Background

The electroplating groove section is an indispensable part of the central section of the electrotinning unit. After the electrotinning unit operates all the year round, the tank body equipment is aged. In the conventional maintenance of the unit, the parts in the tank are generally maintained and replaced, such as a sink roll, a conductive roll, an anode plate and the like. And after the unit operation years are longer, the groove body equipment is aged, and the rubber lining anticorrosive coating on the surface of the groove body falls off.

Disclosure of Invention
