a feeding pipe connection;

the temperature sleeve is sleeved outside the feeding connecting pipe and is coaxially arranged with the feeding connecting pipe, a temperature measuring space is formed between the inner wall of the temperature sleeve and the outer wall of the feeding connecting pipe, a plurality of temperature measuring points are arranged on the temperature sleeve, each temperature measuring point is provided with a heat conducting joint, and the heat conducting joints extend into the temperature measuring space;

the temperature measuring device comprises a temperature measuring connector, a thermal conductive connector and a temperature measuring conduit, wherein the temperature measuring connector is matched with a thermocouple, the temperature measuring connector is arranged at one end of the temperature sleeve through an end plate, the temperature measuring connector is connected with the thermal conductive connector through the temperature measuring conduit, and the temperature measuring conduit is positioned in the temperature measuring space.

The multipurpose multipoint thermometric adapter for polymerization according to claim 1, wherein the thermal conductive connector is a silver connector, one end of the thermometric conduit is connected to the thermometer connector, and the other end of the thermometric conduit is connected to the silver connector through a thermometric connector.

10. The multipurpose multipoint thermometric adapter for polymerization reaction of claim 9, wherein a lifting lug is further disposed on a side of the flange cover close to the feed inlet flange.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a polymerization reaction production device, in particular to a multipurpose multipoint temperature measuring connecting pipe suitable for polymerization reaction of polyethylene and polypropylene.

Background

Polyethylene and polypropylene are polymers obtained by addition polymerization. The method is widely applied to various industries such as clothes, automobiles, medical instruments, conveying pipelines, chemical pipelines and the like. The polymerization reaction is a process of converting a low molecular weight monomer into a high molecular weight polymer, and substances such as a monomer, a solvent, an initiator, a catalyst and the like exist in a reaction container in the polymerization process, so that the reaction process is complex, and the control of the working condition in the reactor during the polymerization reaction has direct influence on the reaction result.

In engineering, the polymerization reactor has been successfully applied to the polyolefin field such as polypropylene and polyethylene, and is a core device in the polyolefin project. During polymerization, a monomolecular medium in the container is subjected to polyaddition reaction under the conditions of a catalyst, pressure, temperature and the like, and in the process, bulges and uneven parts in the internal structure of the reaction kettle can generate polymerization reaction locally to cause material accumulation and influence the normal use of equipment, so that the internal structure of the reaction kettle needs to be optimized to prevent local polymerization reaction.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a multipurpose multipoint temperature measuring connecting pipe for polymerization reaction in order to meet the requirement of polymerization reaction.

the temperature measuring device comprises a temperature measuring connector, a thermal conductive connector and a temperature measuring conduit, wherein the temperature measuring connector is matched with a thermocouple, the temperature measuring connector is arranged at one end of the temperature sleeve through an end plate, the temperature measuring connector is connected with the thermal conductive connector through the temperature measuring conduit, and the temperature measuring conduit is positioned in the temperature measuring space.

In the above polymerization reaction multipurpose multipoint temperature measurement connecting pipe, the heat conducting joint is a silver joint, one end of the temperature measurement conduit is connected with the thermometer joint, and the other end of the temperature measurement conduit is connected with the silver joint through the temperature measurement joint.

The polymerization reaction multipurpose multipoint temperature measuring connecting pipe further comprises a base, and one end of the temperature sleeve is mounted on the base through a flange cover.

In the multi-purpose multi-point temperature measuring adapter for polymerization reaction, the temperature sleeve is further sleeved with a fixing pipe, the fixing pipe and the temperature sleeve are coaxially arranged, and one end of the fixing pipe is abutted against the flange cover.

