Background

With the development and progress of the society, consumers have more and more attentions to the appearance quality of products, and the quality of the appearance quality of the products directly influences the choices of the consumers. The reaction capability and the inspection state of each person are also different, and when the quality of the cigarettes is inspected, the wrong inspection and the missed inspection of the cigarettes sometimes occur. Manpower and material resources are wasted, the product quality cannot be guaranteed to be detected completely, the product quality and the economic benefit of an enterprise cannot be guaranteed well, and the product market competitiveness of the enterprise is restrained.

Referring to fig. 1, the appearance detection device for a rod-shaped object according to the present embodiment includes a rod-shaped object rotation mechanism, a detection module, and a power system 33, the detection module is disposed around the rod-shaped object rotation mechanism, the rod-shaped object rotation mechanism includes a conveyor belt 31, a follower roller set and a rotation driving device 40, the conveyor belt 31 is provided with the follower roller set, the follower roller set is formed by disposing a plurality of follower rollers in parallel, the follower roller set is rotatably matched with the rotation driving device 40, and the conveyor belt 31 is connected to the power system 33. The stick rotating mechanism is used for rotating the stick 10; the detection assembly comprises a side detection device and a cylindrical surface detection device which are fixed on the fixing frame 20, the side detection device is arranged on the left side and the right side of the running direction of the rod-shaped object rotating mechanism, and the cylindrical surface detection device is arranged above the rod-shaped object rotating mechanism. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the follower roller includes a mandrel 36 and a movable roller 37, the movable roller 37 is disposed on the mandrel 36 through a bearing 38, a rotation fitting portion 30 is disposed on the movable roller 37, the rotation fitting portion 30 is rotatably fitted to a rotation driving device 40, an end of the mandrel 36 is connected to the conveyor belt 31, specifically, the mandrel 36 is connected to the conveyor belt 31 through a belt mounting hole 39 at the end, and a plurality of follower rollers are connected to form a follower roller group. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, as an embodiment, the rotation matching portion 30 is a gear, the rotation driving device 40 is a rack, the gear and the rack are in rotation matching, the gear can drive the movable roller 37 to rotate after rotating, so as to drive the rod-shaped object on the follow-up roller group to rotate, and further realize the omnibearing detection, and the rack is fixed on the rack mounting seat 41. The rack transmission structure has the advantage of controlling precision. By setting the meshing distance between the rack and the gear, the stick 10 can be rotated by 1/3 planes at every 120 degrees or by 1/2 planes at every 180 degrees, and the sequential appearance detection can be realized. The mandrel 36 of the follower roller moves along with the conveyor belt 31, the movable roller 37 arranged on the mandrel 36 through the bearing 38 is matched with the rotation driving device 30 and then rotates, the rod-shaped objects between the movable rollers 37 rotate along with the mandrel, and in the rotating process, a camera is used for taking pictures from the upper side of the rod-shaped objects, so that the detection of the camera on the 360-degree circumferential surface of the cigarette is realized. In another embodiment, the rotation engaging portion 30 is configured as a rough roller surface (not shown), and the rotation driving device 40 is configured as a rubber pad, and the rough roller surface is frictionally engaged with the rubber pad to rotate the rod-shaped object.

Referring to fig. 1, the power system includes a motor 34, an intermediate transmission assembly and a transmission wheel 32, the intermediate transmission assembly can be a belt, a chain or a gear, the motor 34 drives the intermediate transmission assembly, the tail end of the intermediate transmission assembly drives the transmission wheel 32, the transmission wheel 32 drives two transmission belts 31, the two transmission belts 31 are arranged in parallel, the two transmission belts 31 are respectively connected with two ends of a mandrel 36 of the follower roller, a rotation matching part 30 is arranged in the middle of the follower roller, and a rotation driving device 40 is arranged below the follower roller and is in rotation matching with the rotation matching part 30; and a cylindrical surface detection device is arranged above the follow-up roller set, side surface detection devices are arranged on two side surfaces of the follow-up roller set, and a classification recovery device is arranged at the rear end of the detection assembly. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the sorting and recycling device further comprises a movable baffle 50, a shield 51, a waste collection box 52 and a recycling box 53, wherein the movable baffle 50 is arranged at the outlet of the rod-shaped object rotating mechanism, and the movable baffle 50 can be lifted or put down under the driving of the motor 34; the shield 51 is disposed at the baffle, and the waste collection tank 52 and the recovery tank 53 are disposed around the baffle. When there is a defective stick 10, the flapper 50 is lifted and the defective stick 10 falls into the waste collection box 52, and when the stick 10 is detected normally, the flapper 50 is lowered and the stick 10 falls into the recovery box 53. The power system 33 can be driven by an optional motor 34. Side plates 35 are provided on both sides of the stick rotating mechanism.

