1. The method for protecting the embedded bolt during cutting of the equipment foundation is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

cutting the equipment foundation concrete around the embedded bolt along the vertical direction and the horizontal direction by using a disc saw, and forming a cutting groove around the embedded bolt;

inserting an alloy plate into the groove on the periphery of the embedded bolt, and connecting a lead to the alloy plate;

electrifying the alloy plate to heat up through a lead, and using the heated alloy plate to be thermally expanded to press and crisp the equipment foundation concrete around the embedded bolt;

horizontally cutting the equipment foundation concrete by using a wire saw;

and cleaning the concrete attached to the embedded bolts by using a high-pressure water gun.

2. The method for protecting the embedded bolt during the process of cutting the foundation of the equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting line of the disc saw is close to the periphery of the embedded bolt.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of equipment transformation, and particularly relates to a method for protecting an embedded bolt during cutting of an equipment foundation.

Background

Along with the upgrading and upgrading of industrial products, original production line transformation projects are increased, the situation that new equipment is installed on an old foundation is more and more no matter from the perspective of low carbon and environmental protection or from the perspective of saving investment, when the design elevation of the new equipment is lower than the elevation of the original equipment foundation and the original embedded bolts are needed to be utilized, the redundant concrete foundations around the embedded bolts need to be cut off, and the concrete attached to the embedded bolts needs to be cleaned up.

In view of the above situation, the methods adopted in the prior art mainly include the following two methods:

the method is simple and rough, and the purposes of low carbon, environmental protection, construction period shortening and investment saving cannot be achieved;

the method has the advantages that the original equipment foundation is broken to a position below the required elevation of the design, the concrete attached to the periphery of the exposed embedded bolt is removed by the electric pick and the high-pressure water gun, the original embedded bolt is easily damaged to a certain degree, the concrete attached to the embedded bolt is not easy to clean, and the original embedded bolt and the newly poured concrete cannot well form overall common stress.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a method for protecting an embedded bolt during cutting of an equipment foundation, which comprises the following steps:

cutting the equipment foundation concrete around the embedded bolt along the vertical direction and the horizontal direction by using a disc saw, and forming a cutting groove around the embedded bolt;

inserting an alloy plate into the groove on the periphery of the embedded bolt, and connecting a lead to the alloy plate;

electrifying the alloy plate to heat up through a lead, and using the heated alloy plate to be thermally expanded to press and crisp the equipment foundation concrete around the embedded bolt;

horizontally cutting the equipment foundation concrete by using a wire saw;

and cleaning the concrete attached to the embedded bolts by using a high-pressure water gun.

Preferably, in the method for protecting the embedded bolt during the foundation of the cutting equipment, the cutting line of the disc saw should be as close to the periphery of the embedded bolt as possible.

According to the method for protecting the embedded bolt during cutting of the equipment foundation, the equipment foundation concrete around the embedded bolt is compressed by utilizing the electrified thermal expansion of the alloy plate inserted around the embedded bolt, so that the embedded bolt is not damaged, and the embedded bolt can be well protected. And, because of the concrete has been pressed crisp to the adnexed concrete on the embedded bolt of easy clean up makes original embedded bolt and the concrete of newly watering can form whole thereby atress jointly well.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the method for protecting the embedded bolt during cutting of the equipment foundation comprises the following steps:

cutting the device foundation concrete 1 around the embedded bolts 2 in both vertical and horizontal directions by using a disc saw, thereby forming cutting grooves around the embedded bolts 2, wherein preferably the cutting lines 3 of the disc saw are as close as possible to the peripheries of the embedded bolts 2;

inserting an alloy plate 4 into the groove on the periphery of the embedded bolt 2 to protect the embedded bolt 2 and connecting a lead to the alloy plate 4;

electrifying the alloy plate 4 through a wire to heat up, and pressing the equipment foundation concrete 1 around the embedded bolt 2 by utilizing the heated alloy plate 4 to expand when heated;

horizontally cutting the equipment foundation concrete 1 by using a wire saw;

and cleaning the concrete attached to the embedded bolt 2 by using a high-pressure water gun.

In the method for protecting the embedded bolt during cutting of the equipment foundation, the equipment foundation concrete 1 around the embedded bolt 2 is compressed by utilizing the electrified and heated expansion of the alloy plate 4 inserted around the embedded bolt 2, so that the original embedded bolt 2 cannot be damaged, and the embedded bolt 2 can be well protected.

In the method for protecting the embedded bolts during the foundation of the cutting equipment, when the concrete attached to the embedded bolts 2 is cleaned by using a high-pressure water gun, the concrete attached to the embedded bolts 2 is easily cleaned because the concrete is pressed to be crisp, so that the original embedded bolts and newly poured concrete can be well integrated to bear force together.
