1. A wristband, comprising:

a belt body having two separable end portions; and

the memory metal wire is in a strip shape extending along the length direction of the belt body part and is arranged on the belt body part;

the memory metal wire has a memory state which is annular under a natural state, so that the belt body is naturally maintained to be annular, and the wrist belt is naturally maintained in a wearing state;

the belt body part is internally provided with a first mounting cavity, and the memory metal wire is accommodated and mounted in the first mounting cavity.

2. The wristband of claim 1 wherein said first cavity extends through an end of said body portion, said wristband further including a cap disposed over said body portion at the end through which said first cavity extends.

3. The wristband as recited in claim 2, wherein the ends of said memory wire are arranged in a ball or ball-like shape; and/or

The sleeve cap is provided with a mounting groove for accommodating the spherical or spheroidal end part of the memory metal wire in a matching way.

4. The wristband as recited in claim 1, wherein an inner surface of said first mounting cavity and/or an outer surface of said memory wire is provided with a coating.

5. The wristband of any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein said strap body has first and second opposing surfaces, said wearing state including a first wearing mode in which said first surface is an inner loop surface and a second wearing mode in which said second surface is an inner loop surface;

and applying a force to the band body part in a reverse direction to switch the band body part between the first wearing mode and the second wearing mode.

6. The wristband as recited in claim 1, wherein in the worn state, both end portions of the band body are stacked, and at least one of two opposite surfaces of both end portions of the stacked band body is provided with a protrusion.

7. The wristband as recited in claim 1, further comprising a mounting portion provided in the band body, wherein a second mounting cavity is provided in the mounting portion, the second mounting cavity being configured to receive and mount an apparatus body of a wrist-worn apparatus; and/or

8. The wristband of claim 7 wherein the mounting portion includes a fabric layer connected to the strap body and a first soft gel film layer attached to the fabric layer, the opening being a cut that sequentially penetrates through the first soft gel film layer and the fabric layer.

the wrist band according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the device body is provided to the wrist band.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of wrist-worn equipment, in particular to a wrist strap and wrist-worn equipment.

Background

With the development of electronic technology, wrist-worn devices are more and more favored by people. A wrist-worn device generally includes a device body for presenting image information to a user and a flexible wristband for wearing the device body on the wrist or ankle of the user. In current wrist equipment of wearing, because flexible wrist strap does not have support effect and screens effect, need set up wrist strap buckle on a wrist strap usually, set up a plurality of regulation holes on another wrist strap, wrist strap buckle cooperatees with the regulation hole to make two wrist straps be connected, thereby make the wrist wear equipment and stably wear in user's wrist. However, in the wearing mode, the user needs to buckle or release the wrist strap buckle in the wearing and removing processes of the wrist wearing device, so that the wrist wearing device is inconvenient to operate and greatly influences the use experience of the user.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a wrist strap, which aims to enable a user to conveniently and quickly wear or remove wrist wearing equipment on the wrist, so that the use experience of the user is improved.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a wristband comprising:

a belt body having two separable end portions; and

the memory metal wire is in a strip shape extending along the length direction of the belt body part and is arranged on the belt body part;

the memory metal wire has a memory state which is annular under a natural state, so that the belt body is naturally maintained to be annular, and the wrist belt is naturally maintained in a wearing state;

the belt body part is internally provided with a first mounting cavity, and the memory metal wire is accommodated and mounted in the first mounting cavity.

Optionally, the first mounting cavity penetrates through an end of the band body, and the wrist band is further provided with a cap, and the cap is sleeved on the end of the band body penetrated by the first mounting cavity.

Optionally, the ends of the memory wire are arranged spherically or spheroidal; and/or

The sleeve cap is provided with a mounting groove for accommodating the spherical or spheroidal end part of the memory metal wire in a matching way.

The invention provides a wrist-worn device, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the wrist-worn device generally includes a wrist strap and a device main body 20 disposed on the wrist strap, the device main body 20 may be a watch body (for example, a common watch dial, an intelligent watch dial, or a bracelet main body), or a health monitoring module (for example, a watch body with a general non-screen display function, such as a monitor sensor for monitoring a heart rate, a blood pressure, or the like of a user, or a sensor for monitoring a motion state, a walking step number, or the like). In the present invention, the wristband has a ring-shaped wearing state, and the wearing state thereof is naturally maintained, that is, the wristband maintains the ring-shaped state even in a non-wearing state, unlike a papa ring. Without loss of generality, the apparatus body 20 is provided in the middle of the wrist band; of course, in other embodiments, the apparatus body 20 may be slightly offset from the middle position. In some specific cases, the wrist-worn device may be a single wrist band, and the device body 20 is not provided, and may be a decorative wrist band, for example.

