Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of PH value measuring equipment, and particularly relates to a precise PH meter.

Background

The pH meter is a common analytical instrument and is widely applied to the fields of agriculture, environmental protection, industry and the like. In the prior art, a commonly used mode is that a detection electrode of a pH meter is extended into a detected liquid, and an electronic display screen of the pH meter displays the pH value of the detected liquid;

in the environmental protection field, however, when the measurement mode of the prior art is used for detecting the pH value of outdoor water resources, as the outdoor water resource contains tiny insoluble sediments and grease pollutants which are difficult to be seen by naked eyes, when the detection electrode is used for detecting the outdoor water resource, insoluble sediment and grease can be stuck on the glass surface of the detection electrode, so that the glass surface of the detection electrode can not be fully contacted with the detected water source, the detection precision of the PH value of the detected liquid is influenced, the temperature of the detected liquid can also have great influence on the detection precision of the PH value, the standard PH temperature of the detected liquid is generally 25 ℃, therefore, in the prior art, the detection precision of the PH value is ensured by generally adopting a temperature compensation calculation mode aiming at different temperature differences, but the temperature difference is compensated through the calculation, when the temperature of the liquid to be detected is too high, the high-precision measurement of the pH value of the liquid to be detected still cannot be ensured.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a precision PH meter that solves the above problems.

the oil drop dirt adsorption device comprises an installation cavity, wherein more than one inclined adsorption plate is arranged on the inner side wall of the installation cavity, a cotton felt is detachably installed on the upper surface of the inclined adsorption plate, a raised adsorption wool is arranged on the upper surface of the cotton felt, the upper end of the inclined adsorption plate is matched with the outlet of the first conveying pipeline, a detection liquid discharge port is arranged at the lower end of the inclined adsorption plate, when more than two inclined adsorption plates are arranged in the installation cavity, the more than two inclined adsorption plates are sequentially arranged in the installation cavity from top to bottom, the upper end part of the inclined adsorption plate positioned below corresponds to the detection liquid discharge port of the inclined adsorption plate positioned above, a detection liquid storage cavity is arranged at the bottom of the installation cavity and is communicated with the lowest detection liquid discharge port of the inclined adsorption plate in the installation cavity, the detection liquid storage cavity is communicated with the second conveying pipeline;

When the liquid detection device works, liquid to be detected is stored in the detection liquid cooling container 3, the temperature measuring device 5 measures the temperature of the liquid to be detected, a cooling medium such as ice water and the like is placed in the cooling medium storage cavity 4, the cooling medium cools the liquid to be detected through heat conduction of the glass detection liquid cooling container 3 and ensures that the temperature of the liquid to be detected is reduced to be below 25 ℃, after the liquid to be detected is indicated to be below 25 ℃ by the measuring device (when the liquid to be detected is below 25 ℃, the liquid to be detected has a stable PH value and high compensation precision), the first conveying pipeline 6 conveys the liquid to be detected to the inclined adsorption plate 12, the liquid to be detected flows from the upper end of the inclined adsorption plate 12 to the detection liquid discharge port 14 at the lower end of the inclined adsorption plate 12 through gravity, and meanwhile, the cotton felt 13 and the raised adsorption wool thereof adsorb oil liquid in the liquid to, meanwhile, a part of insoluble substances such as tiny dust can be adsorbed, then the first micro water pump 8 enables the second conveying pipeline 7 to convey the detected liquid from the detection liquid storage cavity 15 to the detection liquid detection container 10, the second conveying pipeline 7 conveys the detected liquid, meanwhile, the insoluble substances, dust and impurities in the detected liquid are further cleaned through the filter cloth 17 through the micro filter cloth filtering device 9, the cleanliness of the detected liquid is guaranteed, the oil drop dust viscous electrode detection head 1 is prevented from influencing the detection precision, and finally the electrode detection head 1 detects the detected liquid in the detection liquid detection container 10, so that the detection precision is good.

As a further optimized scheme, the temperature measuring device 5 is a needle type temperature measuring instrument, and the structural characteristics are convenient for detecting the middle part of the detected liquid.

As a further optimized scheme, a second micro water pump 18 is arranged on the first conveying pipeline 6.

As a further optimized solution, the inclination angle of the inclined absorption plate 12 ranges from 15 degrees to 40 degrees.
