1. A bondable TPO waterproof coiled material comprises a TPO upper layer, a polyester mesh cloth, a TPO lower layer, an adhesive layer and a bondable layer which are sequentially contacted;

the adhesive layer comprises one or more of maleic anhydride grafted polymer, chlorinated polyolefin, ethylene acrylic acid copolymer and ethylene acrylic acid ionic polymer;

the bondable layer includes a polymer containing hydroxyl or amine groups.

2. A bondable TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein said bondable layer is one or more of an ethylene acrylic copolymer, an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, a thermoplastic polyester and a thermoplastic polyurethane.

3. A bondable TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein said TPO upper layer comprises the following components in parts by mass:

olefin copolymer: 30 to 70 percent

Styrenic block copolymers: 5 to 30 percent

EPDM/PP type thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate: 10 to 30 percent

Talc powder: 3 to 15 percent of

Light stabilizer: 0.5 to 2 percent

Antioxidant: 0.1 to 2 percent

Antibacterial agents: 0.1 to 2 percent

Colorant: 0.1 to 1 percent.

4. A bondable TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein said TPO lower layer comprises the following components in mass fractions:

olefin copolymer: 30 to 70 percent

Styrenic block copolymers: 5 to 30 percent

EPDM/PP type thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate: 10 to 30 percent

Talc powder: 3 to 15 percent of

Antioxidant: 0.1 to 2 percent

Antibacterial agents: 0.1 to 2 percent

Colorant: 0.1 to 1 percent.

5. A bondable TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 3, wherein said light stabilizer comprises an organic light stabilizer and an inorganic uv absorber.

6. A bondable TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 3 or 4, wherein said antioxidant comprises hindered phenol antioxidant, hydroxylamine antioxidant and phosphite antioxidant.

7. The TPO waterproof coiled material of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the TPO coiled material is 1.2-2 mm, wherein the thickness of the TPO upper layer is 0.4-0.8 mm, the thickness of the TPO lower layer is 0.6-1.5 mm, the adhesive layer is 0.05-0.1 mm, and the adhesive layer is 0.05-0.1 mm.

8. A method for preparing a bondable TPO waterproof roll according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the following steps:

melting and extruding the upper TPO layer, melting and co-extruding the polyester mesh cloth, the lower TPO layer, the adhesive layer and the bondable layer, and simultaneously rolling and forming by three rollers to obtain a bondable TPO waterproof coiled material;

Preferably, the bondable layer is one or more of an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer, an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, a thermoplastic polyester and a thermoplastic polyurethane.

Preferably, the TPO upper layer comprises the following components in parts by mass:

olefin copolymer: 30 to 70 percent

Styrenic block copolymers: 5 to 30 percent

EPDM/PP type thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate: 10 to 30 percent

Detailed Description

The invention provides a bondable TPO waterproof coiled material which comprises a TPO upper layer, a polyester mesh cloth, a TPO lower layer, an adhesive layer and a bondable layer which are sequentially contacted;

the adhesive layer comprises one or more of maleic anhydride grafted polymer, chlorinated polyolefin, ethylene acrylic acid copolymer and ethylene acrylic acid ionic polymer;

the bondable layer includes a hydroxyl-containing compound.

The TPO waterproof coiled material in the prior art has a three-layer structure, the TPO lower layer at the outermost layer is difficult to be adhered and fixed on the surface of a substrate by using a common adhesive such as a polyurethane adhesive, the invention realizes adhesive fixation by using an adhesive layer of a polymer containing hydroxyl or amino to react and adhere with the polyurethane adhesive, however, TPO is a polypropylene elastomer, is a non-polar polymer, and has the same bonding compatibility problem with the bondable layer of hydroxyl-containing or amine-containing polymer (such as thermoplastic polyester, EVOH or other polar polymer), and usually, the TPO and the hydroxyl-containing compound layer such as EVOH and thermoplastic polyester are difficult to compound by thermal compounding, aiming at the problem, the invention arranges a transition adhesive layer between the lower layer of TPO and the bondable layer, the TPO and the bondable layer can be secured together by conventional means such as coextrusion using an adhesive layer.

