.975, 2.9625 and 4.44375mg/L are respectively 4.03%, 6.23%, 8.89%, 11.22% and 12.67%, and the fruit weight increase rates are respectively 2.87%, 3.23%, 4.16%, 6.68% and 8.24%;

after the two are mixed pairwise, the combined action type of the two is evaluated by a Gowing method, and the results show that through statistical experimental data:

1. when the ratio of 28-high brassinolide to forchlorfenuron is 1: 99, the fruit setting rate of the kiwi fruit can be improved, the single fruit weight is increased, and the adjusting effect is obvious.

2. When the ratio of 28-high brassinolide to forchlorfenuron is 99: 1, the fruit setting rate of the kiwi fruits can be improved, and the addition effect is achieved.

3. Experimental process observation shows that the two medicaments and the treatment of each dose are safe for the growth of the tested kiwi fruits and have no phytotoxicity.

Table 3 (28-high Brassica. forchlorfenuron soluble agent adjusting kiwi fruit growth quality determination table)

(Sichuan Qingshen 2019 years)

The experimental results show that: the 28-high brassica-forchlorfenuron soluble liquid agent is diluted by 150, 200, 300 and 400 times to regulate the growth of the kiwi fruit, the regulation rate of the longitudinal diameter of the kiwi fruit is 17.1 percent, 18.5 percent, 17.8 percent and 13.8 percent in sequence, the regulation rate of the transverse diameter of the kiwi fruit is 27.2 percent, 28.7 percent, 18.1 percent and 17.5 percent in sequence, and the weight increasing rate of the single fruit is 72.4 percent, 71.6 percent, 63.2 percent and 58.9 percent in sequence. The contrast agent 0.01% 28-high brassinolide soluble agent is used for diluting fruit longitudinal diameter regulation rate, fruit transverse diameter regulation rate and single fruit weight gain rate by 2000 times respectively by 16.8%, 13.6% and 56.4%, and the contrast agent 0.1% forchlorfenuron soluble agent is used for diluting fruit longitudinal diameter regulation rate, fruit transverse diameter regulation rate and single fruit weight gain rate by 50 times respectively by 19.6%, 26.8% and 74.5%. The single fruit weight gain rate statistical data is used for variance analysis, the 150-fold dilution weight gain effect of the 28-homobrassica clopidogrel soluble liquid is obviously higher than that of 300-fold and 400-fold dilution, and the difference between the 300-fold dilution weight gain effect and that of 200-fold and 400-fold dilution weight gain effect is not obvious. Compared with a contrast agent, the test agent has equivalent weight increasing effect when diluted by 150 times and 200 times and 50 times and is obviously higher than that when diluted by 2000 times of 0.01% 28-high brassinolide soluble agent, and the weight increasing effect when diluted by 300 times and 400 times is equivalent to that when diluted by 2000 times of 0.01% 28-high brassinolide soluble agent.

Test results show that the 28-homobrassica-forchlorfenuron soluble agent can regulate the growth of kiwi fruits, promote the longitudinal and transverse diameter growth of fruits and increase the weight of a single fruit.

The quality determination result shows that the reagent has no obvious influence on the quality of the kiwi fruit. During the test period, the kiwi fruits grow normally, and no phytotoxicity symptom is observed. The 28-homocanola forchlorfenuron soluble solution can be used for regulating the growth of kiwi fruits. The dilution is recommended to be 200-400 times (the effective component is 2.5-5 mg/kg), and young fruits are soaked for 1 time 20-25 days after the flowers of the kiwi fruits are withered.
