8. Use of a teleoperated robotic service platform system according to any of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:

1) a user inputs user service requirements, user personal information, user available service robot types and required service time in a requirement acquisition unit (1);

the demand acquisition unit (1) generates service request information according to the acquired information and sends the service request information to the processing unit (3);

2) the operator inputs personal information, service skill, operation equipment support condition and service providing time of the operator in the service acquisition unit (2);

the operator generates operation request information according to the acquired information and sends the operation request information to the processing unit (3);

3) the processing unit (3) decodes the service request information, matches the user service requirement with the user available service robot type, if the user available service robot type cannot provide the user service requirement, calls data of a purchase or lease database of the service robot, sends a service robot type data set capable of providing the user service requirement to the user display unit (4), and enters step 4), otherwise, enters step 5);

4) the user display unit (4) displays the data of the service robot type data set and ends the service;

5) the processing unit (3) matches the service request information with the operation request information; selecting an operator whose support condition of the operating equipment is matched with the type of at least one service robot available for the user and which includes a required service time period within a service time period, and respectively sending personal information and service skills of the operator to a user display unit (4);

6) the user display unit (4) displays the service robot types and the service prompt information selected in the required service time to the user according to a preset sorting rule;

the user selects the operator and the service robot type providing the service through the user display unit (4), and sends the operator and the service robot type to the operator display unit (5);

7) the operator display unit (5) displays user personal information, user service requirements, user available service robot types and service time;

8) the operator operates the service robot through the operator display unit (5).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of computer networks, in particular to a remote robot operating and controlling service platform system.

Background

The robot technology has been developed rapidly in the last 20 years, and in particular, industrial robots are widely used in the industrial field. With the development and popularization of 5G and VR technologies, part of the work can be completed by an operator to remotely control a robot, and the coordination and the interface between the user demand and the service provided by the operator are problems to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a remote operation and control robot service platform system which comprises a demand acquisition unit, a service acquisition unit, a processing unit, a user display unit, an operator display unit, a database, a service generation unit and a supervision unit.

The demand acquisition unit acquires user service demands, user personal information, types of service robots available for the users and demand service time, generates service request information and sends the service request information to the processing unit. The personal information of the user comprises the name, the gender, an identity code (namely an identification number or a registration code of the user), a medical history and/or remarks of the user; the remarks are entered by the user. The identity code is unique.

The service robot types include a remote control wheelchair, an auxiliary eating robot, an auxiliary walking robot, an auxiliary bathing robot, a cleaning robot, and a kitchen robot.

The service acquisition unit acquires personal information, service skills, support conditions of operating equipment and service providing time of an operator, generates operation request information and sends the operation request information to the processing unit.

The processing unit stores a service robot purchase or lease database including a plurality of service robot type data sets. Each service robot type data set includes at least 1 model service robot, a purchase channel, a rental channel, a purchase fee, and a rental fee of each model service robot.

The processing unit decodes the service request information, matches the user service requirement with the user available service robot type, and if the user available service robot type cannot provide the user service requirement, calls data of a purchase or lease database of the service robot and sends a service robot type data set capable of providing the user service requirement to the user display unit.

And if the service robot type available for the user can provide the service requirement of the user, the processing unit matches the service request information with the operation request information. And selecting an operator whose support condition of the operating equipment is matched with the type of at least one service robot available for the user and which includes a required service time period in the service time period, and respectively sending the personal information and the service skill of the operator to the user display unit.

The user display unit displays data of the service robot type data set.

And the user display unit displays the service robot type and the service prompt information which are selected in the required service time to the user according to a preset sequencing rule.

2) The operator inputs personal information of the operator, service skills, support of the operating device, and service providing time in the service acquisition unit.

The operator generates operation request information according to the acquired information and sends the operation request information to the processing unit.

3) The processing unit decodes the service request information, matches the user service requirement with the user available service robot type, if the user available service robot type cannot provide the user service requirement, calls data of a service robot purchasing or leasing database, sends a service robot type data set capable of providing the user service requirement to the user display unit, and enters step 4), otherwise, enters step 5).

4) And the user display unit displays the data of the service robot type data set and ends the service.

5) The processing unit matches the service request information and the operation request information. And selecting an operator whose support condition of the operating equipment is matched with the type of at least one service robot available for the user and which includes a required service time period in the service time period, and respectively sending the personal information and the service skill of the operator to the user display unit.

6) And the user display unit displays the service robot type and the service prompt information which are selected in the required service time to the user according to a preset sequencing rule.

7) The operator display unit displays user personal information, user service requirements, user available service robot types, and service times.

The technical effect of the invention is undoubted, and the invention solves the problem of coordination and docking between the user's needs and the operator's provision of services. On one hand, the remote control robot service platform system provided by the invention determines the type of the service robot selected by the required service time and the corresponding service personnel information thereof by acquiring the service requirement, the personal information, the service robot condition and the required service time of the user. The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, but it should not be construed that the scope of the above-described subject matter is limited to the following examples. Various substitutions and alterations can be made without departing from the technical idea of the invention and the scope of the invention is covered by the present invention according to the common technical knowledge and the conventional means in the field.

Example 1:

referring to fig. 1 to 2, a remote operation and control robot service platform system includes a demand acquisition unit 1, a service acquisition unit 2, a processing unit 3, a user display unit 4, an operator display unit 5, a database, a service generation unit, and a supervision unit.

The demand acquisition unit 1 acquires user service demands, user personal information, types of service robots available for users and demand service time, generates service request information, and sends the service request information to the processing unit 3. The user display unit is specifically used for displaying service operator information, required equipment, customization times (namely, accumulated service providing times of operators), service evaluation, service functions and service cost of various different functions to a user according to a service robot type, equipment support condition and service time selected by the user and a sequencing rule of service functions from more to less.

And the user display unit is specifically used for displaying channels and expenses for purchasing or renting the required equipment to the user according to the condition of the equipment required by the service robot.

The operator display unit 5 is used for displaying the service robot type and the service time after the user confirms to receive the service, and the unit is operated in electronic terminals such as mobile phones and computers in the form of APP, application programs or web page forms.

The operator display unit is specifically used for displaying service requirements, personal information, service robot conditions and required service time of the user to the operator according to the service selected by the user.

The service generation unit is used for generating orders according to the robot type selected by the user and the service time.
