beating fibers and bleaching: putting the cooked raw materials into a fiber beating machine for beating fibers, then carrying out acid pickling in a sulfuric acid solution with the concentration of 4g/L, then bleaching in hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 6g/L, then carrying out water washing, and dewatering to remove excessive moisture after the water washing is finished;

pulping and blending: pulping in a pulping machine, wherein the pulping concentration is 5%, the beating degree is 30 DEG SR, and then adding a wet strength agent, a waterproof agent and aluminum sulfate for size mixing, wherein the using amount of the wet strength agent is 5% of the using amount of the bamboo shoot shell, the using amount of the waterproof agent is 5% of the using amount of the bamboo shoot shell, and the using amount of the aluminum sulfate is 5% of the using amount of the bamboo shoot shell, so that a pulp is obtained;

Example 3

The embodiment provides a bamboo shoot shell fiber lunch box, which is prepared by the following steps:

pretreatment of raw materials: sterilizing 2000g of bamboo shoot shell at 95 ℃, kneading the bamboo shoot shell in a fiber kneading machine to remove impurities, and then pickling the bamboo shoot shell in 1.2g/L sulfuric acid solution at 40 ℃ for 60min, wherein the weight ratio of the raw materials to the sulfuric acid solution is 1: 15;

cooking raw materials: putting the pretreated raw material into a sodium hydroxide solution for primary cooking, wherein the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is 10g/L, the cooking temperature is 95 ℃, the cooking time is 1.5h, the weight ratio of the raw material to the sodium hydroxide solution is 1:15, then washing with water, after washing, putting the raw material into a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide, sodium polyphosphate and water glass for secondary cooking, wherein in the secondary cooking, the weight ratio of the mixed solution of sodium hydroxide, sodium polyphosphate and water glass to the raw material is 15:1, the concentration of the sodium hydroxide is 14g/L, the sodium polyphosphate accounts for 5% of the mixed solution, the water glass accounts for 8% of the mixed solution, the cooking temperature is 95 ℃, the cooking time is 1.5h, and washing with water after the secondary cooking is finished;

beating fibers and bleaching: putting the cooked raw materials into a fiber beating machine for beating fibers, then carrying out acid pickling in a sulfuric acid solution with the concentration of 3.5g/L, then bleaching in hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 6g/L, then carrying out water washing, and dewatering to remove excessive water after the water washing is finished;

Example 4

The embodiment provides a bamboo shoot shell fiber lunch box, which is prepared by the following steps:

pretreatment of raw materials: sterilizing 1500g of bamboo shoot shell at 92 ℃, kneading in a fiber kneading machine to remove impurities, and then pickling in 1.4g/L sulfuric acid solution at 50 ℃ for 70min, wherein the weight ratio of the raw materials to the sulfuric acid solution is 1: 13;

cooking raw materials: putting the pretreated raw material into a sodium hydroxide solution for primary cooking, wherein the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is 10g/L, the cooking temperature is 90 ℃, the cooking time is 2h, the weight ratio of the raw material to the sodium hydroxide solution is 1:13, then washing with water, after washing, putting the raw material into a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide, sodium polyphosphate and water glass for secondary cooking, wherein in the secondary cooking, the weight ratio of the mixed solution of the sodium hydroxide, the sodium polyphosphate and the water glass to the raw material is 13:1, the concentration of the sodium hydroxide is 12g/L, the sodium polyphosphate accounts for 5 percent of the mixed solution, the water glass accounts for 8 percent of the mixed solution, the cooking temperature is 100 ℃, the cooking time is 1h, and washing with water after the secondary cooking is finished;

beating fibers and bleaching: putting the cooked raw materials into a fiber beating machine for beating fibers, then carrying out acid pickling in a sulfuric acid solution with the concentration of 3.2g/L, then bleaching in hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 6g/L, then carrying out water washing, and dewatering to remove excessive water after the water washing is finished;

The embodiment provides a bamboo shoot shell fiber lunch box, which is prepared by the following steps:

pretreatment of raw materials: sterilizing 2000g of bamboo shoot shell at 95 ℃, kneading the bamboo shoot shell in a fiber kneading machine to remove impurities, and then pickling the bamboo shoot shell in 1.2g/L sulfuric acid solution at 45 ℃ for 60min, wherein the weight ratio of the raw materials to the sulfuric acid solution is 1: 15;

cooking raw materials: putting the pretreated raw material into a sodium hydroxide solution for primary cooking, wherein the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is 10g/L, the cooking temperature is 95 ℃, the cooking time is 2h, the weight ratio of the raw material to the sodium hydroxide solution is 1:15, then washing with water, after washing, putting the raw material into a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide, sodium polyphosphate and water glass for secondary cooking, wherein in the secondary cooking, the weight ratio of the mixed solution of the sodium hydroxide, the sodium polyphosphate and the water glass to the raw material is 15:1, the concentration of the sodium hydroxide is 15g/L, the sodium polyphosphate accounts for 5 percent of the mixed solution, the water glass accounts for 8 percent of the mixed solution, the cooking temperature is 95 ℃, the cooking time is 1.5h, and washing with water after the secondary cooking is finished;

