7. A gas cylinder handling device according to claim 1, characterised in that two said slide rods are provided through the support collar, wherein a connecting rod is connected between the two slide rods at a location facing away from the two said plug-in stops.

8. A gas cylinder carrying device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a handle is fixedly connected to the mounting frame on the end face of one side facing away from the insertion limiting head.

Here, the support collar 40 of the present embodiment is rotatably connected to the mounting frame 30 such that the support collar 40 can swing with respect to the mounting frame 30.

In this embodiment, two sliding rods 50 are disposed in the axial direction of the supporting collar 40, wherein the end of each sliding rod 50 is connected with an insertion limiting head 51, the two sliding rods 50 can drive the insertion limiting heads 51 to be inserted into the bottle gaps 201 between two adjacent gas bottles 200, and the two insertion limiting heads 51 can abut against the bottoms of the gas bottles 200 located between the two bottle gaps 201. That is to say, the two sliding rods 50 of the present embodiment can drive the corresponding insertion limiting heads 51 to be inserted into the two bottle gaps 201 until the two insertion limiting heads 51 on the two sliding rods 50 penetrate through the bottom of the gas bottle 200, so that when the two sliding rods 50 are pulled out in the direction, the two insertion limiting heads 51 on the two sliding rods 50 can pull out the gas bottle 200 together. Further, the outer diameter of the insertion limiting head 51 of the present embodiment is gradually reduced from the direction away from the corresponding sliding rod 50, so that the sliding rod 50 drives the insertion limiting head 51 to be inserted into the gap of the cylinder, and the gas cylinder carrying device is convenient to draw the gas cylinder 200 out of the gas cylinder stack.

In the present embodiment, the fastening member 60 of the present embodiment is disposed on the ring surface of the support collar 40 located at the upper position of the two sliding rods 50, wherein the portion of the fastening member 60 extending into the support collar 40 can press against the head of the gas cylinder 200, so as to prevent the gas cylinder 200 placed on the two sliding rods 50 from being released from the two sliding rods 50 when the support collar 40 swings downwards on the mounting frame 30.

Specifically, the fastener 60 of the present embodiment includes a screw 61 disposed on the supporting collar 40, and a pressing ring 62 fixedly connected to the screw 61, and the screw 61 can drive the pressing ring 62 to act on the head of the gas cylinder 200, and limit the pressing of the head of the gas cylinder 200.

In the present embodiment, the screw 61 of the present embodiment is screwed to the support collar 40, and the screw 61 is loosely fitted to the pressing ring 62 at a portion provided to the pressing ring 62 so that the screw 61 can rotate relative to the pressing ring 62. In the present embodiment, the two vertical beams 31 of the mounting frame 30 of the present embodiment are respectively provided with the bolts 32, and the two bolts 32 are respectively inserted into the support collars 40 so that the support collars 40 can swing with respect to the mounting frame 30, thereby realizing the swing connection between the support collars 40 and the mounting frame 30.

Wherein, the mounting frame 30 of this embodiment is fixedly connected with the handle 33 on the end portion of one side departing from the insertion limiting head 51, so that when the gas cylinder carrying device works, a hand can act on the handle 33, and the mounting frame 30 drives the supporting sleeve ring 40 and the two sliding rods 50 to be pulled out, thereby facilitating the pulling out of the gas cylinder 200 from the gas cylinder stack by using the two insertion limiting heads 51.

In the present embodiment, the elevation driving unit 20 of the present embodiment is a cylinder, and the mounting frame 30 is driven by the cylinder to move up and down with respect to the base frame 10. Of course, the elevation driving unit 20 of the present embodiment is not limited to the oil cylinder, and a hydraulic oil cylinder, an air cylinder, or the like may be used.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base frame 10 of the present embodiment is connected to a support roller 11, thereby facilitating movement of the gas cylinder carrying device on the ground.

In addition, the two slide bars 50 of the present embodiment are provided through the support collar 40, and the connecting rod 52 is connected between the two slide bars 50 at the positions away from the two insertion limiting heads, so that in the process of inserting the two slide bars 50 into the cylinder gap 201 in the gas cylinder conveying device of the present embodiment, a hand can act on the positions where the connecting rods 52 are connected to the two slide bars 50, thereby facilitating the corresponding insertion of the two slide bars 50 into the two cylinder gaps.

As can be seen from the above, when the gas cylinder carrying device of the present embodiment is operated, the base frame 10 is first moved to the front of the gas cylinder 200 to be operated, the mounting frame 30 is then driven by the lifting drive 20 to move directly in front of the position of the gas cylinder 200 to be acted upon, then, pushing the two sliding rods 50 to drive the two insertion limiting heads 51 to be inserted into the two bottle gaps 201 on the two sides of the gas bottle 200 until the insertion limiting heads 51 penetrate through the bottom of the gas bottle 200, then, pressing and limiting the head of the gas bottle 200 by using the fastener 60, then, pulling the two sliding rods 50 reversely, two inserting limit heads 51 on two sliding rods 50 are used for driving the gas cylinder 200 to be drawn out, the base frame 10 is moved to a target position, and finally the self gravity of the gas cylinder 200 is used for driving the supporting sleeve ring 40 to swing downwards on the mounting frame 30, so that the purpose of unloading the gas cylinder 200 from the hopper of the transport vehicle is achieved.

In conclusion, the gas cylinder carrying device provided by the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple, the purpose of unloading the gas cylinder from the hopper of the transport vehicle can be achieved, the operation is convenient, the efficiency is high, the gas cylinder carrying device can be operated by one person, the effect of reducing the unloading cost of the gas cylinder is achieved, and meanwhile, the personal safety of operators is ensured.