The annular wearing state of the wrist strap in the invention means that the wrist strap only has one form in a natural state, that is, the wrist strap is only naturally maintained in an annular state, which is different from a snap ring, the snap ring can have two forms in a natural state, one is a straight strip form, and the other is an arc (annular) form, and the snap ring in the straight strip form can be converted into the arc (annular) form after being used for beating the wrist, so as to realize wearing. It should be noted that, the wrist band of the present invention is not limited to the deformation capability of the wrist band, and at least, under the action of external force, the two ends of the wrist band can be deformed and opened outward, so that the user can wear or remove the wrist device on or from the wrist, and when the external force disappears, the deformation of the wrist band can be recovered to the arc wearing state.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wrist band includes a band body 11 and a memory metal part 12 provided on the band body 11, wherein the band body 11 has two separable end portions, and the memory metal part 12 has a memory state of being ring-shaped in a natural state, so that the band body 11 is naturally maintained to be ring-shaped, and the wrist band is naturally maintained to be worn, so that on one hand, the wrist band buckle and its related connection structure can be saved, thereby saving material cost and assembly cost; on the other hand user need not to carry out the counterpoint lock joint of wrist area buckle when wearing, and the user need not to unbuckle just can excise the wrist strap, enables the user and can wear the equipment with the wrist convenient and fast ground and wear or excise in the wrist to promote user's use and experience.

It will be appreciated that the memory metal is superelastic, in that under an external force, the memory metal has a much greater deformation recovery capacity than the normal metal, i.e. the large strain generated during loading (e.g. during wearing/removal) is relieved with unloading, thereby returning to the (annular) memory shape.

In one embodiment, in the wearing state, a gap exists between two ends of the belt body 11. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, in the wearing state, the two ends of the belt body 11 are stacked (see fig. 1); in other embodiments, in the wearing state, the two ends of the belt body 11 are staggered and parallel; in other embodiments, in the wearing state, the two ends of the belt body 11 are connected to each other.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 5, when the two end portions of the belt body portion 11 are stacked, at least one of the two opposing surfaces of the two end portions of the stack is provided with a projection 111, and the projections 111 may be in a flat dot shape, a thorn shape, or a barb shape; it can be understood that the addition of the protrusions 111 can increase the friction between the two opposite surfaces of the two end portions of the laminated layers, and reduce the probability of displacement between the two end portions of the laminated layers along the length direction of the band body 11, thereby improving the wearing stability of the wristband, in particular, since the increased friction is generated when the two opposite surfaces are displaced in a sliding manner, the connection force between the two end portions of the laminated layers in a direction perpendicular to the outer surface of the band body 11 (the connection force is mainly increased by the conventional magic tape), that is, when the two end portions of the band body 11 are outwardly bent (the force is applied nearly perpendicular to the outer surface of the band body 11) to wear or remove the wristband, the protrusions 111 do not cause any obstruction, thereby causing no additional labor to wear and remove the wristband.

Particularly, for the thorn-shaped or barbed protrusion 111, it is preferable that the protrusion 111 is a soft rubber protrusion. Therefore, the memory metal part 12 of the invention can realize that the wrist-worn device can be stably supported and worn on the wrist of the user without buckling the wrist buckle; the protrusions 111 at the end portions of the band body 11 can prevent the two end portions of the band body 11 from being dislocated, thereby preventing the wrist band from slipping off from the wrist due to the increased size of the wrist band, and further increasing the wearing stability; in addition, the arrangement of the memory metal part 12 and the bulge 111 also avoids the wrist strap buckling operation in the wearing process and the unbuckling operation in the removing process of the traditional wrist wearing equipment, so that the wearing and removing process becomes easier.

In one embodiment, a first installation cavity is formed in the band body 11, and the memory metal portion 12 is received and installed in the first installation cavity, that is, the memory metal portion 12 is formed in the band body 11, so as to provide physical protection for the memory metal portion 12 through the band body 11.