In the invention, the TPO upper layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

olefin copolymer: 30 to 70 percent

Styrenic block copolymers: 5 to 30 percent

EPDM/PP type thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate: 10 to 30 percent

Talc powder: 15 to 30 percent

Light stabilizer: 0.5 to 2 percent

Antioxidant: 0.1 to 2 percent

Antibacterial agents: 0.1 to 2 percent

Colorant: 0.1 to 1 percent.

In the invention, the olefin copolymer is preferably one or more of an ethylene-propylene copolymer, reactor high impact polypropylene, an ethylene/alpha-olefin (C4-C8) copolymer and an ethylene-octene block copolymer, and the melt index (190 ℃/2.16kg) of the olefin copolymer is preferably 0.5-6 g/10 min. The mass fraction of the olefin copolymer is preferably 30 to 70%, more preferably 40 to 60%, and most preferably 50 to 55%.

In the present invention, the styrene-based block copolymer is preferably a polystyrene-poly (ethylene/propylene) -polystyrene block copolymer (SEEPS), specifically Septon 4000 series, and the mass fraction of the styrene-based block copolymer is preferably 5 to 30%, more preferably 10 to 20%, and most preferably 15%.

In the present invention, the EPDM/PP-type thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate (TPV) is a stable elastomer obtained by dynamic vulcanization of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) as a rubber phase and PP (polypropylene) as a continuous phase, and the mass fraction of the TPV is preferably 10 to 30%, more preferably 15 to 25%, and most preferably 20%.

In the present invention, the styrenic block copolymer can provide a coil with better flexibility and elasticity, and has excellent compatibility and miscibility with polyolefin and excellent weather resistance. The EPDM/PP thermoplastic dynamic vulcanized rubber has better heat resistance, and enhances the heat resistance and the weather resistance of the coiled material. The TPO coiled material with excellent performance can be prepared by matching the three materials, and has better weather resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature flexibility and longer service life.

In the invention, the mass fraction of the talcum powder is preferably 3-15%, and more preferably 5-10%.

In the invention, the light stabilizer is composed of an organic light stabilizer (UVA/HALS) combination and an inorganic ultraviolet absorbent (nano titanium dioxide), and the organic light stabilizer is Tinuvin XT850 and Cyasorb B877; the inorganic light stabilizer is DuPont DLS 210. The mass fraction of the light stabilizer is preferably 0.5-2%, and more preferably 1-1.5%.

In the invention, the antioxidant is preferably a hindered phenol antioxidant, a hydroxylamine antioxidant and a phosphite antioxidant, the hindered phenol antioxidant is preferably an asymmetric antioxidant GA80, the hydroxylamine antioxidant is preferably IRGASTAB FS042, and the phosphite antioxidant is 168. The mass fraction of the antioxidant is preferably 0.1-2%, and more preferably 0.5-1.5%.

In the present invention, the antibacterial agent is preferably Ciba B5000, B6000 or B7000. The mass fraction of the antibacterial agent is preferably 0.1-2%, and more preferably 0.5-1.5%.

In the invention, the colorant can be a colorant commonly used in the field, such as titanium dioxide, black master and the like, and the invention does not specially limit the type of the specific colorant and can select the colorant according to actual needs. The mass fraction of the colorant is preferably 0.1 to 1%, more preferably 0.3 to 0.8%, and most preferably 0.5 to 0.6%.

In the invention, the olefin copolymer is preferably one or more of an ethylene-propylene copolymer, reactor high impact polypropylene, an ethylene/alpha-olefin (C4-C8) copolymer and an ethylene-octene block copolymer, and the melt index (190 ℃/2.16kg) of the olefin copolymer is preferably 0.5-6 g/10 min. In the invention, the mass fraction of the talcum powder is preferably 3-15%, and more preferably 5-10%.

