Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of tobacco processing, in particular to a tobacco stem processing method and a cigarette.

Background

The tobacco stems are the coarse and hard veins of the tobacco leaves, account for about 25 to 30 percent of the weight of the leaves and are an important byproduct in the tobacco industry.

In the cigarette industry, tobacco stems obtained by threshing and redrying are subjected to primary screening, the tobacco stems with the length of more than 20mm and the diameter of more than 3mm are subjected to the procedures of washing the tobacco stems, increasing the temperature of the tobacco stems, pressing the tobacco stems, cutting cut tobacco stems, feeding the cut tobacco stems, temporarily storing the cut tobacco stems, puffing and drying, winnowing and screening, perfuming the cut tobacco stems and the like to obtain expanded cut tobacco, and then the expanded cut tobacco is blended into normal cut tobacco, so that the cost and the tar amount of cigarettes can be reduced. The screened tobacco stems with smaller sizes are not utilized as tobacco waste, which not only causes serious resource waste, but also is accompanied with serious environmental pollution.

In recent years, in order to meet the individual requirements of consumers, a series of improvements are made on the aspects of vision and taste of the traditional cigarettes, and a plurality of innovative products such as thin cigarettes, short cigarettes, medium cigarettes, bead blasting cigarettes and the like are provided, so that the important contribution is made to the increase of the cigarette sales volume. However, cigarettes that sound when smoked have been less studied acoustically. Through adding sound generating mechanism in the cigarette, utilize the flow of flue gas to make sound, or add substances such as the rapeseed that is heated and bursts in the pipe tobacco and realize the sound production, not only equipment cost is higher, has increased the complexity of current cigarette process flow moreover, and the popularization degree of difficulty is great.