beating fibers and bleaching: putting the cooked raw materials into a fiber beating machine for beating fibers, then carrying out acid pickling in a sulfuric acid solution with the concentration of 3g/L, then bleaching in hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 6g/L, then carrying out water washing, and dewatering to remove excessive moisture after the water washing is finished;

pulping and blending: pulping in a pulping machine, wherein the pulping concentration is 5%, the beating degree is 30 DEG SR, and then adding a wet strength agent, a waterproof agent and aluminum sulfate for size mixing, wherein the using amount of the wet strength agent is 2% of the using amount of the bamboo shoot shell, the using amount of the waterproof agent is 3% of the using amount of the bamboo shoot shell, and the using amount of the aluminum sulfate is 2% of the using amount of the bamboo shoot shell, so that a pulp is obtained;

and (3) pressing a finished product: and (3) pressing and forming the slurry, then carrying out sterilization treatment, and carrying out shaping and edge cutting after the sterilization treatment is finished to obtain a finished product.

Test examples

The bamboo shoot shell fiber lunch boxes of examples 1-5 of the present invention were subjected to performance tests, and the test results are shown in table 1:

According to the test results, the bamboo shoot shell fiber lunch box provided by the invention has the advantages that the safety performance of all the strengths meets the indexes, the bamboo shoot shell fiber lunch box is water-resistant and oil-resistant, the product strength is high, and the bamboo shoot shell fiber lunch box is safe and environment-friendly.

In summary, the bamboo shoot shell fiber lunch box and the manufacturing process thereof provided by the embodiments of the present invention have the advantages that the bamboo shoot shell is used as the main raw material of the lunch box, so that the environmental protection safety of the product lunch box can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, the bamboo shoot shell waste can be recycled, so that the present invention is low-carbon and environment-friendly, and can save resources and protect the environment; the wet strength agent can effectively enhance the wet strength performance of the product lunch box and improve the strength of the product lunch box; the waterproof agent can effectively enhance the water resistance of the product lunch box, thereby further improving the use strength of the product lunch box; the aluminum sulfate can further enhance the water resistance and seepage resistance of the product lunch box. Such bamboo shoot shell fibre cutlery box, not only safe environmental protection can carry out recycle with bamboo shoot shell waste material again, helps practicing thrift the cost, saves the resource, the environmental protection.

The manufacturing process comprises the steps of firstly sterilizing the bamboo shoot shell raw material through the raw material and the processing steps to eliminate harmful strains, then kneading and removing impurities through a fiber kneading machine to remove useless impurities in the raw material and improve the purity of the raw material, and then pickling in a sulfuric acid solution to soften the raw material so as to be smoothly carried out in the subsequent steps. Then, the raw material cooking step is carried out, the raw material is firstly placed into a sodium hydroxide solution for primary cooking, impurities and outer pectin in the raw material are further removed, lignin and cellulose are separated, and a certain bleaching effect can be achieved; washing after the primary cooking is finished, washing to remove attached cooking solution, and then putting into a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide, sodium polyphosphate and water glass for secondary cooking, wherein the sodium polyphosphate can improve the strength of raw material fibers, and the water glass can play a role of a buffering agent and has an auxiliary bleaching effect; and the attached cooking solution is removed by washing after the secondary cooking, so that the purity of the raw material fiber is improved, and the subsequent steps are ensured to be smoothly carried out. Then beating fibers of the raw materials through the fiber beating and bleaching steps, and then carrying out acid washing in a sulfuric acid solution, so that the purity and strength performance of the raw material fibers are improved, redundant impurities are further washed away, and the pH environment is adjusted through the acid washing, so that the subsequent bleaching effect is improved; then bleaching in hydrogen peroxide, washing with water to remove attached solution, dewatering to remove excessive water, and further improving the purity of the raw material fiber. And then pulping is carried out through the pulping and blending steps, the strength performance of the raw material fiber can be improved, and the wet strength performance and the waterproof and anti-seepage performance of the product lunch box can be further improved by adding the wet strength agent, the waterproof agent and the aluminum sulfate, so that the quality of the product lunch box is improved. And finally, pressing and forming the slurry through the finished product pressing step, then sterilizing and eliminating harmful strains, and shaping and cutting edges to obtain the finished product. Whole preparation process flow is simple, can carry out recycle to abandonment bamboo shoot shell resource, helps reduce cost, and the cutlery box of coproduction is safe environmental protection, can save the resource, the environmental protection.
