Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of high-speed eyelet shooting nails, and particularly relates to a production process of a high-speed eyelet shooting nail.

Background

The existing nails on the market can only be used manually or by an air gun, and the method is difficult to nail into hard objects such as concrete walls, steel plates and the like due to insufficient impact force. Even if the nail can be driven slowly, a large amount of labor is required, and if the deviation occurs, the nail may be deformed or the concrete may be cracked. On the other hand, common nails on the market cannot be used with powerful nailing machines. In addition, the head of a common nail is flat or spherical after the nail is driven into a substrate, and objects cannot be directly fixed on the head or fixed through a rope.

While some eyelet nails have been produced, with improvements and upgrades to nail guns, many high speed nail guns have been developed which have greater power and faster speed, and conventional eyelet nails have not been able to meet the use requirements of such high speed nail guns, most notably their strength, which has been highly susceptible to bending or breakage of the eyelet nail upon high speed impact of the high speed nail gun.
