1. The preparation method of the sweet wormwood soap is characterized by comprising the following steps:

At present, with the improvement of living standard of people, some special toilet soaps with novel functions of skin care, beauty treatment, sterilization and the like appear in the market, however, most of active ingredients contained in the commercially available special function toilet soaps are chemically synthesized, and some ingredients are not beneficial to human health after long-term use, and meanwhile, serious environmental pollution problems can be caused.

Herba Artemisiae Annuae is aerial part of Artemisia annua L of Compositae, has effects of clearing summer-heat, removing heat and stopping malaria, and can be used for treating diseases such as fever due to summer-heat pathogen, fever due to yin deficiency, fever due to night fever and early coolness, hectic fever due to yin deficiency, malaria fever, and jaundice due to damp-heat. The main component of the sweet wormwood herb, artemisinin, is sesquiterpene lactone, has the characteristics of high efficiency, quick effect, low toxicity, safety and the like in the aspect of curing the inland cerebral malaria, and is the only new anti-malarial drug which is internationally acknowledged in China so far. The sweet wormwood oil is a byproduct in the process of extracting artemisinin from sweet wormwood, has certain antibacterial effect, has an inhibiting effect on pathogenic bacteria and fungi, can clear heat and cool blood, clear damp and remove heat and toxic factors, can obviously improve the antibacterial, bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effects of products when being used in various washing products, cosmetics and toothpaste, ensures that the products not only have cleaning and cleaning effects, but also have medicinal curative effect, can protect skin, and can prolong the shelf life of the products.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: in order to solve the technical problems of poor solubility and volatility of the volatile artemisia apiacea oil in the existing technology for preparing the artemisia apiacea soap and the defects of functional stability and long-acting property of the prepared artemisia apiacea soap, the artemisia apiacea soap and the preparation method thereof are provided.

Preferably, the cyclodextrin is one of alpha-cyclodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin and gamma-cyclodextrin, preferably beta-cyclodextrin.

Preferably, the tween is at least one of tween 80, tween 20 and tween 21, and is preferably tween 80.

Preferably, glycerin and anionic surfactant are added, and simultaneously plant essential oil is added, wherein the weight percentage of the plant essential oil in the sweet wormwood soap is preferably 0.4-1%, and the plant essential oil is preferably one or more of bergamot essential oil, orange flower essential oil, rose essential oil, lily of the valley essential oil, vanilla essential oil and sweet osmanthus essential oil.

Preferably, the anionic surfactant is one or a mixture of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.

Preferably, the soap base is selected from animal soap base, plant soap base or a compound soap base consisting of animal soap base and plant soap base; the animal soap base is prepared from animal oil, preferably one or more of beef tallow soap base, lard soap base and mutton tallow soap base; the soap base prepared from the vegetable soap base vegetable oil is preferably one or more of coconut oil soap base, palm oil soap base and sweet wormwood wax soap base.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention provides a novel soap product taking artemisia oil as an active ingredient and a preparation process thereof, which improve the utilization rate of artemisia apiacea and reduce the production cost of the soap; particularly, the invention wraps the active component of the sweet wormwood oil with cyclodextrin to prepare the inclusion compound, thus not only avoiding the volatilization of the effective component of the sweet wormwood oil, leading the sweet wormwood oil to be gradually and stably released from the cyclodextrin cavity, being capable of utilizing object molecules to the maximum extent, having the advantages of high safety and easy degradation, and importantly ensuring the stability and long-acting property of the efficacy of the sweet wormwood soap, the sweet wormwood soap passes through an accelerated test method; in addition, the sweet wormwood oil cyclodextrin inclusion compound is used, so that the sweet wormwood oil cyclodextrin inclusion compound can be quickly dissolved in a soap system at a lower temperature, and meanwhile, the sweet wormwood oil cyclodextrin inclusion compound is added at the lower temperature, so that the problems that the sweet wormwood oil serving as an active ingredient is volatile and is easy to oxidize and deteriorate in the preparation process are effectively solved.

Example 1

The embodiment provides an artemisia oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method of the artemisia oil comprises the following steps:

s1: weighing 500g of Artemisia annua L in an artemisinin extraction device, adding 3000ml of petroleum ether with the purity of 99%, heating and refluxing at 65 ℃ for 1h to obtain an extracting solution, collecting, extracting for the second time, adding 2000ml of petroleum ether with the purity of 99%, heating and refluxing at 65 ℃ for 1h to obtain an extracting solution, collecting, combining the two extracting solutions,

s2: separating the components of the combined Artemisia annua extract with silica gel column, and concentrating the collected oily liquid to obtain the oleum Artemisiae Annuae.

Example 2

The embodiment provides a sweet wormwood soap and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method of the sweet wormwood soap comprises the following steps:

s1: adding 2 times of distilled water into prepared beta-cyclodextrin, uniformly grinding, dissolving the sweet wormwood oil in 1 time of tween 80, slowly dripping the sweet wormwood oil tween 80 solution into the cyclodextrin solution according to the weight ratio of the sweet wormwood oil to the beta-cyclodextrin of 1:20, stirring for 1 hour to obtain paste, refrigerating the paste at the low temperature of 0-5 ℃ for 12 hours, and performing suction filtration and drying to obtain the sweet wormwood oil beta-cyclodextrin inclusion compound;

s2: weighing 90g of sweet wormwood wax soap base, cutting the sweet wormwood wax soap base into blocks, placing the blocks into a 500mL beaker, melting the blocks into a liquid state, sequentially adding 1g of rose essential oil, 3g of glycerin and 1g of sodium dodecyl sulfate into the beaker, uniformly stirring, cooling the mixed solution to 20 ℃, adding 5g of sweet wormwood oil beta-cyclodextrin inclusion compound, stirring for 30s at the rotation speed of 800r/min to dissolve the sweet wormwood oil beta-cyclodextrin inclusion compound into the soap solution, detecting the pH value of the soap solution by using a pH meter, and adding vitamin C tablets to control and adjust the pH value of the soap solution to 7-9; and slowly pouring the soap solution into a soap mould, placing the soap mould in a shade place, demoulding the soap after 1-2 hours, wrapping the demoulded soap with a preservative film, and placing the packed soap in the shade place for drying to obtain the sweet wormwood soap.

