Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved by the invention

However, existing shoe manufacturing or sales systems match the shoe closest to the person's foot based on data measured by a foot-measuring 3D scanner, but this is only a system that attempts to match the person's foot with shoes of a bulk product specification.

In addition, the conventional footwear using the knitted fabric has the following problems: the cutting and sewing process is multiple, and comprises a complicated process which is not suitable for customization.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a custom shoe that can reduce manufacturing time and cost and provide a feeling of fit to a customer's foot.

Solution for solving the above technical problem

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is characterized in that a sales shop is provided with a foot shape measuring means for a customer, a wood last factory is provided with a shoe last manufacturing means, a sock factory is provided with an upper manufacturing means, and a shoe factory is provided with a sole manufacturing means, and the present invention includes: a wood last manufacturing procedure, namely manufacturing a shoe last matched with the foot of the customer based on the foot type data of the customer; an upper knitting and forming step of sewing an upper fabric by three-dimensional knitting and then holding the shape of the upper fabric in a state of inserting the shoe tree; and a shoe finishing step of selectively attaching an insole and an outsole to the upper portion, and performing the steps in cooperation with each other, thereby providing a shoe that can provide a feeling of fit to a foot of a customer in a short period of time.

In addition, the manufacturing process of the wood last is characterized by comprising the step of manufacturing a standard shoe last corresponding to the customized pattern.

In the upper knitting and forming step of the present invention, the upper fabric is knitted into a three-dimensional shape by a circular knitting machine using a fusion yarn, and the fusion yarn knitted into the upper fabric is heated and melted in a state of being inserted into the shoe last, and then cooled and fixed to keep the shape of the upper portion.

In addition, the shoe finishing process of the present invention is characterized in that the outsole is processed in a state where the upper is inserted into the shoe last.

Effects of the invention

As described above, in the method for manufacturing a customized shoe according to the present invention, not only complete customization can be achieved by adopting the step of manufacturing a standard shoe last corresponding to a customized design, but also an optimum combination of shoe lasts can be selected according to foot shape data of a customer, thereby reducing manufacturing time and cost. Further, as features, there can be mentioned that the processing stock does not occur by the customization, the scrap is small, and the operation considering the environmental problem can be performed by devising the knitting method of the upper part and eliminating the leftover.

Further, by using the upper knitting and forming process in which the upper fabric is sewn by the three-dimensional forming knitting and then the upper portion is kept in a shape with the shoe last inserted, it is possible to cope with a certain range of sizes like socks, and therefore, the variety of shoe sizes can be reduced. In addition, since the shape of the upper is maintained by using the shoe last, the rationalization of the work can be achieved.

In addition, by adopting a shoe finishing process in which an insole and an outsole are selectively attached to the upper portion, it is possible to provide a customized shoe according to the application.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The respective configurations of the method for manufacturing a customized shoe according to the present invention are not limited to the following examples, and can be appropriately changed according to the usage situation.

Fig. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing an outline of a manufacturer and seller of the customized shoe. The present inventor has an object to provide shoes that match the customer's feet and are best for the customer at a reasonable price, instead of matching the feet with the shoes, and as described later, the present invention has a means for measuring the foot shape of the customer 10 at the sales shop 20, a means for making a shoe tree based on the foot shape data a at the wood last factory 30, a means for making a vamp portion at the sock factory 40, and a means for making a sole at the shoe making factory 50.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing an example of the shoe manufacturing process of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the shoe manufacturing process is characterized by including: a foot shape measuring and digitizing step (S10) for measuring the foot shape of the customer and digitizing the information; a wood last manufacturing step (S20) for manufacturing a shoe last matched with the foot of the customer based on the foot shape data of the customer; an upper knitting and forming process (S30) for sewing the upper fabric by three-dimensional forming knitting and then keeping the shape of the upper part in a state of inserting a shoe tree; the shoe finishing process (S40) can selectively mount an insole and an outsole on the upper part, and can provide a shoe which can obtain a foot fitting feeling matched with the foot of a customer in a short period of time by cooperating the processes (S10, S20, S30, S40).

(S10: foot shape measuring and digitizing step)

In order to achieve customization, individual foot shape measurements are made using a 3D foot shape measuring device (FIG. 2: S101). Based on the obtained scan data, a milled wood last (last) is made, from which a completely custom-made wood last (last) can be made.

On the other hand, the foot type corresponding to the shoe use, posture habit and exercise function of the customer is divided into several elements (foot length, foot width, foot circumference, etc.) based on the obtained scan data, and options are prepared for each, so that the customer can deal with the pattern order (pattern order) (fig. 2: S102).

