In addition, the above prior art examples can only clean the bottom of the pond, and cannot clean the side wall of the culture pond by using the same set of equipment.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a circulating water industrial aquaculture system which can clean the bottom and the side wall of an aquaculture pond and can timely and effectively filter water near a cleaning device.

In order to solve the technical problem, the circulating water industrial culture system comprises a culture pond and a filter pond, wherein the filter pond is connected with the culture pond through a return pipe, the culture pond comprises a pond body, the pond body comprises a side wall and a bottom,

a cross beam capable of moving on the tank body is arranged on the tank body, a track is arranged on the side wall, and an X-axis driving device capable of enabling the cross beam to move along the track is arranged between the cross beam and the track;

a movable platform capable of moving along the beam is arranged on the beam, and a Y-axis driving device capable of enabling the movable platform to move along the beam is arranged between the movable platform and the beam;

a vertical rod capable of moving up and down on the moving platform is mounted on the moving platform, and a Z-axis driving device capable of enabling the vertical rod to move up and down is arranged between the moving platform and the vertical rod;

a cleaning device is arranged at the bottom of the vertical rod and/or at a position close to the bottom;

The cleaning device can move in three dimensions of XYZ and can work at any position of the pool wall; because the installation parts in multiple directions are arranged at the bottom of the vertical rod, the cleaning device can be installed on the bottom surface and the side surface, and the bottom surface and the side wall of the culture pond can be cleaned.

The X-axis driving device, the Y-axis driving device and/or the Z-axis driving device are/is a gear rack mechanism, a chain transmission mechanism or a lead screw transmission mechanism which are/is arranged between the cross beam and the track.

The crossbeam basin and/or lateral wall basin are equipped with the slope.

As a further limitation, the bottom of the vertical rod is provided with a connecting component matched with the cleaning device, and the connecting component is arranged at least one of the following positions of the vertical rod:

(a) the bottom surface of the vertical rod;

(b) the bottom of the vertical rod is perpendicular to one side surface of the bottom surface;

(c) the bottom of the vertical rod is perpendicular to two adjacent side surfaces of the four side surfaces of the bottom surface, and the two side surfaces are perpendicular to each other;

(d) the bottom of the vertical rod is perpendicular to the four side surfaces of the bottom surface.

Because the installation parts in multiple directions are arranged at the bottom of the vertical rod, the cleaning device can be installed on the bottom surface and the side surface, and the bottom surface and the side wall of the culture pond can be cleaned.

The cleaning device comprises a shell, a driving device arranged in the shell and a cleaning head connected with the driving device.

As a further limitation, the housing is provided with an opening.

An opening is provided in the housing to allow external water to enter the housing through the opening.

As a further limitation, the opening is provided with a one-way door which can only be opened towards the inside of the shell.

The one-way door can prevent sewage in the shell from entering a water body outside the shell.

As a further limitation, an isolation mesh is disposed outside the opening.

The separation net can prevent fishes and shrimps from entering the shell of the cleaning device to cause injury.

As a further limitation, the bottom of the housing is provided with a flexible member.

The flexible component can prevent the shell from being in hard contact with the bottom surface or the side surface of the pool to cause damage, and can prevent the rotating brush head from throwing sewage out of the cleaning device to pollute water, but keeps the sewage inside the cleaning device, sucks the sewage out of the water body through the water suction pipe, and discharges the sewage into the pool after filtering.

The circulating water industrial culture system is provided with the beam capable of moving on the tank body, the moving platform capable of moving on the beam and the vertical rod capable of moving up and down on the moving platform, so that the cleaning device can move in three dimensions of XYZ and can work at any position of the tank wall; because the installation parts in multiple directions are arranged at the bottom of the vertical rod, the cleaning device can be installed on the bottom surface and the side surface, and the bottom surface and the side wall of the culture pond can be cleaned. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the circulating water industrial aquaculture system of the present invention includes an aquaculture pond and a filtration pond 8, wherein the filtration pond 8 is connected to the aquaculture pond through a return pipe 81, the aquaculture pond includes a pond body 1, the pond body includes a side wall 1a and a bottom 1b, a beam 2 is mounted on the pond body 1, the beam 2 can move on the pond body 1, a rail 4 is disposed on the side wall 1a, an X-axis driving device (not shown in the figures) capable of moving the beam 2 along the rail 4 is disposed between the beam 2 and the rail 4, and the beam 2 moves along the rail 4; the cross beam 2 is provided with a moving platform 3 which can move along the cross beam 2. The direction of the beam along the rail 4 is defined as the X-axis direction, the extending direction of the beam 2 is defined as the Y-axis direction, and the extending direction of the vertical rod 5 is defined as the Z-axis direction.

A Y-axis driving device (not shown in the figure) which can enable the moving platform 3 to move along the beam 2 is arranged between the moving platform 3 and the beam 2; a vertical rod 5 capable of moving up and down on the mobile platform 3 is installed on the mobile platform 3, and a Z-axis driving device (not shown in the figure) capable of moving up and down the vertical rod 5 is arranged between the mobile platform 3 and the vertical rod 5.

The X-axis driving device, the Y-axis driving device and the Z-axis driving device can be selected from a gear rack mechanism, a chain transmission mechanism or a lead screw transmission mechanism.

A water suction pipe 7 is arranged on the vertical rod 5, the lower end of the water suction pipe 7 is inserted into the cleaning device 6, and the water suction pipe 7 is provided with a water outlet 71; the crossbeam 2 is provided with a crossbeam water tank 21, and water flowing out of the water outlet 71 can flow into the crossbeam water tank 21; at least one side of the side walls 1a of the tank bodies at two sides is provided with a side wall water tank 11. The cross beam water tank 21 and the side wall water tank 11 are provided with slopes so that water in the side wall water tank 11 can flow into the filtering tank 8 and water in the cross beam water tank 21 can flow into the side wall water tank 11.

As shown in fig. 1, a cleaning device 6 is installed at the bottom of the vertical pole 5, and the cleaning device 6 may be installed at a position close to the bottom of the vertical pole 5.

As shown in fig. 4, the bottom of the vertical rod 5 is provided with a connecting part 10 matched with the cleaning device 6, and the connecting part can be a bolt 101 and a screw hole 102, so long as the device is convenient to disassemble quickly. The connecting part 10 is arranged on the bottom surface of the vertical rod 5 such that the bottom surface of the cleaning device 6 is parallel to the tank bottom 1b, so that the brush head facing the tank bottom 1b can clean the tank bottom 1 b. The bottom of the shell 61 is provided with a circle of flexible component 67 which can be made of rubber and the like, the flexible component 67 can prevent the shell from being in hard contact with the bottom surface or the side surface of the pool to cause damage, and can prevent the rotating brush head from throwing sewage out of the cleaning device 6 to pollute the water body, but keeps the sewage inside the cleaning device 6, and sucks the sewage out of the water body through the water suction pipe 7 and discharges the sewage into the pool after filtering. As shown in fig. 5, an elastic buffer 67 is disposed between the housing 61 and the vertical rod 5. The elastic buffer device 67 can make the cleaning device 6 tightly contact with the pool wall without hard contact between the cleaning device and the pool wall. The elastic buffer device 67 may be composed of a movable sleeve 671 sleeved on the housing 61, and a spring 672 and a slideway 673 installed in the movable sleeve 671.