Example 3

S1: adding 4 times of distilled water into the prepared alpha-cyclodextrin, uniformly grinding, dissolving the sweet wormwood oil in 0.5 times of tween 20, slowly dripping the sweet wormwood oil tween 20 solution into the cyclodextrin solution according to the weight ratio of the sweet wormwood oil to the alpha-cyclodextrin of 1:15, stirring for 0.5 hour to obtain paste, refrigerating the paste at the low temperature of 0-5 ℃ for 8 hours, and performing suction filtration and drying to obtain the sweet wormwood oil alpha-cyclodextrin inclusion compound;

s2: weighing 95g of tallow soap base, cutting the tallow soap base into blocks, placing the blocks in a 500mL beaker, melting the blocks to be liquid, sequentially adding 1g of bergamot essential oil, 1g of glycerol and 0.5g of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate into the beaker, uniformly stirring, cooling the mixed solution to 25 ℃, adding 2.5g of sweet wormwood herb oil alpha-cyclodextrin inclusion compound, stirring for 85s under the condition of the rotation speed of 800r/min to dissolve the sweet wormwood herb oil alpha-cyclodextrin inclusion compound into the soap solution, detecting the pH value of the soap solution by using a p H meter, and adding vitamin C sheets to control the pH value of the soap solution to be 7-9; and slowly pouring the soap solution into a soap mould, placing the soap mould in a shade place, demoulding the soap after 1-2 hours, wrapping the demoulded soap with a preservative film, and placing the packed soap in the shade place for drying to obtain the sweet wormwood soap.

Example 4

S1: adding 3 times of distilled water into the prepared gamma-cyclodextrin, uniformly grinding, dissolving the sweet wormwood oil in 1.5 times of tween 21, slowly dripping the sweet wormwood oil tween 21 solution into the cyclodextrin solution according to the weight ratio of the sweet wormwood oil to the beta-cyclodextrin of 1:10, stirring for 1 hour to obtain paste, refrigerating the paste at the low temperature of 0-5 ℃ for 16 hours, and performing suction filtration and drying to obtain the sweet wormwood oil gamma-cyclodextrin inclusion compound;

s2: weighing 98g of coconut oil soap base, cutting the coconut oil soap base into blocks, placing the blocks in a 500mL beaker, melting the blocks to be liquid, sequentially adding 0.4g of vanilla essential oil, 1g of glycerol and 0.1g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into the beaker, uniformly stirring, cooling the mixed solution to 20 ℃, adding 1.5g of the sweet wormwood herb oil gamma-cyclodextrin inclusion compound, dissolving the sweet wormwood herb oil gamma-cyclodextrin inclusion compound in soap liquid under the stirring condition of the rotation speed of 800r/min for 65s, detecting the pH value of the soap liquid by using a pH meter, and adding vitamin C tablets to control and adjust the pH value of the soap liquid to be 7-9; and slowly pouring the soap solution into a soap mould, placing the soap mould in a shade place, demoulding the soap after 1-2 hours, wrapping the demoulded soap with a preservative film, and placing the packed soap in the shade place for drying to obtain the sweet wormwood soap.

Example 5

This example differs from example 3 in that: replacing the alpha-cyclodextrin with beta-cyclodextrin, resulting in step S2: stirring for 22s under the condition of the rotating speed of 800r/min, and dissolving the artemisia oil beta-cyclodextrin inclusion compound in the soap liquid.

Example 6

This example differs from example 4 in that: replacing the gamma-cyclodextrin with beta-cyclodextrin, resulting in step S2: stirring for 18s under the condition of the rotating speed of 800r/min, and dissolving the artemisia oil beta-cyclodextrin inclusion compound in the soap liquid.

Comparative example 1

This comparative example differs from example 2 in that: when the sweet wormwood soap is prepared, the sweet wormwood oil is directly used instead of the beta-cyclodextrin inclusion compound and is stirred for 300s under the condition of the rotating speed of 800r/min without preparing the sweet wormwood oil beta-cyclodextrin inclusion compound, and consequently, the sweet wormwood oil is difficult to be completely dissolved in the soap liquid.

Examples of effects

In this effect example, the sweet wormwood soaps of examples 2 to 6 and comparative example 1 are subjected to three stability acceleration tests respectively, namely, the sweet wormwood soaps are packaged on the market, placed for 6 months under the test conditions of the temperature of (45 ± 2) ° c and the relative humidity of (80 ± 5)%, and subjected to antibacterial and bacteriostatic effect tests before and after 6 months (the dosages of the sweet wormwood soaps of examples 2 to 6 and comparative example 1 are equal), and compared according to the standard QB/T2738-2012 bacteriostatic performance test, the results are specifically shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1: the antibacterial ability of the artemisia soap of examples 2 to 6 after 6 months of the storage is not significantly different from that of the artemisia soap newly prepared before 6 months, the antibacterial ability of the artemisia soap of comparative example 1 after 6 months of the storage is significantly lower than that of the artemisia soap newly prepared before 6 months, and the antibacterial ability of the artemisia soap newly prepared of comparative example 1 is also significantly lower than that of the artemisia soap newly prepared of example 2.

In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiments according to the present application, it is to be understood that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
