In the embodiment of the invention, the reciprocating unit comprises a mounting rod 13, a T-shaped groove 14, a first sliding rod 15, an annular groove 16, a round rod 17 and a first rotating rod 18;

the mounting rod 13 is arranged on the mobile unit, a T-shaped groove 14 is formed in the mounting rod 13, one end of a first sliding rod 15 is fixed with a circular groove 16 which is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the first sliding rod 15 in length direction, the other end of the first sliding rod is arranged in the T-shaped groove 14 in a sliding mode and fixed with a connecting plate 11, one end of a first rotating rod 18 is connected with a second power output end of the transmission unit, the other end of the first rotating rod is fixed with a round rod 17, and the round rod 17 is arranged in the circular groove 16 in a sliding mode.

The first rotating rod 18 is driven to rotate through the power assembly, so that the round rod 17 is driven to do circular motion, however, under the limiting effect of the annular groove 16, the round rod 17 drives the first sliding rod 15 to horizontally slide in the T-shaped groove 14 in a reciprocating mode, and therefore the painting brush which needs to be cleaned on the clamping assembly is driven to do left-right reciprocating motion in the water storage tank 1 for cleaning.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the moving unit includes a supporting rod 12, a baffle 19, a bottom plate 20, a second sliding rod 21, a first threaded rod 22, and a sliding slot 23;

the side walls of two ends of the bottom plate 20 are respectively fixed with a baffle plate 19, the bottom plate 20 is provided with two sliding grooves 23 which are vertical to the length direction of the baffle plate 19, one ends of the two supporting rods 12 are respectively arranged in the two sliding grooves 23 in a sliding manner, the other ends of the two supporting rods are respectively connected with two ends of the mounting rod 13, one end of the first threaded rod 22 is rotatably arranged on the side wall of one baffle plate 19, the other end of the first threaded rod passes through one supporting rod 12 and is connected with the third power output end of the transmission unit, the first threaded rod 22 is in threaded connection with the supporting rod 12, one end of the second sliding rod 21 is fixed with the side wall of one baffle plate 19, and the other end of;

the first rotating rod 18 is driven to rotate through the power assembly, so that the round rod 17 is driven to do circular motion, however, under the limiting effect of the annular groove 16, the round rod 17 drives the first sliding rod 15 to horizontally slide in the T-shaped groove 14 in a reciprocating mode, and therefore the painting brush which needs to be cleaned on the clamping assembly is driven to do left-right reciprocating motion in the water storage tank 1 for cleaning.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the lifting assembly includes a lifting plate 26, a second threaded rod 27, a mounting frame 28, and a second telescopic rod 24;

the mounting frame 28 and the third telescopic rod 32 are both fixed on the upper end surface of the bottom plate 20, the lifting plate 26 is slidably arranged between the two support columns of the mounting frame 28, the telescopic end of the third telescopic rod 32 is fixed on the lower end surface of the lifting plate 26, one end of the second threaded rod 27 is rotatably arranged on the lower end surface of the top plate of the mounting frame 28, the other end of the second threaded rod passes through the lifting plate 26 and is connected with the second power output end of the power assembly, the second threaded rod 27 is in threaded connection with the lifting plate 26, and the lifting plate 26 is further connected with the vibration unit;

the second threaded rod 27 is driven to rotate through the power assembly, so that the lifting plate 26 is driven to move up and down, after cleaning is finished, the second threaded rod 27 rotates, the lifting plate 26 moves down, the water storage tank 1 is driven to move down, the first threaded rod 22 is driven to rotate through the power assembly, one of the supporting rods 12 is driven to move horizontally, so that a cleaned painting brush is moved right above the drying assembly, and the first sliding rod 15 and the sliding groove 23 guarantee stability during moving.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the vibration unit includes a second spring 25, a first sleeve 29, a third slide bar 30, a first bolt 31, and a third telescopic rod 32;

