Background

The invention aims to provide equipment and a process for manufacturing vegetation concrete canvas, which can realize the mechanical production of the vegetation concrete canvas and greatly save time and labor. Meanwhile, the product produced by the process has good performance, is convenient to transport, store and construct, and can adapt to practical application in engineering.

step seven: rolling the three-dimensional spacing fabric into a cylinder: the rolling shaft is simultaneously connected with the three-dimensional spacing fabric and the film, the rolling wheel is rotated, the rolling wheel drives the three-dimensional spacing fabric and the film to start to rotate, the film is firmly covered on the upper woven fabric layer through the rotation of the rolling shaft, and meanwhile, the three-dimensional spacing fabric covered with the film is rolled up in a circle and finally rolled into a cylinder shape.

The method for constructing by adopting the vegetation concrete canvas comprises the following steps:

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the vegetation concrete canvas provided by the invention is simple in manufacturing method. The invention can be made mechanically, which can save time and labor, and the prepared drum-shaped vegetation concrete canvas is convenient for storage and transportation.

2. The vegetation concrete canvas provided by the invention is low in manufacturing cost. The three-dimensional space fabric adopted by the invention can be produced in a factory in a large scale, other materials are cheap and easy to obtain, and even some materials belong to industrial waste.

3. The vegetation concrete canvas provided by the invention is convenient to construct. When in construction, the plant cover is only needed to be paved on the surface of a construction site, and then water is sprayed on the surface of the vegetation concrete canvas, and a building member can be formed after the water and the powder therein fully react.

4. The vegetation concrete canvas provided by the invention has a greening function. The invention can provide the basic environment for plant growth, so that the plant can grow on the surface of the plant, and the root system of the plant can be used for reinforcing vegetation concrete. The invention selects the plant which is most suitable for growth and has developed root system as the basic grass seed.

referring to fig. 1-4, a manufacturing device for planted concrete canvas comprises a vibration table 1, wherein a groove plate 2 is supported and installed at the top of the vibration table 1, a three-dimensional spacing fabric 3 to be prepared is placed on the groove plate 2, and a roller 4 for film covering and rolling is arranged at the tail end of the vibration table 1; further comprising a film roll 6 for supplying a film 5, the film 5 being wound on the upper surface of the three-dimensional space fabric 3 under the pressure of the roller 4; a powder material spreading device for spreading powder material is arranged right above the vibration table 1. It can be used for the automatic preparation of concrete canvas through the preparation equipment that adopts above-mentioned structure, and then replaces traditional manual preparation mode, and it can save time and manpower greatly, improves its preparation efficiency. And the preparation quality is ensured by the preparation equipment.