In the invention, the antioxidant is preferably a hindered phenol antioxidant, a hydroxylamine antioxidant and a phosphite antioxidant, the hindered phenol antioxidant is preferably an asymmetric antioxidant GA80, the hydroxylamine antioxidant is preferably IRGASTAB FS042, and the phosphite antioxidant is 168. The mass fraction of the antioxidant is preferably 0.1-2%, and more preferably 0.5-1.5%.

In the present invention, the antibacterial agent is preferably Ciba B5000, B6000 or B7000. The mass fraction of the antibacterial agent is preferably 0.1-2%, and more preferably 0.5-1.5%.

In the present invention, the bondable layer preferably includes a hydroxyl-containing compound, more preferably a hydroxyl-containing thermoplastic polymer, and most preferably one or more of an ethylene acrylic copolymer, an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, a thermoplastic polyurethane and a polyamide, specifically, the ethylene acrylic copolymer is preferably marked with EAA3004(Dow), the ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) is preferably marked with EVAL F171B (Kuraray), the hydroxyl polymer is SEPTON HG252(Kuraray), the thermoplastic polyester (Hytrel G4774) and the thermoplastic polyurethane TPU finished film.

In the invention, the thickness of the TPO coiled material is preferably 1.2-2 mm, wherein the thickness of the TPO upper layer is preferably 0.4-0.8 mm, more preferably 0.5-0.7 mm, and most preferably 0.5-0.6 mm; the thickness of the lower layer of TPO is preferably 0.6-1.5 mm, more preferably 0.7-1.2 mm, most preferably 0.8-1.0 mm, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is preferably 0.05-0.1 mm, more preferably 0.06-0.09 mm, most preferably 0.07-0.08 mm; the thickness of the bondable layer is preferably 0.05-0.1 mm, more preferably 0.06-0.09 mm, and most preferably 0.07-0.08 mm.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the TPO waterproof coiled material, which comprises the following steps:

TPO lower layer material: CA10A 53%, Santoprene 8201-8020%, SEPTON 405515%, talcum powder 10%, antioxidant GA 800.3%, IRGASTABFS 0420.3%, antioxidant 1680.4% and antibacterial agent B70001%.

Adhesive layer material: surlyn1601-2

Bondable layer material: SEPTON HG252

Example 5:

self-control TPO three-layer structure coiled material, adhesive layer material: bynel4164, bondable layer material: 0.08mm TPU film

The preparation method comprises the following steps: and extruding the adhesive layer (middle layer), self-making a TPO coiled material (upper layer), compacting the TPU film (lower layer) by three rollers, and cooling, drawing and rolling to obtain the TPO film.

Example 6:

self-control TPO three-layer structure coiled material, adhesive layer material: bynel 4109, bondable layer material: 0.08mm thermoplastic polyester TPEE film

The preparation method is the same as example 5.

Comparative example 7: self-made TPO three-layer structure coiled material

The coil stock in the examples was cut into 200mm × 50mm, then a polyurethane adhesive was coated on the back surface, the back surfaces were bonded together with the polyurethane adhesive, and a peel test was performed after curing for one week. The adhesion control test with polyurethane adhesive is as follows:

As can be seen from the above table, the adhesive peel strength in examples 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 is shown as adhesive layer failure, because the polymer material is a polar material, and meanwhile, the polymer contains hydroxyl or amino group which can react with NCO in polyurethane, the polyurethane adhesive has good adhesive effect, and example 5 is a TPU film which is the same material as polyurethane and has good adhesive effect; the comparative example 7 shows that the polyolefin material is not adhered to the polyurethane adhesive at all, and the scheme of the invention has the beneficial effect of polyurethane adhesion, can replace a mechanical fixing method and has better application value.
