Electronic products such as mobile phones and the like in the existing market are generally light and thin, and the space of the loudspeaker is continuously reduced due to the stereo sound effect of the double loudspeakers, so that the small-size loudspeaker is selected; meanwhile, living and entertainment such as videos, meetings, games, music and the like simultaneously continuously improve the requirement on the sound effect of the loudspeaker, pursue higher volume, rich and full bass and intermediate frequency and the like, and the traditional loudspeaker can not meet the market requirement gradually at present.

Patent document 1 discloses a speaker including: a magnetic circuit system in which a static magnetic field is formed; the vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm and a first voice coil and is arranged in the static magnetic field; the first basin frame and the second basin frame are suitable for fixing the magnetic circuit system and the vibration system; wherein the loudspeaker is formed with a plurality of sound holes which are arranged around the central axis of the magnetic circuit system; the loudspeaker is provided with a plurality of sound outlet holes surrounding the central shaft of the magnetic circuit system, and the voice coil is added on the vibrating diaphragm, so that the nonlinear characteristic of the loudspeaker is reduced, the total harmonic distortion of the loudspeaker is suppressed, and the sensitivity of the loudspeaker is improved.

However, the speaker in patent document 1 still cannot be separated from the structure of the conventional speaker, the size of the diaphragm defines the size of the voice coil and the magnetic circuit, the effect of the speaker cannot be improved under a fixed size, and the structure of the dual voice coils adds steps to the assembly process, increases the cost, and is difficult to meet the existing market and production requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a small-size high-driving-force loudspeaker to avoid the defects of the prior art, breaks through the limitation of a diaphragm on the sizes of a coil and a central magnetic circuit, fully utilizes the space below the diaphragm, improves the driving force of a voice coil, and improves the sensitivity of the loudspeaker under the condition that the size and the resonance frequency of the loudspeaker are the same.

specifically, the magnetic shield unit 200 includes a base plate 210 and four side plates 220, the base plate 210 includes four side surfaces, the single side plate 220 is vertically disposed on the single side surface, a gap exists between any two adjacent side plates 220, a plurality of extension pins 230 are disposed on the base plate 210, the extension pins 230 are disposed at the gap between any two adjacent side plates 220 and extend to the outside of the base plate 210, and here, two extension pins are disposed between two adjacent side plates to form a Y-shaped structure, so that the magnetic shield effect is firstly improved, and meanwhile, the connection between the base plate and a home body is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the vibration sound production assembly includes a supporting unit 300, a diaphragm unit 400 and a voice coil unit 500, wherein the supporting unit 300 includes a first surface 301 and a second surface 302 which are oppositely disposed, the supporting unit is a plate-shaped structure, the diaphragm unit 400 is disposed on the first surface 301 and connected to the bracket, the voice coil unit 500 is disposed on the second surface 302, and the voice coil unit 500 extends downward and is disposed between the magnetic cover unit 200 and the magnetic steel unit 201.

It should be noted that, originally, the voice coil unit is directly connected to the first bonding portion, so the size of the voice coil unit is limited by the size of the first bonding portion, that is, the diaphragm unit, and in this embodiment, the first bonding portion is first connected to the support unit, the support unit extends to the folded ring portion, and the voice coil unit is then connected to the support unit, so the size of the voice coil unit can break through the size limitation of the first bonding portion, and can be increased to the position of the folded ring portion.

As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the holder body 10 includes a main frame body 110, a cavity 120 is formed in the main frame body 110, and a magnetic circuit assembly is disposed in the cavity 120, while the four side plates of the magnetic shield unit and a part of the voice coil unit are disposed in the cavity.

As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, four positioning members 111 are disposed on the end surface of the main frame 110 connected to the second adhesive part 430, and are respectively located at four corners of the main frame, and four cutouts 431 are disposed at the four corners of the second adhesive part 430, so that the cutouts 431 correspond to the positioning members 111, thereby achieving the positioning and assembling effect.

In the invention, under the condition that the width and the material of the corrugated rim part in the sound film unit are proper, the corrugated rim part is bonded with the supporting unit, the supporting unit is used for rigid support of the vibration system, the length and the width of the supporting unit are larger than those of the bonding surface (first bonding part) of the sound film unit, the other side of the supporting unit is bonded with the voice coil, therefore, the outer diameter of the voice coil can be close to the edge position of the supporting unit, and with the structural design, the sound film can be indirectly bonded to the voice coil which is larger than the bonding surface (first bonding part) of the sound film, a magnetic field is provided on the magnetic steel, the pole piece and the magnetic cover and is mainly concentrated on the coil area, the electrified coil is driven by the action of the magnetic field to carry out electric power conversion, and is used as a power source of the vibration system to push the supporting plate and the vibration film and push air to vibrate.
