本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种轻型发动机凸轮轴齿轮清洗装置，能够使凸轮轴齿轮可得到有效的清洗。

为实现上述目的，本发明提出了一种轻型发动机凸轮轴齿轮清洗装置，包括清洗箱、箱盖、第一升降装置、电机、转轴、毛刷套、盛料板、阻挡环，所述清洗箱上端开口，清洗箱顶部盖有一个箱盖，所述清洗箱内设有一块水平放置的盛料板，盛料板上设有若干个贯穿盛料板上下两端的细孔，所述盛料板上固定有若干个阻挡环，盛料板上设有若干个与阻挡环同轴的辅助孔，所述盛料板上方设有若干根与辅助孔一一对应的转轴，转轴上套有一个毛刷套，每根转轴均与一个电机相连，每个电机均与一个第一升降装置相连，第一升降装置固定在箱盖的底部。

作为优选，所述电机之间相互独立，第一升降装置之间相互独立，每个电机、每个第一升降装置均对应一个控制器，控制器位于清洗箱的外部。
