When the automobile is in an idling state, the engine running at a low speed still consumes gasoline, the corresponding gasoline is easy to burn and insufficiently discharges, the temperature can slowly drop when the automobile runs at the low speed, the temperature in the three-way pipe 1 can drop at the moment, the memory metal shaft 14 can be automatically changed from a shrinkage state to a stretching state under the influence of the temperature, namely, the rocker arm 10 can automatically rotate anticlockwise, the baffle plate 9 then opens the heating pipe 7 and blocks the high-temperature pipe 5, insufficiently-burnt low-temperature gas enters the heating pipe 7 and can be introduced into the second three-way catalyst 2' after being treated, and finally discharged gas is effectively purified.
