Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing pyraflufen-ethyl, pyroxsulam and pinoxaden and application thereof.

Background

Pyraflufen-ethyl is a contact herbicide for efficiently and quickly preventing and killing broad-leaved weeds in the 2-4 leaf stage of a wheat field, has obvious weeding effect on weeds difficult to remove, such as cleavers, descurainia sophia and shepherd's purse, and has quick action.

The pyroxsulam is a systemic conduction type herbicide for winter wheat field after seedling emergence, can effectively prevent and kill annual gramineous weeds in wheat fields such as alopecurus, Japanese alopecurus, bromus and the like, and can also inhibit weeds such as hardwood, wild oat, lolium multiflorum, wild agrimony, speedwell and the like.

Pinoxaden is a new class of phenylpyrazoline herbicides, the mechanism of action being an acetyl-coa carboxylase (ACC) inhibitor. The synthesis of fatty acid is hindered, the cell growth and division are stopped, and the lipid-containing structure of the cell membrane is damaged, so that the weeds are killed. Has systemic conductivity, is mainly used for preventing and killing annual gramineous weeds in winter wheat fields, and can prevent and kill most of annual gramineous weeds such as wild oat, alopecurus, green bristlegrass, barnyard grass and the like.

Detailed Description

The invention will be better understood from the following examples. However, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the description of the embodiments is only for illustrating the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention as detailed in the claims.

Example 1: indoor determination of pyraflufen-ethyl, pyroxsulam and pinoxaden compound paired wild oats

The tested weeds: wild oat, collecting mature seeds in the field, culturing in a laboratory, desensitizing, and storing.

Reagent to be tested: pyraflufen-ethyl technical, pyroxsulam technical and pinoxaden technical; is commercially available.

The test method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing the test medicament, and dissolving a small amount of acetone to prepare high-concentration mother liquor. When in application, Tween-80 aqueous solution with mass fraction of 0.1% is respectively diluted into the required dosage for test, and Tween-80 aqueous solution with mass fraction of 0.1% without medicament is used as blank control.

A greenhouse potting method is adopted. The soil for the test is special soil for the test collected from the land without medicine. Filling soil special for the test into a flowerpot; the flowerpot is placed in a basin for containing water, and soil is kept moist by adopting an infiltrating irrigation mode at the bottom of the basin. Sowing a certain amount of wild oat seeds in a flowerpot, and covering soil for 1cm after sowing. And (3) seedling and plant fixing at the 2-leaf stage, reserving 20 wild oats with consistent growth potential in each pot, and treating when the wild oats grow to the 3-4 leaf stage. The stem and leaf spray treatment was carried out using a potter spray apparatus (liquid spray amount: 45mL/m2), and the treatment was repeated 4 times. And after treatment, placing the wild oat in a greenhouse for normal management, regularly observing the growth condition of the wild oat, weighing the fresh weight of the overground part of the wild oat after 14 days, and calculating the fresh weight inhibition rate. The combined effect of the herbicidal compositions was evaluated using the Gowing method. The actually measured fresh weight inhibition rate after compounding is represented by E. When the content of E-E0 is more than 10 percent, the synergistic effect is achieved, when the content of E-E0 < -10 percent is antagonistic effect, and when the content of E-E0 is between-10 percent and 10 percent, the additive effect is achieved.

And (4) analyzing results: the pyraflufen-ethyl, pyroxsulam and pinoxaden compound has synergistic or additive combined action on wild oats; when the mass ratio of the pyraflufen-ethyl, the pyroxsulam and the pinoxaden is 0.6:0.1:1.5, and the mass ratio of the pyroxsulam-ethyl and the pinoxaden is 0.1:0.7:1.5, the wild oat is added; when; when the mass ratio of the pyraflufen-ethyl, the pyroxsulam and the pinoxaden is 0.6:0.4:0.25, 0.6:0.7:0.75, 0.3:0.4:1.5, 0.3:0.1:0.75, 0.3:0.7:0.25, 0.1:0.4:0.75 and 0.1:0.1:0.25, the synergistic effect is shown on wild oats.
