Detailed Description

Various embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like elements in the various figures are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. For purposes of clarity, the various features in the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale.

Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the present application provides a wet towel dispenser including: the wall-mounted type shell 1 is used for being hung on a use position; a spool 3, said spool 3 for rotating a roll of towel 7; the transmission system 2 is used for transmitting and transporting cotton towels 71 (also called wet tissues, the cotton towels 71 on the wet tissue roll are wet tissues after passing through the humidifying system 6) to an output port; a cutting towel structure 4 connected with the transmission system 2, wherein the cutting towel structure 4 is used for cutting cotton towels 71; a humidifying system 6 for humidifying and heating the cotton towel 71; the rolling and rubbing structure 5 is used for rolling and rubbing the cut wet tissues into a roll; the scroll 3, the transmission system 2, the towel cutting structure 4, the humidifying system 6 and the rolling and rubbing structure 5 are all arranged in the wall-mounted shell 1.

In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 4, a wall-mounted enclosure 1 includes: the back part of the rear shell 13 is provided with a hook 131 and a back adhesive 132, and the hook 131 and the back adhesive 132 are used for fixing the rear shell 13; a middle case 12 mounted on the rear case 13; a door housing 11 hingedly connected to the middle housing 12, the door housing 11 being opened for replacement of the towel roll 7.

The rear shell 13 and the middle shell 12 are used for accommodating the transmission system 2, the towel cutting structure 4, the humidifying system 6 and the rolling and rubbing structure 5, so that the internal structure is protected, and safety guarantee is provided for a user. The middle shell 12 is provided with a containing cavity which penetrates through the rear shell 13, so that the cotton towel roll 7 can be contained, and the problems of paper jam, knife clamping and the like can be conveniently treated. The door shell 11 is of an opening-closing structure, and the cotton towel roll 7 can be conveniently replaced and the problems of paper jam, knife jam and the like can be conveniently solved by opening the door shell 11.

The bottom of the rear shell 13 and the middle shell 12 is provided with the output port, a supporting plate 14 is arranged below the output port, and the supporting plate 14 is connected to the rear shell 13 and used for placing output wet tissues. The output port is used for sending out wet tissues, and the wet tissues drop on the supporting plate 14, so that a user can take the wet tissues conveniently.

In this embodiment, the reel 3 is detachably provided in the wall-mounted enclosure 1, and the reel 3 is rotatable in the wall-mounted enclosure 1. It will be appreciated that the roll of towels 7 is mounted on the roller 3. in this application, the roll of towels 7 is of the horizontal type, which facilitates a slim design of the wall-mounted housing 1. The cotton towel roll 7 is pulled to the cotton towel 71 through the transmission system 2 on the scroll 3 to enable the cotton towel roll 7 to rotate, therefore, two ends of the scroll 3 are respectively arranged in the rotating grooves, the cotton towel roll 7 can be conveniently rotated, and the cotton towel roll 71 is favorably transmitted.

Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the transmission system 2 includes: a motor 21, the motor 21 providing a driving force; a driving gear 22, which is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the motor 21; the towel feeding gear 26 is in transmission connection with the driving gear 22 through a transmission gear 25, and the towel feeding gear 26 is coaxially arranged on a towel feeding roller 27; the towel cutting gear 24 is in transmission connection with the driving gear 22, and the towel cutting gear 24 is connected with the towel cutting structure 4; and the rolling and rubbing gear 23 is in transmission connection with the driving gear 22, and the rolling and rubbing gear 23 is used for driving the rolling and rubbing structure 5 to perform the rolling and rubbing operation of the wet tissue.

The transmission system 2 further includes: the pressure roller 51 is arranged in parallel with the towel feeding roller 27, the pressure roller 51 is rotatably connected to a pressing bracket, the pressing bracket is rotatably connected in the wall-mounted shell 1, and the pressure roller 51 is contacted with the towel feeding roller 27 by pulling the pressing bracket, so that the cotton towels 71 are pressed between the towel feeding roller 27 and the pressure roller 51. It will be appreciated that the provision of a pressure roller 51 disposed below the roll 7 of towels and the reel 3, and also the provision of a pressure roller 51 in the housing chamber, ensures that the pressure roller 51 can be adjusted to achieve guided transport of the towels 71.

