(5) And (3) continuous water washing: after steaming and fixation, continuous washing is carried out by adopting a continuous open width washing equipment device to remove unfixed dye, 10 water tanks which are continuously connected in series are adopted for washing, and the water tanks comprise a low-temperature washing area which is positioned at the head and the tail and a high-temperature washing area which is positioned in the middle and has sequentially increased temperature in the water tanks, wherein 1-3 water tanks are sequentially at 30 ℃, 35 ℃ and 40 ℃; 4-5 water tanks are sequentially at 60 ℃, 70 ℃ and 80 ℃; 6-8 water tanks are sequentially at 95 ℃ and 100 ℃; the temperature of the 9-10 water tanks is 40 ℃ and 35 ℃ in sequence; the running speed of the towel is 12 m/min;

(6) drying: drying by adopting tension-free airflow at the drying temperature of 130 ℃ and the drying speed of 10 m/min. And finally, checking and sewing to obtain a finished product.

Example 4

(1) Weaving: when the towel is woven, a zoning drafting method is adopted, 2 pieces of wool are used for realizing the concave wool pattern at the blank plain cloth position through a heald frame, the full-fall fuzzing-free loops are controlled, the occurrence of reverse lifting wool and wool grains at the position is prevented, 4-weft fuzzing is selected, and the gap between 1 weft and 2 weft is adjusted to be 2-3 mm; when weaving a common looped pile, other 4 pieces of hair are used for weaving the common looped pile through a palm frame, namely, the (1,2) circulation is carried out for 20 times, and the (3,4,5,6) alternate circulation is carried out; in order to avoid the pile loops on the front surface of the blank area, when the loom is used for weaving, the 2 pieces of warp are particularly placed on the foremost row of all the palm frames, the height difference of about 2 centimeters is required to be formed between the 2 pieces of warp and other 4 pieces of palm frames, the opening of each palm frame is reduced by 0.5 centimeter compared with the starting position of the back 4 pieces of warp, the speed of the loom is reduced by 20 percent at the blank plain cloth, and the tension of the warp is increased by 15 percent; weaving blank plain cloth without terry with the size of 3 multiplied by 7cm at the position of 2cm inside the head of the towel and at the position of 2cm on the edge, and terry at the rest positions;

(2) Plate making: the two-dimensional code recorded with the data information of the towel is subjected to a color separation step, and each color is separated into a set of black and white draft by using Anseries color separation software; stretching a screen frame on a screen stretching machine by adopting 80-mesh screen wires in a diagonal screen stretching mode, coating photosensitive glue on the front surface of the screen plate, spraying and printing the colored black and white draft patterns of the two-dimensional code on the front surface of the screen plate after drying, coating printing-resistant paint for curing after photosensitive drying, and then sucking out the printing-resistant paint on the screen plate by using a paint sucking machine to obtain the two-dimensional code screen plate;

(3) printing a two-dimensional code screen plate: adding softened water into a cylinder, starting a stirrer, sequentially adding 6% of urea and 0.8% of anti-dyeing salt according to the mass percentage of the total amount of the primary pulp, stirring for 7min, slowly scattering 1.7% of sodium alginate, fully stirring for 55min until the mixture is transparent and granular-free, adding softened water for dilution, stirring uniformly, adding 4.5% of a thickening agent while stirring, uniformly filtering to obtain the primary pulp; and then uniformly stirring 3.5 percent of P-GR black and 18 percent of softened water according to the mass percentage, adding 77 percent of the virgin pulp and 1.5 percent of soda ash, and uniformly stirring to obtain the active pigment paste.

Printing by using a continuous code aligning magnetic bar printing machine, adjusting the left-right and front-back spacing of a blank plain cloth to ensure that a printed pattern is completely matched with the reserved blank, selecting a 5# magnetic bar, controlling the pressure of the magnetic bar to be 0.3Mpa, rolling at the speed of 30m/min, and printing the two-dimensional code screen plate to the blank plain cloth without terry circles of the towel by using active pigment paste; drying at 138 ℃.

(4) And (3) steaming fixation: heating the box body to 120 ℃ before steaming, enabling the humidity to reach 55 RH%, enabling the towel printed with the two-dimensional code screen plate to face upwards, enabling the towel to enter the steaming box in an annular shape, enabling the towel to have the length of 2m, enabling the active pigment to dye fibers, enabling the temperature in the steaming box to be 128 ℃, the humidity to be 60%, the speed to be 22m/min and the time to be 13 min;

(5) and (3) continuous water washing: after steaming and fixation, continuous washing is carried out by adopting a continuous open width washing equipment device to remove unfixed dye, 10 water tanks which are continuously connected in series are adopted for washing, and the water tanks comprise a low-temperature washing area which is positioned at the head and the tail and a high-temperature washing area which is positioned in the middle and has sequentially increased temperature in the water tanks, wherein 1-3 water tanks are sequentially at 32 ℃, 36 ℃ and 38 ℃; 4-5 water tanks are sequentially at 60 ℃, 72 ℃ and 80 ℃; 6-8 water tanks are sequentially at 96 ℃ and 100 ℃; the temperature of the 9-10 water tanks is 40 ℃ and 32 ℃ in sequence; the running speed of the towel is 11 m/min;

(6) drying: drying with tension-free airflow at 135 deg.C and drying speed of 10 m/min. And finally, checking and sewing to obtain a finished product.