a plurality of third telescopic rods 32 are fixed on the upper end face of the lifting plate 26, the telescopic ends of the third telescopic rods 32 are fixed with the lower end face of the bottom of the water storage tank 1, second springs 25 are further sleeved on the third telescopic rods 32, one end of a first sleeve 29 is fixed on the lower end face of the bottom of the water storage tank 1, the other end of the first sleeve passes through the lifting plate 26 to be slidably sleeved with one end of a third slide bar 30, the other end of the third slide bar 30 is slidably sleeved with a fifth power output end of a power assembly, and a first bolt 31 is further arranged at the slidably sleeved position of the first sleeve 29 and the third slide bar 30;

when the painting pen is cleaned, the first bolt 31 is screwed down, the first sleeve 29 and the third sliding rod 30 are driven by the power assembly, the water storage tank 1 is driven to vibrate up and down on the lifting plate 26 under the action of the second spring 25 and the third telescopic rod 32, and after cleaning is finished, the first bolt 31 is loosened, and the third sliding rod 30 slides in the first sleeve 29, so that the lifting plate 26 is not influenced to lift up and down.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the drying assembly includes a disc 33, a fan 34, and a second rotating rod 35, one end of the second rotating rod 35 is rotatably disposed on the upper end surface of the bottom plate 20, the disc 33 is fixed on the other end of the second rotating rod 35, the fan 34 with a hot wire is fixed at an eccentric position of the upper end surface of the disc 33, and the second rotating rod 35 is connected with a sixth power output end of the power assembly;

after the brush is cleaned, the second threaded rod 27 is driven to rotate through the power assembly, the cleaned brush is moved to a position right above the disc 33, then the fan 34 is started, the disc 33 rotates under the action of the power assembly, and the fan 34 performs drying in a mode of facing the brush in a circular motion.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the transmission unit includes a first bevel gear 37, a second bevel gear 38, a third bevel gear 39, a fourth bevel gear 40, a fifth bevel gear 41, a sixth bevel gear 42, a seventh bevel gear 43, an eighth bevel gear 44, a ninth bevel gear 45, a tenth bevel gear 46, an eleventh bevel gear 47, a twelfth bevel gear 48, a first transmission rod 49, a second transmission rod 50, a third transmission rod 51, a second sleeve 52, a third sleeve 53, a second plug 54, a third plug 55, and a cam 56;

the motor 36 is fixed on the upper end surface of the bottom plate 20, a first bevel gear 37 and a second bevel gear 38 are fixed on an output shaft of the motor 36, a third bevel gear 39 and a fourth bevel gear 40 are respectively fixed on two ends of a first transmission rod 49, a fifth bevel gear 41 is fixed on a second rotating rod 35, the fourth bevel gear 40 is meshed with the fifth bevel gear 41, the first bevel gear 37 is meshed with the third bevel gear 39, a sixth bevel gear 42 and a cam 56 are further fixed on the first transmission rod 49, a seventh bevel gear 43 is fixed on one end of a second sleeve 52, the other end of the second sleeve 52 is rotatably sleeved with one end of a second threaded rod 27, the sixth bevel gear 42 is meshed with the seventh bevel gear 43, a second bolt 54 is further arranged at the sleeved position of the second sleeve 52 and the second threaded rod 27, a protruding part of the cam 56 is slidably attached to one end of a third sliding rod 30, one end of the third sleeve 53 is rotatably arranged on the side wall of a baffle plate 19, the other end of the third sleeve 53 is rotatably sleeved with one end of the first threaded rod 22, a third bolt 55 is further arranged at the position where the third sleeve 53 is sleeved with the first threaded rod 22, an eighth bevel gear 44 and a ninth bevel gear 45 are fixed on the third sleeve 53, the eighth bevel gear 44 is meshed with the second bevel gear 38, the second transmission rod 50 is rotatably arranged on the side wall of the baffle plate 19 through a mounting part, a tenth bevel gear 46 and an eleventh bevel gear 47 are respectively fixed at two ends of the second transmission rod, the tenth bevel gear 46 is meshed with the ninth bevel gear 45, a twelfth bevel gear 48 is fixed at one end of the third transmission rod 51, which is fixed at one end of the first transmission rod 18, and the other end of the third transmission rod rotates through the mounting rod 13, and the twelfth bevel gear 48 is meshed with the eleventh bevel gear 47.