Referring to fig. 7, the drive gear 22 includes: a gear disc 220, which is in transmission connection with the towel feeding gear 26 and the rolling and rubbing gear 23 respectively; a towel cutting function gear part 224 arranged on the end face of one side of the gear disc 220, wherein the towel cutting function gear part 224 is periodically meshed and connected with the towel cutting gear 24; and a rolling function gear part 223 disposed on an end surface of one side of the gear plate 220, wherein the rolling function gear part 223 is periodically engaged with the rolling gear 23. In the present embodiment, the towel cutting function gear portion 224 and the rolling function gear portion 223 are both disposed on the gear wheel 220, and during the rotation of the gear wheel 220, the towel cutting function gear portion 224 and the rolling function gear portion 223 are driven to rotate along with the gear wheel 220, and the towel cutting function gear portion 224 and the rolling function gear portion 223 are enabled to be periodically meshed with the cutting tool and the rolling structure 5, so as to respectively drive the cutting tool and the rolling structure 5 to perform cutting operation and rolling operation.

The gear plate 220 is provided with a mounting hole coaxial with the gear plate, and the gear plate 220 is connected with the output shaft of the matching motor 21 in an adaptive manner through the mounting hole.

The towel cutting function gear part 224 is an arc gear with a first preset radian, and the towel cutting function gear part 224 is arranged on the end face of one end of the gear disc 220. The first preset radian is set according to the fact that the towel cutting gear 24 drives the cutting tool to complete cutting of the cotton towels 71. The rolling and rubbing function gear part 223 is an arc-segment gear with a second preset radian, and the rolling and rubbing function gear part 223 is arranged on the end face of one end of the gear disc 220. The second preset radian can complete the rolling and rubbing of the cotton towel 71 according to the rolling and rubbing function gear part 223, so as to ensure that the cotton towel 71 is rolled and rubbed into a roll.

Both the towel cutting function gear part 224 and the rolling function gear part 223 are coupled to the gear wheel 220 via at least two screws 225. It should be understood that the towel cutting function gear portion 224 and the rolling function gear portion 223 may be both disposed on the same end face of the gear wheel 220, but the towel cutting function gear portion 224 and the rolling function gear portion 223 are disposed on different rotation arc faces respectively, which ensures that the towel cutting function gear portion 224 is meshed with the towel cutting gear 24 and the rolling function gear portion 223 is meshed with the rolling gear 23.

Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the cutting towel structure 4 includes: a towel cutting bracket installed in the wall-mounted housing 1; a fixed knife 42 fixed to the towel cutting holder; a first end of the movable knife 41 is rotatably connected to a first end of the fixed knife 42, a second end of the movable knife 41 is slidably arranged on the towel cutting bracket, and the second end of the movable knife 41 is in transmission connection with the towel cutting gear 24 of the transmission system 2; and two ends of the return spring are respectively connected to the towel cutting bracket and the second end of the movable knife 41, and the return spring is used for returning the movable knife 41.

The cotton towel 71 is conveyed by the towel conveying roller 27, the cotton towel 71 passes through the towel cutting structure 4, the cotton towel 71 is cut by the towel cutting structure 4, the cotton towel 71 is separated from the cotton towel roll 7, the towel cutting structure 4 is connected with the towel cutting gear 24 of the transmission system 2, the towel cutting gear 24 drives the movable knife 41 to move, and then the cotton towel 71 is cut.

The towel cutting gear 24 is engaged with the towel cutting function gear 224 on the driving gear 22, and the cotton towel 71 is cut once when the driving gear 22 rotates one circle. Specifically, when the towel cutting gear 24 is meshed with the towel cutting function gear portion 224, the movable knife 41 is driven to move towards the fixed knife 42 to cut the cotton towels 71, after the cotton towels 71 are cut, the towel cutting function gear portion 224 is separated from the towel cutting gear 24, and the movable knife 41 returns under the action of the return spring to prepare for next towel cutting.

In an alternative embodiment, the towel cutting function gear portion 224 is provided to bring the movable knife 41 to cut the towel when the movable knife 41 starts to mesh with the towel cutting gear 24, and the movable knife 41 is returned after cutting the towel, and when the movable knife 41 is returned, the towel cutting function gear portion 224 is disengaged from the towel cutting gear 24. Referring to fig. 8 to 10, the humidification system 6 includes: a water tank 61 provided at a top position in the wall-hung type housing 1, and on the water tank 61; a heating tank 62 provided below the water tank 61, the heating tank 62 communicating with the water tank 61; a one-way water valve 63 which is communicated and arranged below the heating box 62; and the water spraying pipe 65 is communicated with the water outlet of the one-way water valve 63 through a hose 64, and the water spraying pipe 65 is used for spraying water to the cotton towel 71 for humidification.

