(5) and (3) spraying the mixed solution of the Ailante Maojian (15g/L), the Ailante brushing agent B (10mL/L), the Ailante cosolvent C-10(10mL/L), formic acid (20mL/L) and alcohol (20mL/L) on the washed fur quilt obtained in the step (4), drying at 85 ℃ for 15min, and turning bran to obtain the fantastic-color-sprayed fur.

Example 2

The embodiment provides a rex rabbit fur dyeing process, which comprises the following operation steps:

(1) soaking rex rabbit fur in a mixed solution of a fur leveling agent H-GL (0.45mL/L), sodium sulfate (4.5g/L), a fur whitening agent W-HC-II (0.45g/L) and formic acid (0.45mL/L) for 32min at 65 ℃, then adding Jewel ash MN-CR (1.45g/L) and Jewel ash MN-DL (0.55g/L) for dyeing for 28min, then adding 0.45mL/L formic acid for soaking for 30min for the first time, then adding 0.55mL/L formic acid for soaking for 30min for the second time, taking out the fur, and drying to obtain the dyed fur;

(2) soaking the dyed fur obtained in the step (1) in a sodium hydrosulfite solution of 0.28g/L for 12min, peeling, soaking in water for 10min, peeling, and drying to obtain a cleaned fur;

(3) spraying a mixed solution (v: v: v ═ 1:2:4) of a Weijia fur color removal agent S-R, formic acid and water on the fur quilt of the cleaned fur obtained in the step (2), drying at 75 ℃ for 11min, and carrying out bran turning to obtain the fur after color removal;

(4) soaking the bleached fur obtained in the step (3) in 0.28mL/L hydrogen peroxide solution for 22min, peeling, soaking in water for 10min, peeling, and drying to obtain washed fur;

(5) and (3) spraying the mixed solution of the Ailanthi maotai blue (15g/L), the Ailanthi maotai purple (17g/L), the Ailanthi brush color agent B (8mL/L), the Ailanthi cosolvent C-10(8mL/L), formic acid (18mL/L) and alcohol (18mL/L) on the washed fur quilt obtained in the step (4), drying at 83 ℃ for 17min, and carrying out bran turning to obtain the fantastic-color-sprayed fur.

Example 3

The embodiment provides a rex rabbit fur dyeing process, which comprises the following operation steps:

(1) soaking rex rabbit fur in a mixed solution of a fur leveling agent H-GL (0.55mL/L), sodium sulfate (5.5g/L), a fur whitening agent W-HC-II (0.55g/L) and formic acid (0.55mL/L) for 28min at 75 ℃, then adding Jewel ash MN-CR (1.45g/L) and Jewel ash MN-DL (0.55g/L) for dyeing for 32min, then adding 0.55mL/L formic acid for soaking for 30min for the first time, then adding 0.45mL/L formic acid for soaking for 30min for the second time, taking out the fur, and drying to obtain the dyed fur;

(2) soaking the dyed fur obtained in the step (1) in a sodium hydrosulfite solution of 0.32g/L for 8min, peeling, soaking in water for 10min, peeling, and drying to obtain a cleaned fur;

(3) spraying a mixed solution (v: v: v ═ 1:2:4) of a Weijia fur color removal agent S-R, formic acid and water on the fur quilt of the cleaned fur obtained in the step (2), drying at 85 ℃ for 9min, and carrying out bran turning to obtain the fur after color removal;

(4) soaking the bleached fur obtained in the step (3) in 0.32mL/L hydrogen peroxide solution for 18min, peeling, soaking in water for 10min, peeling, and drying to obtain washed fur;

(5) and (3) spraying the mixed solution of the Ailante tippy (10g/L), the Ailante tippy orange (10g/L), the Ailante tippy yellow (8g/L), the Ailante brush color agent B (12mL/L), the Ailante cosolvent C-10(12mL/L), formic acid (22mL/L) and alcohol (22mL/L) on the fur quilt of the washed fur obtained in the step (4), drying at 87 ℃ for 13min, and turning bran to obtain the fur sprayed with the fantasy color.

Example 4

This example provides a process for dyeing rex rabbit fur, which is identical to example 1 except that the fur leveling agent H-GL of step (1) is replaced with an equal amount of fur leveling agent DL.

Example 5

This example provides a process for dyeing rex rabbit fur, which is identical to example 1 except that the fur leveling agent H-GL of step (1) is replaced with an equal amount of fur leveling agent DFL-II.

Example 6

This example provides a fur dyeing process for rex rabbits, which is identical to example 1 except that the fur whitening agent W-HC-II in step (1) is replaced with the same amount of fur whitening agent WZS.

Example 7

This example provides a fur dyeing process for rex rabbits, which is identical to example 1 except that the fur whitening agent W-HC-II in step (1) is replaced with the same amount of fur whitening agent WZS-II.

Example 8

This example provides a process for dyeing rex rabbit fur, which comprises the steps of replacing the Jieli fur ash MN-CR (1.45g/L) and the Jieli fur ash MN-DL (0.55g/L) in the step (1) with the Jieli fur dye MN-B2R (1.45g/L) and the Jieli fur dye MN-HB (0.55g/L), and the rest is the same as the step of example 1.

Example 9

This example provides a process for dyeing rex rabbit fur, which is identical to example 1 except that the Jieli fur ash MN-CR (1.45g/L) and Jieli fur ash MN-DL (0.55g/L) in step (1) are replaced by Jieli fur dye MN-RL (1.45g/L) and Jieli fur dye MN-HB (0.55 g/L).

Example 10

This example provides a process for dyeing rex rabbit fur, which is the same as example 1 except that Erlite Maojian red (15g/L) and Erlite Maojian orange (15g/L) are replaced with Dili Maojian red S-BT (30g/L) in step (5).

Example 11

This example provides a process for dyeing rex rabbit fur, which is identical to example 1 except that Erlite Maojian red (15g/L) and Erlite Maojian orange (15g/L) are replaced with Dilite Maojian orange S-BR (30g/L) in step (5).

Example 12

This example provides a process for dyeing fur of rex rabbit, which is the same AS example 1 except that the Ailite cosolvent C-10 in step (5) is replaced by the same amount of Ailite cosolvent AS.

Comparative example 1

This comparative example provides a process for dyeing rex rabbit fur, which is identical to example 1 except that no brushing agent is added in step (5), and the reduced part is proportionally distributed to cosolvent and alcohol in the operation steps.

Comparative example 2

This comparative example provides a process for dyeing rex rabbit fur, which is identical to example 1 except that no cosolvent is added in step (5), and the reduced portion is proportionally distributed to the brushing agent and alcohol in the operation steps.

Comparative example 3

The comparative example provides a process for dyeing fur of rex rabbit, which is the same as that of example 1 except that no alcohol is added in the step (5), and the reduced part is proportionally distributed to cosolvent and brushing agent in the operation steps.

Comparative example 4

This comparative example provides a process for dyeing rex rabbit fur, which is identical to example 1 except that the rex rabbit fur is replaced with sheep wool fur in the operation steps.

Comparative example 5

The comparative example provides a process for dyeing rex rabbit fur, which is the same as that in example 1 except that the rex rabbit fur is replaced by mink fur in the operation steps.

The results show that the dyeing process provided by the invention has good appearance effect and rich colors, and can meet the common requirements of people; within the preferred raw material selection range of the invention, the dyeing effect is further improved; meanwhile, the cosolvent, the brushing color agent and the alcohol have synergistic effect, so that the dyeing effect is improved.

The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples to the fur dyeing process of rex rabbit and its application, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, i.e. it does not mean that the present invention must be implemented by the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