Optionally, the memory metal part 12 comprises a memory metal wire 121 and/or a memory metal sheet. To save materials, the memory metal part 12 usually uses a memory metal wire 121 or a memory metal strip. Referring to fig. 3(a), 3(b), and 3(c), in an embodiment, the memory metal part 12 includes a plurality of parallel strip-shaped memory metal parts (filament-shaped or narrow-sheet-shaped) which are strip-shaped and extend along the length direction of the band body 11, and at least two of the memory metal parts are respectively disposed near two opposite sides of the band body 11. In another embodiment, the memory metal part 12 includes an elongated memory metal member (filament or narrow sheet) having a plurality of bending portions and continuously bent in a mother phase plane, and is bent in a ring shape with one side of the mother phase plane as an inner side. Referring to fig. 3(d), in another embodiment, the memory metal portion 12 includes two elongated memory metal members (filament or narrow sheet), each memory metal member has at least one bending portion in the parent phase plane, and is bent into a ring shape with one side of the parent phase plane as an inner side, and the bending portions of the two memory metal members do not intersect. Referring to fig. 3(e), in another embodiment, the memory metal part 12 includes two elongated memory metal parts (filament or narrow sheet), each memory metal part is continuously bent in a parent phase plane and has a plurality of bent portions, and is bent to form a ring shape with one side of the parent phase plane as an inner side, and the bent portions of the two memory metal parts intersect.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first installation cavity penetrates through one end portion of the band body 11, and the wristband is further provided with a cap 14, and the cap 14 is fitted over the end portion of the band body 11 penetrated by the first installation cavity. It will be appreciated that the other end of the strap portion 11 may be closed, i.e. the first mounting cavity does not extend through the other end of the strap portion 11, so that only one cap 14 is required. In this embodiment, the cap 14 is disposed to prevent the memory metal portion 12 from being exposed and prevent the memory metal portion 12 from falling out. Optionally, the material of the cap 14 may be soft glue, hard glue or metal. Further alternatively, the connection manner between the cap 14 and the band body portion 11 may be, but is not limited to, a heat press connection, an adhesive connection, or the like.

Alternatively, when the memory metal part 12 is provided as the memory metal wire 121, the end of the memory metal wire 121 is provided in a spherical or quasi-spherical shape to reduce the sharpness of the end of the memory metal wire 121 and reduce the probability of the end of the memory metal wire 121 penetrating out of the belt body part 11. Optionally, the cap 14 is formed with a mounting groove 140 for receiving the ball-shaped or ball-like end of the memory wire 121, so as to prevent the end of the memory wire 121 from separating from the cap 14, and reduce the sliding of the memory wire 121 relative to the first mounting cavity. Further alternatively, referring to fig. 4, the cap 14 is in the form of a clip, and includes two clip portions 141 oppositely disposed, and a half of the mounting groove 140 is provided on a surface of each clip portion 141 facing the other clip portion 141.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the wristband further includes a mounting portion 13 provided to the band body 11, the mounting portion 13 being configured to mount the apparatus body 20, so as to facilitate connection between the apparatus body 20 and the wristband. Optionally, a second mounting cavity is arranged in the mounting portion 13, and the second mounting cavity is used for accommodating and mounting the device main body 20, so that the mounting stability and reliability of the device main body 20 are improved. Further alternatively, the mounting portion 13 is further provided with an opening 131 communicating with the second mounting cavity, and the opening 131 allows the apparatus main body 20 to be attached and detached therethrough, allows the display area to be visible when the apparatus main body 20 has the display area, and allows the detection probe to be extended when the apparatus main body 20 has the detection probe.

Optionally, the mounting portion 13 includes a fabric layer connected to the belt body 11 and a first soft rubber film layer attached to the fabric layer, and the opening 131 is a cut that sequentially penetrates through the first soft rubber film layer and the fabric layer. It can be understood that the fabric layer can be hardened by the first soft adhesive film layer, so that the cutting process of the opening 131 is facilitated, and especially, the phenomenon of fabric laddering can be avoided during cutting. In this embodiment, the material of the belt body 11 is also a fabric, so that the fabric layers of the belt body 11 and the mounting portion 13 can be woven at one time for processing.

In the foregoing embodiments, the material of the belt body 11 is usually fabric; however, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the material of the belt body 11 may be other than fabric, but is not limited to soft glue and/or hard glue. It should be noted that the band body 11 may be made of two or more materials, except that the band body 11 may be made of a single fabric, a single soft glue or a single hard glue (particularly, when the material of the band body 11 is a single hard glue, the band body 11 is a strip sheet as a whole, and has sufficient flexibility). For example, the band body 11 may include a band-shaped fabric body and a soft glue edge covering the edge of the fabric body, the fabric body has better air permeability, the soft glue edge can provide better shaping effect, and can avoid the edge of the fabric body from being stripped, and reduce the dirt of the edge of the band body 11 (compared with the fabric, the soft glue is not easy to be dirty, and even if the dirt is dirty, the band body is easy to be scrubbed); optionally, a second soft glue film layer can be further arranged on the inner side of the fabric body, so that sweat and the like are isolated through the second soft glue film layer, and the probability that the fabric body is stained by the sweat and the like is reduced; further optionally, the second soft adhesive film layer is provided with air holes, which is beneficial to ensuring good air permeability of the belt body part 11.

In one embodiment, the band body 11 has a first band surface and a second band surface opposite to each other, and the wearing state includes a first wearing manner (see fig. 1) in which the first band surface is an inner ring surface and a second wearing manner (see fig. 7) in which the second band surface is an inner ring surface; the memory metal part 12 is a memory metal wire 121 in a strip shape extending in a longitudinal direction of the band part 11, and the memory metal wire 121 is disposed in the band part 11 so that the band part 11 can be switched between the first wearing mode and the second wearing mode. Therefore, the first belt surface and the second belt surface adopt different design styles (such as different colors, patterns and the like), and the product of the application presents two wearing styles through forward wearing or backward wearing.