A heating plate 621 is disposed at the bottom of the heating box 62 to heat the water in the water tank 61, and the opening of the one-way water valve 63 enables the water in the heating box 62 to flow to the water spraying pipe 65 and spray water to the cotton towels 71 through the water spraying pipe 65, so that the dried cotton towels 71 become wet tissues. It should be understood that the water spraying pipe 65 is disposed toward the cotton towel 71, and the spraying opening of the water spraying pipe 65 is located below the towel cutting structure 4, so that the cotton towel 71 to be cut is humidified after the cotton towel 71 is cut by the towel cutting structure 4 or during the process of cutting the cotton towel.

Referring to fig. 11 to 13, the roll rubbing structure 5 includes: a driving roller 55, which is coaxially connected with the rolling gear 23 of the transmission system 2 in a transmission manner; a driven drum 52 rotatably connected to the inside of the wall-hung type casing 1, the driven drum 52 being provided above the driving drum 55; the transmission friction belt 53 is in transmission connection with the driving roller 55 and the driven roller 52 respectively; the fixed friction belt 55 is arranged in the wall-mounted shell 1, the fixed friction belt 56 is opposite to the transmission friction belt 53, gaps between the fixed friction belt 56 and the transmission friction belt 53 are sequentially increased from top to bottom, and the tail end of the fixed friction belt 56 is connected with an output port of the wall-mounted shell 1; wherein, the opposite surfaces of the transmission friction belt 53 and the transmission friction belt 53 are provided with soft material friction contacts for transmitting the wet tissue and rolling and rubbing the wet tissue into a roll.

The driving roller 55 is arranged below the driven roller, the driving roller 55 and the rolling gear 23 are coaxially arranged, the rolling gear 23 rotates to drive the driving roller 55 to rotate, so as to drive the transmission friction belt 53 to rotate and drive the driven roller 52, the driven roller 52 and the driving gear 22 are coaxially arranged, but the driving gear 22 does not drive the driven roller 52, in the embodiment, the rotating directions of the driving gear 22 and the driven roller 52 are opposite, at least one end of the driven roller 52 is rotatably connected to the wall-mounted shell 1, the driving roller 55 is driven to rotate, and the friction between the driven gear and the transmission friction belt 53 can be reduced.

The driving roller 55 includes: a cylinder; end covers comprising a left end cover 551 and a right end cover 551, wherein the left end cover 551 and the right end cover 551 are respectively arranged at two ends of the cylinder, the left end cover is coaxially connected to the roll and twist gear 23 through a connecting shaft 552 coaxially arranged with the left end cover, and the right end cover 551 is rotatably connected into the shell through the connecting shaft 552; and bearings 553, the two bearings 553 being connected to the two connecting shafts 552, respectively, wherein one of the bearings 553 is disposed on the bearing seat between the left end cover and the roll gear 23.

The two bearings 553 support the driving roller 55, and a connecting shaft 552 on the left end cover can be coaxially disposed on the rolling gear 23, and drives the driving roller 55 to rotate during the rotation of the rolling gear 23. It will be appreciated that the drive roller 55 is similar in construction to the driven roller 52, except that the driven roller 52 is driven by the drive roller 55 via the drive friction belt 53. The outer peripheral walls of the driving roller 55 and the driven roller 52 are provided with a plurality of stripes along the axial direction, so that the friction force between each roller and the transmission friction belt 53 is increased.

The rotation of the transmission friction belt 53 transports and rolls the cut wet tissues into a roll, the transmission friction belt 53 is matched with the fixed friction belt 56 for use, the soft material friction contact on the fixed friction belt 56 is longer than the soft material friction contact on the transmission friction belt 53, in the cutting process of the cotton towel 71, the initial end of the wet tissues can be directly conveyed onto the transmission friction belt 53, under the driving of the transmission friction belt 53, the wet tissues can move towards the fixed friction belt 56, so that the initial end of the wet tissues can collide with the soft material friction contact on the fixed friction belt 56, under the rotation of the transmission friction belt 53, the initial end of the wet tissues can extrude the soft material friction contact, the initial end of the wet tissues can be turned over and rolled, and all the soft material friction contacts on the fixed friction belt 56 are extruded and deformed, and according to the fact that the gap between the fixed friction belt 56 and the transmission friction belt 53 is sequentially increased from top to bottom, under the rotation action of the transmission friction belt 53, the wet tissues are respectively rubbed by the transmission friction belt 53 and the fixed friction belt 56, so that the output shaft ends of the wet tissues are gradually coiled to the tail ends. And the wet tissue rolls are sent out from an output port at the bottom of the wall-mounted shell 1, so that the wet tissue rolls are sequentially placed on the bracket to wait for a user to take.