Detailed Description

The invention will be described in detail with reference to the following drawings, which are provided for illustration purposes and the like:

referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the present invention. The invention relates to a polymerization reaction multipurpose multipoint temperature measuring connecting pipe, which comprises: a feeding connecting pipe 2; the temperature sleeve 12 is sleeved outside the feeding connecting pipe 2 and is coaxially arranged with the feeding connecting pipe 2, a temperature measuring space is formed between the inner wall of the temperature sleeve 12 and the outer wall of the feeding connecting pipe 2, a plurality of temperature measuring points are arranged on the temperature sleeve 12, each temperature measuring point is provided with a heat conducting joint, and the heat conducting joints extend into the temperature measuring space; the temperature measuring device comprises a temperature measuring connector 16 which is matched with a thermocouple and is convenient for installing a temperature measuring thermocouple, the temperature measuring connector 16 is installed at one end of the temperature sleeve 12 through an end plate 15 (see figure 5), the temperature measuring connector 16 is connected with the heat conducting connector through a temperature measuring conduit 13, and the temperature measuring conduit 13 is located in the temperature measuring space. Wherein, the heat conducting joint is preferably a silver joint 11 (see fig. 3), one end of the temperature measuring conduit 13 is connected with the thermometer joint 16, and the other end of the temperature measuring conduit 13 is connected with the silver joint 11 through a temperature measuring joint 10. A feed inlet flange 1 can be further installed at one end of the feed connecting pipe 2, and the feed inlet flange 1 and the feed connecting pipe 2 are coaxially arranged.

In this embodiment, a fixing pipe 9 is further sleeved outside the temperature sleeve 12, the fixing pipe 9 is coaxially arranged with the temperature sleeve 12, and one end of the fixing pipe 9 abuts against the flange cover 5. The outer wall of the fixed pipe 9 is provided with a limiting block 7, the root of the feeding connecting pipe 2 is prevented from being subjected to overlarge stress due to internal load, and the limiting block 7 abuts against the outer wall of the fixed pipe 9 and the base 6 respectively. A support block 14 (see fig. 4) is also provided between the end of the fixed pipe 9 and the temperature sleeve 12. The fixed pipe 9 is provided with a plurality of fixed pipe vent holes 8, the temperature sleeve 12 is provided with a plurality of temperature sleeve vent holes 17 (see fig. 2), the temperature sleeve vent holes 17 and the fixed pipe vent holes 8 are respectively arranged in a staggered mode at intervals, and the fixed pipe vent holes 8 and the temperature sleeve vent holes 17 can guarantee balance of pressure inside and outside the connecting pipe.

In this embodiment, the temperature measuring device may further include a base 6, one end of the temperature casing 12 is mounted on the base 6 through a flange cover 5, the flange cover 5 is mounted on the base 6 through a fastener 4, a lifting lug 3 is further disposed on one side of the flange cover 5, which is close to the feed port flange 1, and the lifting lug 3 may be welded on the flange cover 5, so as to facilitate the dismounting and mounting of the multipoint temperature measuring connection pipe.

When the device operates, materials enter the device from the feed inlet flange 1 through the feed connecting pipe 2, a temperature measuring joint 10, a silver joint 11, a temperature measuring conduit 13 and a temperature measuring joint 16 are arranged between the feed connecting pipe 2 and the temperature sleeve 12, the threads of the temperature measuring joint 16 are matched with the threads of the thermocouple, and the temperature measuring conduit 13 can enable a plurality of temperature measuring points which are annularly distributed on the end plate 15 to be positioned at the same angle of the temperature sleeve 12, so that the installation and the replacement of the thermocouple are facilitated. The silver joint 11 is contacted with the temperature measuring joint 10 and the temperature sleeve 12, and the excellent heat conductivity of the silver can ensure that the temperature measuring value is the same as the temperature in the reactor. The feeding connecting pipe 2 in the reactor can receive the comprehensive acting force of internal materials and pressure, and the limiting block 7 and the fixed pipe 9 can effectively reduce the stress of the connecting pipe at the root of the flange cover 5, so that the operation safety of equipment is ensured.

The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