Here, as a coping example of the customization of the pattern, based on the analysis result of foot shape data of 100 million japanese people, assuming that the wearing allowable range of 1 shoe is the foot length ± 2.5mm and the foot circumference ± 3mm, in the case of male, the foot width is C to 4E in the range of the foot length 235mm to 280mm, and in the case of female, the foot width is B to 3E in the range of the foot length 210mm to 250mm, it is possible to cover the feet of 90% or more of men and women in total by 60 types of male, 54 types of female, and 114 types of wooden lasts (lasts) in total, and a certain type of wooden last (last) is previously made based on the above idea. Further, by selecting the optimum combination for the foot type of the user from the 3D foot type scanning data, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing time and the cost for manufacturing a wooden last (last) that is not versatile.

(S20 manufacturing Process of Wood last)

In order to realize the custom-made, a wood last (shoe last) matching the customer's foot is made based on the customer's foot type data (refer to fig. 3).

On the other hand, in the step of manufacturing the standard shoe trees corresponding to the customized pattern (fig. 2: S201), 91 male types, 79 female types, and 170 total types (covering 90% or more of the whole) are manufactured using 2 elements of the foot length and the foot circumference as indexes, and 340 standard shoe trees of the left and right feet are manufactured and managed in parallel, according to the idea of the above-described corresponding example of the customized pattern.

(S30: Upper knitting and Forming Process)

First, the upper fabric is knitted into a three-dimensional shape by a circular knitting machine using a fusion yarn. Specifically, the front surface of the knitted fabric is woven with a polyester yarn and the back surface thereof is woven with a welding yarn (FIG. 2: S301). As shown in fig. 4, the upper part 1 is composed of an outer fabric 11 and an inner fabric 14 continuous therewith, and has openings 12 and 15 at both ends of each fabric. In addition, the outer fabric 11 exhibits a pattern design, and the inner fabric 14 is substantially plain. By applying the three-dimensional forming knitting to the upper part 1 in this manner, sewing can be minimized. Further, by forming a double structure by weaving the welding yarn into the fabric, the welding yarn does not contact the skin side, and the strength as a shoe can be maintained.

Subsequently, as shown in (1) and (2) of fig. 5, the toe part 16 of the inner fabric 14 and the toe part 13 of the outer fabric 11 are sewn closed, and as shown in (3) and (4) of fig. 5, the inner fabric 14 is fitted inside the outer fabric 11 (fig. 2: S302). Further, the frame is fitted into the open shoe-wearing opening 17 shown in fig. 5 (4), and the outer fabric 11 and the inner fabric 14 are fixed. At this time, embroidery can be applied to the throat 17 (FIG. 2: S303).

Finally, in a state where the shoe last 2 is inserted into the upper part 1 (see fig. 6), the welding yarn knitted into the upper fabric is heated and melted, and then cooled and fixed to maintain the shape of the upper part (fig. 2: S304). By employing the step of holding the shape by heating and cooling in the state where the last 2 is inserted into the three-dimensional molded upper part 1 (see fig. 6), an extremely comfortable feeling of fitting to the individual foot, which is not achieved by conventional shoes, can be obtained.

In the upper knitting and forming step, the upper fabric may be knitted into a three-dimensional shape by a circular knitting machine using a yarn selected from a yarn subjected to an anti-stain process and composed of a polyester processed yarn or a nylon processed yarn, a staple fiber yarn, a high-strength yarn, or a combination thereof on the front surface and using a fusion-bonded yarn on the back surface. By using the yarn subjected to the stain-proofing treatment, shoes having high stain resistance can be produced. In addition, if a spun staple yarn is used, a more leisure atmosphere can be created. Further, by using a high-strength yarn for the toe and heel, a strong shoe having a higher strength can be produced, and by using an upper knitted by a circular knitting machine, the versatility of the upper can be expected to be expanded.

(S40: shoe finishing Process)

As shown in (1), (2) and (3) of fig. 7, the outsole suitable for the customer is adhered with an adhesive in a state where the shoe tree 2 is inserted into the upper part 1. Further, as shown in FIG. 7 (4), an insole 4 conforming to the wearing feeling of the customer is inserted (FIG. 2: S401). In this manner, by preparing options for the insole or the outsole, it is possible to realize customization of a matched shoe according to the purpose of use.

Industrial applicability

It is considered that the present invention is put into practical use for medical use such as rehabilitation use for prescription from a hospital or the like, and for specific use such as professional players for sports.