In this embodiment, a baffle 54 is disposed between the tail end of the fixed friction belt 56 and the transmission friction belt 53, both ends of the baffle 54 are slidably connected to the wall-mounted housing 1, and both ends of the baffle 54 respectively pull the baffle 54 toward the transmission friction belt 53 through a tension spring. After the wet tissue roll slides out, the baffle plate 54 is driven by the tension spring to slide the baffle plate 54 towards the transmission friction belt 53 and return to the original position. The baffle 54 is provided to squeeze the roll of wet wipes so that the roll of wet wipes is more compact and avoids loosening of the roll of wet wipes during delivery.

In this embodiment, the wet towel dispenser further includes: the controller is arranged in the wall-mounted shell 1, is electrically connected with the transmission system 2 to control the on and off of the motor 21, and is electrically connected with the humidifying system 6 to control the heating box 62 to heat water and control the one-way water valve 63 to humidify the cotton towel 71; the sensors are all arranged in the wall-mounted shell 1 and are electrically connected with the controller, and the sensors are respectively used for cotton towel 71 monitoring, water level monitoring, water temperature monitoring, towel cutting monitoring and towel discharging monitoring; and the control panel is arranged on the door shell 11 of the wall-mounted shell 1 and electrically connected with the controller, and the control panel is used for man-machine exchange.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 9, in the humidification system 6, a temperature sensor 623 is disposed in the heating tank 62, the temperature sensor 623 is electrically connected to the controller, and the temperature sensor 623 is configured to monitor the temperature of the water in the heating tank 62 and transmit a water temperature signal to the controller. The heating plate 621 is electrically connected to the controller, and an overheat switch 622 is electrically connected between the heating plate 621 and the controller. It should be understood that the set temperature can be inputted into the controller, so as to control the electric heating plate to heat, and ensure that the water is heated to the set temperature. In the heating process, after the temperature of the heating plate 621 triggers the set temperature, the controller sends a control command to control the overheating switch 622 to cut off the power of the heating plate 621.

A water level magnetic switch 624 is provided on the heating tank 62 for monitoring the water level in the heating tank 62. The water level magnetic switch 624 is electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is according to the water level magnetic switch 624. It should be appreciated that the level magnet switch 624 detects a change in the water level in the heating tank 62 and triggers an early warning when the detected water level reaches a bottom level, thereby prompting the addition of water. When the water level magnetic switch 624 detects that there is no water in the heating tank 62, the controller controls the heating plate 621 and the one-way water valve 63 to be powered off. The bottom of the heating box 62 is communicated with a drain pipe 66, and the drain pipe 66 is communicated with a drain plug 67 at the bottom of the wet towel machine. When the wet towel machine adopting the cotton towel 71 humidifying system 6 is not used, the water in the water tank 61 and the water in the heating tank 62 are discharged by opening the drain plug 67 at the bottom of the shell, so that no water exists in the wet towel machine. In addition, a water receiving tray is arranged at the bottom of the wet tissue machine, so that the problem of water leakage in the humidifying process is avoided.

In the transmission system, referring to fig. 6 and 7, a small magnet 221 is arranged on the gear plate, an initial position identification signal plate 222 arranged opposite to the small magnet 221 is arranged inside the wall-mounted shell 1, and when the gear plate rotates for one circle, the initial position identification signal plate 222 can sense and identify the small magnet 221, so that one operation of towel feeding, cutting and cotton towel rolling is completed. The home position identification signal plate 222 can transmit information to the controller, by which the motor 21 is controlled to stop.

In this embodiment, the wet towel machine can deliver the number of wet towel rolls according to the use requirements of an operator when in work, and the number of pressing times of the button switch can be specifically realized. When the button switch is pressed once, the driving gear 22 rotates for a circle, and the cutting of the cotton towel 71, the humidification of the cotton towel 71, the rolling and rubbing of the wet towel and the output of the wet towel roll are correspondingly completed once.

The wet tissue machine can be directly installed on a wall body and other positions through the wall-mounted shell 1, installation is more convenient and faster, water can be heated, humidification and heating of cotton towels 71 are achieved, and users can have better experience due to warm wet tissues; the utility model provides a wet piece of cloth machine design compact structure has characteristics miniaturized, light-duty, and it is less to occupy the space, has fine suitability and performance.