It is understood that the memory wire 121 is not adhered to the inner surface of the first mounting cavity, so that the memory wire 121 can rotate freely without being restricted by the band body 11 when a reverse force is applied to the band body 11/the memory wire 12 (defined as a reverse force applied opposite to the bending direction of the band body 11). In this way, when the band body 11 is in the first wearing mode, the user can turn the band body 11 backwards, and under the action of the turning force, the memory wire 121 freely rotates in the first mounting cavity, so that the band body 11 can be switched to the second wearing mode; and vice versa.

It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiment provided with the cap 14, the cap 14 not only has a protection function, but also, since the cap 14 is sleeved on the end of the memory wire 121, the spherical or quasi-spherical end of the memory wire 121 is not adhered to the inner surface of the mounting groove 140 on the cap 14, so as to further ensure that when an external force is applied to the belt body portion 11/the memory metal portion 12, the memory wire 121 can rotate freely without being restricted by the external force, so as to ensure that the belt body portion 11 can turn backwards.

In other embodiments of the present invention, the cap 14 may not be provided, as long as the end of the memory wire 121 is not fixed, and the memory wire 121 is ensured to rotate freely without restriction.

The wrist strap provided by the embodiment can be worn in the forward direction or in the reverse direction, and can enrich the use functions of the wrist-worn device with the wrist strap, for example, but not limited to, for the device body 20 with the display area only on one side, the display area can be exposed when worn in the forward direction, and the display area can be hidden when worn in the reverse direction, so as to avoid the display content from leaking; and for the equipment main body 20 with the monitoring probes arranged on the front side and the back side, the skin adhesion measurement of the monitoring probe on the reverse side can be realized when the equipment main body is worn in the forward direction, and the skin adhesion measurement of the monitoring probe on the front side can be realized when the equipment main body is worn in the reverse direction.

Optionally, the inner surface of the first mounting cavity and/or the outer surface of the memory wire 121 is provided with a coating. Alternatively, the coating layer disposed on the outer surface of the memory metal wire 121 may be a smooth coating layer, such as but not limited to a teflon coating layer, a nano ceramic coating layer, or a tungsten carbide coating layer, so as to make the surface of the memory metal wire 121 smooth, benefit the free rotation thereof, facilitate the switching between the two wearing states, and simultaneously, not scratch the inner wall of the belt body 11, and prolong the service life of the belt body 11, and on the other hand, prevent the memory metal wire 121 from being corroded, and prolong the service life of the memory metal wire 121. Optionally, the coating on the inner surface of the first mounting cavity is also provided with a smooth coating, so that the memory wire 121 can be inserted smoothly, and the assembly efficiency is improved.

In one embodiment, the first installation cavity is communicated with the second installation cavity; two memory metal wires 121 are arranged; the equipment main part 20 is equipped with two constant head tanks 21 that set up at interval on the width direction of taking somatic part 11, and two memory metal wires 121 install in two one-to-one the constant head tank 21 to in the use, avoid two memory metal wires 121 to draw close each other on the width direction of taking somatic part 11, thereby guarantee that these two memory metal wires 121 can provide the holding power for the relative both sides of taking somatic part 11, especially under the condition that the material in taking somatic part 11 adopted the fabric, can understand, the fabric more needs the support in flexible glue and ebonite.

In the above embodiment with the cap 14, two mounting grooves 140 are also provided on the cap 14 at intervals in the width direction of the belt body 11, so that the spherical or spheroidal ends of the two memory wires 121 can be respectively accommodated and mounted.

Without loss of generality, the device body 20 has a first body surface 201 and a second body surface which are opposite to each other, and a first side surface 202 and a second side surface which are opposite to each other, and in a wearing state, the first body surface 201 or the second body surface is an inner side surface. Alternatively, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 6(b), both the positioning grooves 21 are hole-shaped grooves penetrating through the apparatus main body 20 along the length direction of the belt body 11, and the two positioning grooves 21 are respectively disposed on the first side 202 and the second side; however, the design is not limited thereto, referring to fig. 6(c), in another embodiment, the two positioning slots 21 may also be respectively recessed on two opposite sides of the first body surface 201; in another embodiment, the two positioning slots 21 may also be respectively recessed on two opposite sides of the second body surface; in another embodiment, the two positioning grooves 21 can also be recessed in the first side surface 202 and the second side surface, for example, referring to fig. 6(a), wherein one positioning groove 21 is recessed in a corner of the first side surface 202 close to the first body surface 201, and the other positioning groove 21 is recessed in a corner of the second side surface close to the first body surface 201.
