The brushing mechanism 6 comprises a brushing motor 6a, a brush plate 6c and a rebound plate 6e, the rebound plate 6e is fixed at the top end in the cleaning chamber 1a, the brush plate 6c is arranged in the rebound plate 6e in a sliding manner, a spring is arranged between the brush plate 6c and the rebound plate 6e, the brushing motor 6a is fixed at the outer side of the cleaning box 1, a brushing cam 6b is fixed on an output shaft of the brushing motor 6a, the brushing cam 6b is in surface contact with the brush plate 6c, a cavity is arranged in the brush plate 6c, a water inlet pipe 6d is fixed on the side surface of the brush plate 6c, the water inlet pipe 6d is connected with the cleaning pump 7 through a water pipe, the brushing motor 6a drives the brushing cam 6b to rotate, the brushing cam 6b is matched with the spring to drive the brush plate 6c to reciprocate, namely, a brush of the brush plate 6c brushes the medical instrument, the cleaning pump 7 injects cleaning solution into the water inlet pipe 6, in the internal cavity filled into the brush plate 6c, the cleaning liquid flows out along the bristles of the brush plate 6c, providing the cleaning liquid to the medical instrument.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the medical instrument is placed on the clamping mechanism 3 manually, the expandable medical instrument, such as scissors and forceps, is sleeved on the supporting rods 3h of the first clamping rod 3g and the second clamping rod 3j, the push rod of the tensioning push rod motor 3d extends out, the first clamping rod 3g and the second clamping rod 3j are driven to expand around the rotating shaft 3e, the supporting rods 3h are driven to expand, the scissors or the forceps are expanded and fixed, the non-expandable medical instrument, such as forceps and the like, is placed between the clamping rubber blocks 3i, the push rod of the tensioning push rod motor 3d is folded, the first clamping rod 3g and the second clamping rod 3j are driven to be folded around the rotating shaft 3e, and the forceps are clamped.

The driving motor 5 drives the driving roller 2a to rotate so as to drive the conveying crawler 2b to rotate, the clamping mechanism 3 moves along with the conveying crawler 2b, the medical device sequentially comprises a cleaning chamber 1a, a disinfection soaking chamber 1b, a spraying chamber 1c, a drying chamber 1d and an inspection chamber 1e, the rolling mechanism 4 and the scrubbing mechanism 6 of the cleaning chamber 1a clean the medical device, the driving roller 2a rotates so as to drive the driving gear 4a to rotate, the driving gear 4a drives the first driven gear 4b to rotate, the first driven gear 4b drives the second driven gear 4 to rotate so as to drive the first brush roller 4d and the second brush roller 4e to relatively rotate, the medical device is rolled and scrubbed, the scrubbing motor 6a drives the scrubbing cam 6b to rotate, the scrubbing cam 6b is matched with the spring so as to drive the scrubbing plate 6c to reciprocate, namely, brushes of the scrubbing plate 6c scrub the medical device, the cleaning pump 7 injects the cleaning liquid into the water inlet pipe 6d through a water pipe, the cleaning liquid flows out along the bristles of the brush plate 6c in the inner cavity of the injection brush plate 6c, the cleaning liquid is provided for the medical appliance, the cleaning filter layer 1a1 filters dirt of the washed medical appliance after operation to obtain clean cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid is led out by the cleaning pump 7 for recycling.

When the cleaned medical instrument passes through the disinfection and immersion chamber 1b, the guide motor 3f can move downwards along the guide screw 3c to perform immersion. The soaking filter layer 1b1 filters the disinfectant used in the soaking region, clean disinfectant is obtained in the return region, and then the disinfectant is led into the soaking region through the return pipe 8a by the return pump 8 for recycling.

When the soaked medical apparatus passes through the spray chamber 1c, the spray pump 9 sprays clean spray liquid out through the spray head 9a for spray cleaning, and the spray filter layer 1c1 filters the spray liquid to obtain clean spray liquid for recycling.

The sprayed medical apparatus and instruments are heated by the heating plate 1d1 through the drying chamber 1d and the induced draft fan 10 to form high-temperature air, and the high-temperature air is blown to the medical apparatus and instruments through the air deflector 1d2 to dry the medical apparatus and instruments.

When the dried medical apparatus passes through the inspection chamber 1e, whether the medical apparatus is cleaned or not is checked through the display lens 1e1, the electric rotary table 3a can rotate 90 degrees to check the clean medical apparatus, the push rod tensioning the push rod motor 3d can be folded and unfolded, the medical apparatus is loosened, the discharge guide plate 1f is placed for secondary use, the unclean medical apparatus is checked, and the clamping mechanism 3 continues to clamp the medical apparatus for secondary cleaning.

In conclusion, the invention provides a cleaning device for postoperative medical instruments, which adopts the cooperation of the rolling and washing mechanism 4 and the brushing mechanism 6, can quickly clean the postoperative medical instruments at multiple angles and ensure clean cleaning; meanwhile, the conveying mechanism 2 and the clamping mechanism 3 are matched, so that the postoperative medical instrument can be quickly clamped and conveyed for cleaning, soaking, drying and detecting, the degree of automation is high, the conveying device is simple in structure, various liquids can be recycled, and the conveying device is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
