技术领域

本发明涉及过滤器研发技术领域,尤其涉及一种反清洗过滤器及清洗方法。

背景技术

一般的家用或工业用的过滤器,一般包括过滤器主体、滤芯、进出水口、滤芯安装于过滤筒内,在过滤筒内进入而由过滤筒外侧壁渗透而排出过滤后的净化水,然而,滤芯在应用过程中,过滤筒内由于长期过滤会集聚大量的过滤颗粒物、污垢等物质,需要清洗之后过滤筒方可继续使用,而现有的清洗方法,均是更换或拆除之后进行清洗,工作效率低,并且成功较高,以及操作难度大等问题,故想进一步设计改进。

为解决上述问题,本发明技术方案:一种反清洗过滤器,包括过滤器主体,所述的过滤器主体内设置有过滤筒,所述的过滤筒内设滤芯,其特征在于:在过滤器主体一侧的传动组件,所述的传动组件传动所述的过滤筒转动,设置清洗组件,设置于所述的过滤器主体内腔用于对过滤筒外侧壁进行清洗,在所述的过滤筒的外侧壁或内侧壁设置有相对于所述的过滤筒外侧壁进行清刷的清洗组件。

在一个可选的实施例中,所述的传动组件为传动电机通过传动轴传动连接所述的过滤筒带动所述的过滤筒并使所述的过滤筒。

在一个可选的实施例中,所述的过滤筒通过第一转动件可转动的安装于所述的过滤器主体上。

在一个可选的实施例中,所述的第一转动件包括设置于所述的过滤器主体底部的下轴承座,所述的过滤筒底部设置于轴承座轴承配合的外环轴,所述过滤筒底部的外环轴可转动的安装于所述的下轴承座的下轴承上。

在一个可选的实施例中,所述的第一转动件包括设置于所述的过滤器主体顶部的上轴承座,所述的传动电机的传动轴可转动的穿设过所述的上轴承座的上轴承上。

在一个可选的实施例中,设置污水排水管,污水排水管设置于所述的过滤器主体与过滤筒之间且位于所述的过滤器主体侧壁上。

在一个可选的实施例中,所述的过滤筒包括具有通孔的内环侧板与外环侧板,在位于内环侧板与所述的外环侧板之间设置有滤材,内环板为中空形成所述的过滤筒中心腔。

在一个可选的实施例中,外环轴为中空形成水流道,设置外环轴的一端穿过过滤筒底面延伸至所述的过滤筒内侧,而所述外环轴的另一端往进水管方向延伸至进水管之内。

一种采用上述的反清洗过滤器的的清洗方法:

a,将有压水源接入进水口,使水流持续进入所述的过滤筒内筒并渗透过滤至过滤筒外侧壁排出;

b,开启所述的传动组件带动所述的过滤筒持续旋转,由于过滤筒持续旋转将沉积于过滤筒上的沉积物由于离心力作用从过滤筒的外侧壁排出并由于清洗组件对过滤筒同时进行清洗而将沉积物分离于过滤筒并由排水管排出。

在观察水流由污垢而逐渐变为清之后关闭传动组件。

本发明的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:提供一种全新的适用于家用的集水箱的过滤器的过滤清洗结构以及清洗方法,清洗效果也较好,尤其适用于在净水系统中使用,特别是在家庭、小区等净水系统中,尤其适用于滤材为高效锰砂滤料以及椰壳活性炭为滤材的应用环境。

实施例1:如图1-5所示,本发明提出的一种反清洗过滤器,包括过滤器主体1,所述的过滤器主体1内设置有过滤筒2,所述的过滤筒2内设滤芯22,在一个可选的实施例中,设置出水管12,出水管12延伸至过滤器主体1在过滤筒2与过滤器主体1内侧壁之间,在过滤器主体1一侧的传动组件,所述的传动组件传动所述的过滤筒2转动,设置清洗组件,设置于所述的过滤器主体内腔用于对过滤筒外侧壁进行清洗,在所述的过滤筒的外侧壁或内侧壁设置有相对于所述的过滤筒外侧壁进行清刷的清洗组件,配合所述的清洗刷毛或软质清洗刮板可以将甩出于所述的过滤筒外侧壁的污垢进一步的清刷或刮除。

在一个可选的实施例中,所述的传动组件为传动电机3通过传动轴31传动连接所述的过滤筒2带动所述的过滤筒2并使所述的过滤筒,过滤筒的外侧壁可以与所述的清洗组件的清洗刷毛或软质清洗刮板旋转相接抵。

在一个可选的实施例中,所述的过滤筒2通过第一转动件可转动的安装于所述的过滤器主体1上,在一个较佳的实施例中,所述的第一转动件包括设置于所述的过滤器主体1底部的下轴承座6,所述的过滤筒2底部设置于轴承座轴承配合的外环轴21,所述过滤筒2底部的外环轴21可转动的安装于所述的下轴承座6的下轴承上。

在一个可选的实施例中,为实现同时对过滤筒外侧壁以及过滤器主体内侧壁进行清洗,在所述的立柱4的上端部与下端部分别设置有上连杆43以及下连杆44,所述的上连杆43以及下连杆44分别通过第二转动件可转动对应安装于上轴承座5以及下轴承座6上,所述的立柱4的另一侧具有往所述的过滤器主体1内侧壁接抵的第二刷毛组件42和\或第二刮板组件,所述的立柱随着水流转动而同时实现对过滤筒侧壁以及过滤器主体1内侧壁进行清洗,

在一个可选的实施例中,所述的第二转动件包括设置于所述的上轴承座5外环与下轴承座6外环的上连接环431以及下连接环441,所述的上连接环431直径与下连接环441直径与对应的上轴承座5与下轴承座6直径匹配设置。

优选的,可以增设多一组传动电机通过传动轴带动传动齿轮而与上连接环的外缘的齿轮啮合采用传动的方式带动立柱转动而获得更好的清洗效果。

可选的,第一刷毛组件、第二刷毛组件为清洗刷毛,而第第一刮板组件或第二刮板组件为软质清洗刮板或硬质材料刮板。

可选的,通过设置控制开关控制所述的传动组件关闭。

实施例2:

一种反清洗过滤器的清洗方法:

将有压水源接入进水口,使水流持续进入所述的过滤筒内筒并渗透过滤至过滤筒外侧壁排出;

开启所述的传动组件带动所述的过滤筒持续旋转,由于过滤筒持续旋转将沉积于过滤筒上的沉积物由于离心力作用从过滤筒的外侧壁排出并由于清洗组件对过滤筒同时进行清洗而将沉积物分离于过滤筒并由污水排水管排出。

在进水管持续进水并在过滤筒持续的旋转过程中,污垢或其他粘附于过滤筒的物质会随着不断的转动,而随着离心力的作用污垢会排出于过滤筒外侧壁,并在配合清洗刷毛或清洗刮板的清刷或刮离的作用力,分离粘附于过滤筒外筒的污垢或其他粘附的物质,再而持续的将污垢的水排出于过滤器,在将水流的洁净度较高时,停止过滤筒的旋转,完成过滤器的清洗。

在观察水流由污垢而逐渐变为清之后关闭传动组件。