Referring to fig. 1, the detection device further comprises a storage warehouse 11, the storage warehouse 11 is arranged at the initial working end of the follow-up roller set, the storage warehouse 11 comprises cigarette storage boxes and adjusting chains 12, the cigarette storage boxes are provided with openings at the upper and lower sides, cigarette outlets are formed in the cigarette outlet direction faces of the cigarette storage boxes, the adjusting chains 12 are arranged on the cigarette outlets, the adjusting chains 12 are in rolling fit with the follow-up roller set, and the adjusting chains 12 are used for straightening the rod-shaped objects 10. When the stick 10 is transported on the follower roller group, the sticks 10 may not be all placed in order, and when the stick 10 appears in the lateral direction, the stick 10 appears in the oblique direction, and a plurality of sticks 10 are placed between the adjacent follower rollers, the stick 10 is adjusted to a set position after the stick 10 is stopped by the rolling wheels on the adjusting chain 12. Because only one end of the adjusting chain 12 is movably connected and fixed, the adjusting chain 12 does not excessively press the rod-shaped object 10, so that the rod-shaped object 10 is not damaged.

According to the appearance detection equipment for the rod-shaped object 10, the adjusting chain 12 is arranged, when the rod-shaped object 10 is conveyed on the rod-shaped object rotating mechanism, transverse cigarettes and oblique cigarettes are adjusted between adjacent follower rollers, and only one cigarette is placed between the follower rollers; the appearance image of the end face of the rod 10 is captured by using the end face detection camera, and the appearance image before the rotation of the rod 10 and the appearance image after the rotation are captured by using more than two cylindrical surface detection cameras, so that complete images of the end face and the circumferential surface of the rod 10 are obtained. The detection device has a simple structure and can perform overall appearance detection on the rod-shaped object 10. The embodiment also provides an appearance detection method of the rod-shaped object, which comprises the steps of placing the rod-shaped object 10 between adjacent follower rollers and conveying the rod-shaped object forwards, using the first detection camera 21 and the second detection camera 22 to shoot an appearance image of the end face of the rod-shaped object 10, using the third detection camera 23 to shoot an appearance image of the 1/3 face of the rod-shaped object, matching the rotating matching part 30 with the rotating driving device 40 to rotate the rod-shaped object 10 to the 1/3 face, using the fourth detection camera 24 to shoot an appearance image of the other 1/3 face of the rod-shaped object 10, matching the rotating matching part 30 with the rotating driving device 40 to rotate the rod-shaped object 10 to the 1/3 face, and using the fifth detection camera 25 to shoot an appearance image of the other 1/3 face of the rod-shaped object 10 to obtain a complete image of the end face. For example, in a mode of rotating 180 degrees each time, the detection camera can be used for shooting an appearance image of the 1/2 surface of the bar, the rotating matching part 30 is matched with the rotating driving device 40 to rotate the bar 10 to 1/2 surface, and other detection cameras can be used for shooting appearance images of the other 1/2 surfaces of the bar 10 to obtain complete images of the end surface and the circumferential surface of the bar 10, so that the circumferential surface of the bar can be completely shot by only providing two cylindrical surface detection cameras; of course, 1/4 or 1/5 equally dividing can be performed, which will not be described herein. When the stick 10 is rotated, the stick 10 may be rotated by the rack 40 engaged with the gear 30, or the stick 10 may be rotated by the rough roller surface frictionally engaged with the rubber pad.

The method is used for detecting cigarettes, and comprises the steps of firstly, using an adjusting chain 12 to adjust the axial cigarettes, the oblique cigarettes and redundant cigarettes arranged between adjacent follower rollers to set positions; the cigarettes are positioned between the adjacent follower rollers, and only one cigarette is placed between the adjacent follower rollers; after the appearance detection of the cigarettes is finished, the cigarettes with appearance defects are removed through the control device and stored in the waste collection box 52; cigarettes without appearance defects are stored in the recycle bin 53.

It should be noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" as may appear in the description of the invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not intended to have any sequential limiting effect, nor are they to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
