Technical Field

Background

The powder coating is a solid powder synthetic resin coating composed of solid resin, pigment, filler, auxiliary agent and the like. Unlike conventional solvent-based coatings and water-based coatings, the dispersion medium is not a solvent and water, but air. It has the characteristics of no solvent pollution, 100 percent film formation, low energy consumption and the like.

Because powder coating's thermal conductivity is relatively poor, inside heat can't be distributed, has accelerated the thermal motion of each component molecule of powder coating, leads to powder coating's caking, and if the air of the higher temperature in the wrapping bag when condensing to room temperature, also there is water to analyse out simultaneously, the result of the two combined action, causes powder coating to wet the caking. And in the step of putting the coating into heating and melting, the water content in the material needs to be strictly controlled, which is one of the key factors for determining the quality of the coating.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides environment-friendly powder coating extrusion equipment which can realize efficient dehumidification of powder coating extrusion processing materials and realize the effect of quick extrusion cooling by matching with a scraping mechanism.
